Done away with metal serving trays for dine-in. Why? Asked for burger to be cut in half - they forgot!! Burger are really great but some aspects of service could be better.

The best BurgerFuel in Christchurch. Service is ALWAYS good, food ready on time (if you order online) always clean and tidy and I have never had a bad order. Food has always been cooked nicely. I am happy to drive a little further to go to this branch.

I don’t go there often but whenever I do, my favourite Ford Freakout is consistently delicious and the happy staff at ferrymead never fail to provide a great service as usual. I also like the Ambiance overall & good music. Keep up the good work 😊

The staff tonight were outstanding. Friendly, cheerful and fast. The burgers and chips were delicious, as were the milkshakes. Price is definitely fair for the quality. I have eaten here a few times. The burgers here are awesome! You gotta try the Bacon BBQ roadster. One of the best. And their staffer Olin has always server me well. Than you Olin!

I went to Burger Fuel Ferrymead for lunch today. Friendly service, nice people and the place was spotless. When I got home with my lunch I was blown away. A lovely big, fat burger plus the Chicken Fenders were cooked perfectly. Best Burger Fuel I have ever had and I will be back in 3 more weeks. don't want to get sick of it if I go every week. But If you want a good feed of Burger Fuel, Ferrymead is your go to place

I was first impressed then straight away sadly shocked because I saw the counter girl go and wipe down a table and chairs straight after customers had left their table to leave. But....then she drops the cloth behind the counter and goes straight to the milkshake machine finishes the drink and then takes it to a sitting customer. I'm no biologist but I'm very sure that cleaning cloths collect and create bacteria. On a good note, the burger was awesome and I'm pleased to say that the young lady did not hand it to me.

Best gourmet burgers anywhere! Love that they have the bambino size burgers if you just want a light meal. The kumura fries are delish. I love the Organic Cola (the best tasting cola around) with no nasties in it. Always funky, cool, friendly, super attentive staff. The vibe is street/1990s revival. They have a large screen TV with adventure sports playing, which is great to entertain your children while waiting for your food. The music is pumping and energising. A fun, hip, relaxed place to eat. Love their spark plug light fittings and the fact the Franchiser's are into cool classic cars 👍

Nice place good food, the chips are sometimes perfect but usually just ok, never enough salt on the chips, if any and they don't have salt available. Getting a bit tacky/annoying with asking for adding extra's but otherwise our favorite burgers

I am not a fast food fan BUT if you are in a hurry and want a fresh non processed burger then I fully recommend Burger Fuel. I was delighted at the quality and freshness of their product and the friendliness of their staff. I should add that if someone is on a two minute mission this may not be you their burgers take about five minutes or slightly more to prep, but good surrounds and something there to read.

Burgerfuel would have to be the the only burger chain where the actual burgers match, or exceed, the photos against menu selections (unlike the underwhelming offerings from two well known international franchises)

My husband and I are regularly here, I have always received fantastic service, brilliantly prepared and promptly served food, the staff are super helpful and accomodating, Jagan is always friendly and happy to see us, and is helpful with any requests or food issues we may have.

Awesome eatery in the Ferrymead area. A little on the pricey side but great food nonetheless. Kumara chips are great and the chicken fenders are full or flavour. Good place for a lunch meal as they online ordering if you are pressed on time.

Generally pretty quick. Could be a slight delay around peak times. The staff are friendly and helpful. The place is kept clean and tidy. The menu is extensive and broad providing for all types of eaters. Options of vegan or gluten free meals available. Only problem is having to pay extra for sauce other than aioli which is standard.

Service was pretty bad. She didn't give us the right fries. When we said we ordered sweet potato chips she was indignant and said no that was not what you ordered. Also burger was so greasy that the bun was soaked with fat and soggy.apart from that food was good. Churr

Just wanted to shout out to the team at burgerfuel ferrymead. Just went to pick up some takeaways and they were dealing with a situation with a disgruntled customer (who was being quite difficult & rude) but the team stayed polite and cool under pressure. My food was sooo good 😍😍😍 I'm not even close to the ferrymead location but I go out of my way to visit it because of the friendly team and cool environment. Just wanted to make a massive review for Lachie and his hard effort and enthusiasm towards greeting customers! I came in a few days ago and ordered a burger, when I got home there was a lovely little message written on the bag saying "stay safe kiddo" and today I came in to order the same thing and got another gorgeous wee message telling me i'm doing great, and to stay safe. This 100% bought a tear to my eye and makes me want to visit there more regularly. I am truly impressed at the fact that there are people still out there who are willing to go that extra mile to see a smile. Thank you Lachie for making my day 10x better ❤️
