Great burger! Very nice especially the beef. It's so tender and with a creative taste! The mid of the burger was the tasteful part. Makes me wonder when I'll get the best taste only to realize it's right smack in the middle! Good pictures hanged in the shop, makes my mouth water. Staff was friendly as well. Best burger I've had in NZ so far. It looks like a fast food restaurant but the burger is very good and doesn't take too long to arrive. Prices are pretty fair with burgers starting at about 10 NZD (they don't have meal combos with drinks or fries from what I've seen). Our burger was very tasty and the Kumara fries we ordered were very good aswell. You should definitely check it out if you get the chance!

Ate at the BurgerFuel Fairy Springs, much better. The patties here were made thinner, a bit more salty. There was an odd taste to the burgers, despite ordering the same burgers we had before. Husband tasted a relish flavor. Realized it was the tomato sauce. We ordered sides of it as well as on the burger. It was sad. The bacon on mine was not crisp, but soft. The fries were awesome. The cashier employee was good. Greeted and took order quickly. He even brought out cups of water for patrons.

Went in at 5.30 on Wednesday and got a vegan burger and vanilla shake and another combo. Young guy that served us was customer service superstar that employers dream about. Checked on us and took plates like a restaurant service and deserves a 5 star rating. The kumara chips are actually really good too. Burgers are fresh. Place was cleaner than first time we went in.

Amazing... massive burgers cooked fresh to order. Ensure you go with a massive appetite... prices average around the 15 dollar per burger and you can add more to them (if you dare) they also have a range of mini burgers which I am yet to try. Awesome place, awesome Team and an awesome Feed!

Staff were all very friendly, not the “just-good-enough-for-customer-service” friendly, but comfortable conversational friendly. Didn’t have the chance to properly wait for the food at our table before they came serving us our good, hot, delicious burgers! The poutines were amazing too. Definitely would recommend.

I ordered BBQ bacon roadsters and it was so delicious! since I am muslim, I ordered without bacon. and yeah, they are all halal! but be careful when you ordered, make sure you check first because some of the burgers contain bacon, and you can ask no bacon. the best aioli! even heinz can't beat that taste! 😋

I ordered a double American Muscle burger and a lime thick shake. This was without a doubt the best burger I have had for a long time. Juicy and full of flavour. The food at burger fuel is always really good. I’m gluten free and the burger buns are just AMAZING! I don’t feel like I’m missing out at all. However what’s an absolute stand out is the staff! They are SO friendly, approachable and smiley. We had our tables cleared as if at a restaurant between burgers and sides, I was offered complimentary water and “can I get you anything else?” Watching as more patrons came in the server ran from the till to their squinting eyes at the menu boards offering them menus to hold. Again, just really pleased with the customer service. You guys are incredible :)

First place I go to eat after arriving from Malaysia in July 2018. Place is decorated amazingly and always buzzing with people. Also the staffs are friendly as and fast service. I ordered a burger and was found it had bacon and they quickly changed it to a Halal one without extra charges. Do check this place out.

I believe this is a new BF store and as with all of them it was busy when I went to eat there. Still the service was good and fast, the burgers were also good. BF is always consistent which I appreciate I've never had a bad burger from them. On the slightly higher price side for burgers but definitely worth it and if you are a tourist BF is a must. The Aioli sauce is out of this world and no other that I've tried can match it. The fries are also some of the best slight crunch on the outside, soft on the inside and perfectly seasoned.

Hands down, best vege burgers ever. The staff here always make a satisfying meal. They are so aware of customers, if even the smallest thing isn't up to the store's standards they throw in a little extra. You can turn up sheepishly 5 minutes before closing and they'll still serve with a smile. Convinced this store makes every day better. Just don't expect to move for a few hours after, you'll be so full!

How do you really rate a business? Sometimes it’s down to how they fix their mistakes and these guys were genuinely excellent. After incorrectly supplying a burger which had not been made to suit an allergy requirement they delivered a new burger to our home with complimentary chips. They even wrote sorry on the wraps and that shows me they care. Keep up the good work guys we all make mistakes, we will definitely be back on a Friday night when we are just too tired to cook for ourselves.
