I went here, just before close and Rony let me in and accommodated me greatly. Great chat and even better food! One of the best Burger Fuels chch has to offer.

It is always a delight to grab a burger from BF. Fast service, relaxed ambience, close to other shops. On top of that, food is great!

Guy happily took our order @10pm even though it was their closing time. We had just come from a funeral and hadn't had tea yet so we thought we'd try our luck and they served us, quick and efficient timing food was fabulous and they were friendly! Thanks

Arrived just before 10pm to find the husbands order hadn't gone through on the internet. These guys and gal were amazing and took the extra time to do our order anyway and by that time it was after 10pm. GREAT SERVICE. THANK YOU SOO MUCH. 😊

It's a BurgerFuel, and it's exactly what you'd expect from BurgerFuel. There is a shared parking lot with a several spaces, handicap accessible with a handicap accessible bathroom. There is ample seating for dine in. The restaurant was clean. The employee I met (gave off manager vibes) was absolutely wonderful. Good on you BurgerFuel for making a good hire 👍

Awesome service!! Great burgers and a really tidy place. Went in close to closing time (due to the website order not loading properly) and they were more than happy to accept the order and got it done really quick. Everytime I enter the staff on are always friendly and patient.

Amazing service! I ordered a Ford Freakout meal here and the service took a long time since the staff forgot my order. They were very apologetic and they ended up giving me a full refund on everything I ordered. Really impressed:) The staff were all professional. I would like it if the air conditioning was less aggressive because my friend and I have found it really cold every time we have been into the restaurant!!

We visited Sydenham outlet on Sunday due to we don't have space park at the city centre. The service here that day was slow, we need to go ask for our food. Beef burger was a bit dry and overcooked than expected.

Amazing food, used to get it after my night classes and introduced it to my friend and mum. The food is always made fresh, they are extremely careful about cross contamination with their allergens and I've never had a bad experience. Their menu has a vast range to accomodate people with dairy allergies, who are vegan or vegetarian, peanut allergies and more. Their food is well worth the price with the size of their burgers and sides and the staff are always friendly and you never have to wait long for amazing and hot food. They also have outstanding presentation with their meals

1st time ever been there Burger was great

This is how a burger is meant to be, no plastic cheese or cardboard like beef pattie, just fresh ingredients, juicy patties and awesome flavour, and if things go wrong, and let's face it nobody's perfect, they are very receptive to feedback. Best Burgers in town!

I have to say, I didn't think I could be so impressed by a burger joint, but I am. This place does Burgers!, You can really have it your way...lovely service and staff 🥰😍

Edit 9 months later: My partner and I always come here for the best burgers in town. My fav is the Bacon BBQ Roadster ! Staff are friendly, service is always great. You guys rock ! :)

Me and my husband visited there few days ago and the food was amazing and fresh. Also their staff was very efficient and helpful. This will be our go to place everytime we visit from on.

Without a doubt the best buger restaurant in town. Their range is limited but they cater to vegan and vegetarian needs. The food here is not cheap but the quality absolutely matches the prices.

The most delicious burgers ever!

I mean, it’s a chain but just so delicious! Probably the best gluten-free buns I’ve ever had, they’re practically indistinguishable from the normal ones. Finally a burger experience I can enjoy just as much as if I could eat wheat! Definitely my favourite guilty pleasure on the block.

Really nice branch of this chain. My partner forgot my burger on the table randomly... and when I returned to collect it the lady made me a fresh one. I like very much that they use free range chicken & tofu combustion is a great veg burger. All packaging is paper we never go to other burger chains this is alot better than most

I really like Burgerfuels burgers well worth a visit if you want to have a nice takeaway. I ordered 2 "thick" shakes and was totally disappointed as was my partner. If you want to keep them on the menu as they are then rename them milkshakes. Burgers are still excellent.

Not bad for a dirty burger

Editing my 5 star to a 3. Don’t know if there has been a change, but the past two times I’ve ordered my usual order the food hasn’t been good. Burgers only half full, burnt bacon and cold.

I visited Christchurch few day back and try burgerfuel there it was Awesome food (t-twin vege) and there friendly staff made my day even more enjoyable. Thank you guys keep it up.

Pretty fast service, very clean in the restaurant itself. Menu easy to read from a distance if you don't know what you want and don't want to hold up the queue. Food was fresh and hot, as always the kumara fries were amazing.

Great burgers & great service. The app is not working properly & theirs no update for the NZ version, however you can still use the web site.

Great burgers, quick service and quality food environment etc! Absolutely love coming hrre, Burgerfuel is probably my favorite burger joint in chch. Only problem i have with this store in particular is that the staff seem quite unfriendly and would rather have you gone and out of their face, at least by the impression they give. They still try to give good service, but due to the lack of genuineness it just barely reaches decent.

One reason i give them 5 stars is bcs they provide halal options which is a big thumbs up. Also they are extremely friendly and have a kind approach. Food is delicious and they always come up with new things to make! Definitely would go there again

Restaurant was nice and clean, staff friendly and smiling. Ordered the ford freak out and it was lovely just the meat pattie was very oily and left oil on the lettuce and dripping a lot of grease. Would highly recommend burger fuel though

Average service and did have very loud music out the back overtop the restaurant music. But food is top quality.

What you really need to know is that it's one of the best tasting burger chains you'll find anywhere, if you had a choice of any of the other burger chains and didn't pick this one you'd be full of disappointment when you did. Why'd go for a generic burger when there is burger fuel, I recommend the kumara fries but don't because I'm greedy and don't want them to run out when I go back next. The other thing which you'll find burger fuel does that separates them from the pack as the great staff, they never look at you like their soul is screaming on the inside like the major chains staff do, and actually take pride in their work. TLDR; eat here burger greater than everywhere else.

Burger fuel is a great little chain offering excellent burgers at a premium price. The columbo st store is new. It is clean and the staff are friendly. The menu is constantly changing so check out the website.

This is the best burger joint in Christchurch. Man these burgers are classic. Every other burger restaurant I try, I am thoroughly disappointed & can't help but think I should've just come here. Don't waste your time getting a burger from anywhere else in Christchurch

Food was good, service was friendly but incompetent. First they forgot the motobites so we had to wait 15minutes after ordering online previously. Then got home and they’d forgotten the chips so had to go back. When we finally did sit down to eat it had been an hour and was cold. And after all that they still got the sauces wrong. So... apart from that.

Very friendly staff member. Food was amazing and knew how to care for a coeliac. Definitely coming back!

After a sixteen hour shift building stages in hagley park I was rooted and wanted something that wasnt the big 3. Driving up columbo thinking all was lost I stumbled across a purple fluro in the darkness. After missing the driveway and thrashing around the block so they didnt close before I got in there I managed to finally get a carpark and approach the friendly counter staff. As I had no clue what to eat here I pointed at a wall and about 10 minutes later a burger appeared. Nice burger, nice chips and nice staff ;)

Priced about right for what you get. Big burgers and nice chips, just not enough of them. Flavour is okay, but not excellent. Service is good. Still good enough to come back occasionally.

I used to frequent Burger Wisconsin, but BurgerFuel is my new go-to. Their burgers are much better quality, but the serving size of the chips is extremely stingy for what you pay.

Good burgers but you got to watch out tho, thyre very sneaky and ask you if you want things in your burger so you agree thinking its part of your burger you ordered and thats how they do things there, then they charge you for it.

The veggie burgers that are convertible to vegan are a marked improvement on the old V8 Vegan, which was always vaguely reminiscent of cardboard.
