Popped in as I heard about this place. I was so happy to see the variety of cookies they have and most of all they sold my favourite ones in a big bag. Even though that wernt full cookies , they tasted exactly what I expected with chunks of chocolate. Unfortunayly there were no sales but for what i got it was worth it. I Would recommend checking it out , my 1 bag didn't even last a whole 24hours. Yes I will be returning again , staff were great to deal with aswell. Started to get abit busy while I was in there, so must be a popular place

Cute store and prices were okay. The staff were okay as well. Nothing overly special but still recommend a visit if you've never been before.

The cookie time factory is great for a stop over, a selection of fresh cookies and something to carry with you. The kids enjoyed it and were fascinated with all the cookies available. Did spend around 10 mins. I am not sure if they do the actual tour of the factory, I did not enquire. Might be worth a visit as a small stop over. 🥠🥠🥠🥠🥠🥠🥠🥠🥠🥠🥠🥠🥠🥠

Great shop for cookie lovers. My fav the dark chocolate 😋 Staff were friendly. Was surprised that this one had a much smaller range of cookies and merch compared with the (much smaller) Cookietime Bar in Queenstown.

Cheap, highly recommended. Yummy cookies.

A little hard to get to if coming from the South but we'll worth the stop to stock up on goodies. There are clean we'll appointed toilets if breaking up a long journey. The staff are enthusiastic and polite. The specials are great and buying a bag of broken biscuits isn't a hardship and a saving also. Always drop in on a SI trip. Top marks Cookie time always a pleasure to visit.

Cookie time factory is an amazing New Zealand classic that has been around for decades. The factory store is your destination for the best range of cookie time products, factory ends, and good deals. Lots of different cookie time products were here that I had never seen before so it is well worth the visit if you are nearby in the area. Parking options are good but take care as there is a busy road close by. Neat garden feature out the front and very friendly staff inside. I would highly recommend this place five out of five stars!

Their cookies are mouth watering and the ultimate cookies to have. Especially these Christmas buckets, super easy for nibbles. I love their salted caramel. 🍪🍪🍪🍪 Don't stop making these tasty moist tiny doughs.

Factory shop, with small range of giftware/mementos and a large range of cookies to choose from - including bulk and individual cookie options. Kids enjoyed the photo ops.

visited here so many times now, the original cookie time factory of nz🇳🇿 ran out of confetti cookies but still had sprinkles and white chocolate left. Often there are sales too like one bar or cookie for $1, and try me free samples.

Cookie Time cookies are AMAZING! And the Christmas time mini cookies are just plain dangerous coz the are next level good! Especially the new strawberry and cream ones...wow! Just a little disappointing that prices in stores are exactly the same as all the retail stores. It makes no sense being the factory store. You expect a dollar or so off at least. The seconds used to be a bargain, but sadly not really anymore. If the product wasn’t so good the rating would drop. Careful that greed doesn’t become the downfall of a NZ icon.

Got couple of chilli choco cookie samples . Absolutely loved it! Will have to get more on the way back. The staff's friendly!

That was fun. Fire drill, well alarm activation so we waited about 15 mins. Once inside found fantastic deals.

Their cookies are already amazing but the cheaper prices (albeit mostly broken bits, makes no difference though) make it even better! Tip: Try their chocolate fix! Microwave for 15-30seconds to make it even better! I've been eating cookie time since primary school over 20yrs ago when the big cookie was 50cent at the tuck shop

Wonderfully unique place with the ol’ home feeling when eating one of their delicious and large cookies. With a the beautiful “Lean on Love” sculpture in a peaceful courtyard and a piece of history with Cookie Time baking the largest cookie in time past. All topped off with busy, yet friendly owners. This quaint store is well worth a stop for stocking up for lunches (especially for physical workers) or sugar fix. Cheers guys. 👼

The bags of seconds are good value but I noticed some of the 10 packs of cookies for example work out the same price as the supermarkets running specials. They had fudge brownies for $1 too. So definitely some good deals and they're as tasty as ever !

We got our unusual couple of bags of chocolate fix cookies. Only 4 star as sometimes you can find cheaper at supermarkets when on special for other certain items, so this time it was a cheaper visit. Also the claws in the toy machine was too loose and i didnt win a toy out of it ha ha - next time maybe.. Does smell good in there

Oh, and if you are looking for cookies and scrummy bars including seconds (which oddly enough taste like the originals with extra crumb) then stop here. I stopped and found all this and more! I love cookie times and haven't been to the factory Shop for years, a couple weeks ago I went in and was a little disappointed to see that the prices were very high for broken cookies. I will purchase whole ones in the 12 pack at pack and save cheaper than the broken ones at cookie time. That's based on the weight.

A CookieTime fiend from way back (ahem 80s), this is a definite stop EVERY time I visit Christchurch. Great for the tastebuds, though not for the waistline! Spacious shop, lots of choices & merchandise, with some CT history on the walls too.

If you’re heading southbound then this is the perfect place to get some good snacks for your trip. I’d really recommend the bumper bar bags. Bumper bars are about $3 in the supermarket, but here you can get 1Kg for $10. Seriously good value!

You can shop at Cookie Time and buy broken cookies and seconds. I bought some chocolate brownie edges which were very rich. Triple chocolate cookies and some of there square meal bars. Worth a visit if you like cookie time products.

Visit this place if you are driving out of Christchurch!!! I visited just the factory store, great for a bargain on cookie time seconds including their cookies, bumper bars and one square meals. Quite a small shop and not too exciting for kids however there is a factory tour which might be fun however I didn't get time to do that.

Sometimes I don't like to tell people about places like this because I want to keep the secret to myself. So if you love cookies and 4 square meals, check it out

I love this place and when I used to deliver milk to the factory I got to sample the warm cookies as they came out the oven. Those cookies are also good put in the mic for a bit see instructions on wrapper.

NZ's best cookies by far! All have a pretty short use by date because they have less junk in them! Nice little kiddy colouring area and fun to learn about how they used to have the Guinness world record biggest cookie!! Great factory direct deals, if you are a tourist grab a bag for your road trip 😊😊

I didnt plan to visit Cookie Time Factory. I stopped by this place on my way to Christchurch from Mt cook. Cookie time factory is a good place to visit. The fresh baked cookies are awesome. I should have not bought so many Cookie Time from the supermarket in my previously week in NZ, otherwise I could buy them all in Cookie Time factory. The Cookie Time T-shirts are cool. There are fridge magnets as well. I was so lucky that I saw this place while driving to Christchurch. I will definitely tell my friends to come here for the cookies and the souvenir.

Seriously the best tasting cookies I've ever had. My favourite is the triple choc and I honestly ship these awesome snacks over from NZ.

Not a great lot of deals if you are gluten free, like there are for people who don't have any allergies, but still good prices. Would love to see different flavours, gluten free.

If you like cookie time you really should stop by. They sell the cookie for lower price than you can find in supermarket or their other shops. They also see some broken pieces in a big bag for a cheap price, quality and taste a the same.

First tried in the ANZ flight from China to NZ, have it served by crew. taste so good so i keep the bag, first thing i did off the plane is search it up on internet, now I am addicted to cookie time, particular the milk one. don't know how you guys made it and what the recipe is, but keep it up, you NZ people make best cookie

I was expecting fresh cookies in their show room. It was an ok showroom with a lot of bags of cookies for sale, but no samples or fresh cookies for sale. We bought a couple packaged cookies and they were tasty.

Don't expect to have everything you can buy from supermarket. This is the factory shop not promotion store. However, the price is cheaper and the staff there is very friendly. If you drive by, it worth to stop and take a look.

I remember back when I was a kid this was the place to be, you would get cookie testers and the broken bits bags where always cheap, this is not the case any more and is just a shop though it will sell you cookie time products a little bit cheaper than the supermarket would so worth it if you are after some yummy cookies

We dropped in for a cookie or two and ended up buying two shopping bags of them. For the kids, of course! These guys make the most amazing cookies I have eaten. The young lady who served us was very pleasant and helpful with a delightful sense of humour. The shop is well laid out with lovely fresh cookies and souvenirs. If you get carried away like I did, they even have their own branded bags to let you carry more. The shop is accessible and sells factory fresh products. It is right beside the main road South and has plenty of off road parking. Worth a visit.

This is the home of delicious cookies! A pretty garden leads to cookie time base. The office and a shop front on to thr main highway. Inside the store all sort of cookie time artwork, memorabilia, souvenirs and of course delicious cookie time products available to buy. Jo tastings, but both premium retail products and factory seconds available. Friendly team, colourful fun store, and convenient location. Well worth a visit!
