Weve had fish with half serve chips aand vegetable chow mein. Was very tasty! Very friendly service as well. Good price. Vege chow mein 11$ fish 2.50 chips 2.50 (half serve 1.50). Good amount of fish and not like in many places thicker batter then fish. Crispy chips. Thanks

Great curry rice rolls and wedges but their actual fish and chips are well below average. Recommend going for the wedges instead! Often quite busy but still friendly and have a short wait time... maybe they should take a little longer hah.

Bloody good fish and chips, sweet and sour pork for the soul and customer service is a vibe. Oh, and the prices! Student reasonable! Mei Wah is dangerously convenient and definitely worth a try (especially if maccas has done you wrong).

Fairly priced available items. Can't go wrong with the fish and chip classics. Other dishes (specifically sweet and sour pork on rice) are cheap during their lunch time specials but are less palatable due to being cooked with the deep fryer with all other items. It gives it a grimier taste versus what you would find at a normal Chinese place, but given the price and the fact it is a fish and chip shop, it's still acceptable.

Stopped in for blue cod and chips. Chips were nicely cooked. Blue cod was probably frozen but was still a good sized fillet and nicely cooked.
