Superb burgers, fries and staff For a little bit extra you could ditch your average fast food and get some proper kai 🍔

Delicious burger, n fries, the caramel soy shake lots of flavor.

I normally never have anything bad to say about burger fuel. But tonight was a first. My burger didn't slip and slid with all the sauce 😢 I asked for vegan cheese but received no cheese. Very disappointed that this makes this pregnant woman sad.

Everything I really like about burgerfuel with the added value of a semi outdoor area. Which I think is important in this new covid age if you plan on eating where you buy. They were doing a roaring trade in phone orders but still served at the counter promptly and with a smile. Explanation of slight delay due to being busy was a nice touch and appreciated. Will definitely put this place on my list for repeat business 👌

The main thing for me on this rating is that the chicken breast was quite small considering the bun it was on. I understand it is advertised as butterflied but what that meant in my case is a thin half of a chicken breast. We thought the burger was just okay as well.

Best kumara fries I've ever had, great flavor and presentation.

This actually blew my mind! Came here Friday afternoon and over the many times I have been here have decided the perfect combo: the bacon roadster, onion rings and everything, with the sweet potato fries and caramel thickshake. It is expensive but it's so worth it. They have table service to an upstairs seating area that is large enough for their number of customers. My first experience was fantastic but I've been back multiple times and not been so happy, the staff seemed insulted when asked for ketchup and they seemed to prioritise take away over eating in and for the number of staff still take a while. I am still going to continue going back, but for the burgers.

Always great food. My fave cheat meal. Bare in mind, a burger, spud chips and a thickshake equate to around 1500-1600cals easy 😂 highly rate it though.

Went to get a burger from the local and I was greeted by warm and welcoming staff and awesome food. Would definitely eat here again

Someone just handed me my order, snatched the bag back, stole a few fries out of my bag while making eye contact with me and ate them very slowly. I am very uncomfortable at the moment and honestly shocked that I got treated like this. When I asked her what her problem is and what her name is, she just said "ligma" and then walked off. I had to ask the front counter what her name was. Would cum again.

Great burger and shakes. Kumara fries had waaaaaay too much salt struggled to eat them. Great service , great staff too

Good place for a sit down meal, quite cold in winter in the upstairs area though. Food arrived fast, had the limited edition hemp burger which was interesting, felt very healthy but pretty expensive for the size of the burger. Burger fuel chips are always delicious though!

The restaurant is a experience with all the purple and black. Very Pop culture. The service was awesome, by a young man that knew his stuff. The hamburger, it was big, it was fresh, but it wasn't that great. I got the Biofuel Burger, about $15 yeah rather pricey for a burger. Might be awhile before my next visit.

Had to support Bryce, The Rock fm and 'I Am Hope' so we bought a couple of Chicken Legs Casey Burger. We enjoyed the burger, the service and will be back for another before its removed from the menu.

Good place service was quick even though there was a few people there. Burgers great as always, right on main street. Only downfall is parking, but assume it may have been a bad time to be there.

Great food and atmosphere. Just a few issues with incorrect meal orders allergies gluten and dairy and with a staff member over service and demanding my guests to pay for their meals when it was agreed that I'd place the final order and cover the entire bill. Incompetent staff for sure.

Tasty burgers, juicy, made well. Just need napkins replenished upstairs as there were only 2, for the whole level. Website said they had a particular flavored shake, got there, and no they don't. I'd go back though

I love the food and the service is good. My only issue is they rarely pick up the phone in peak time which makes it impossible to place my preferred order in advance (the website doesn't let me add extra pickles 😭).

Great food but I always struggle to get through on the phone and most of the time have to resort to 5 Cross Roads Burger Fuel as they always answer first time trying.

The franchise is well run and the premises well kept. Service was quick and the meals well presented. Parking can be a bit of a challenge at peak times due to a number of other food businesses sharing the same site.

You always know what you're going to get at Burgerfuel. What makes the difference is how friendly the team is here, they are great. I'd recommend trying the Lemon Aioli instead of the regular for a different flavor experience.

This place is awesome. We stop here on our way down from Auckland. Food is always top notch. Excellent atmosphere and the cleanest lav you will find. Beer battered chips are a must on your menu.

Little bit on the pricier side of fast food restaurants but as always, the food is always spectacular and has a decent selection of burgers or sides plus drinks and some ice creams. Especially like the automotive theme that runs throughout the store especially things like it's light fittings as well as the menu item names

Yum! I've found a low carb meal alternative. Low Carberator Burger. Ditch the bun and have salad top and bottom. Its awesome and fits into my diet! Busy place but the staff were friendly and on the ball!

Great place at great location, all the range is available and friendly staff to help. If you have dietary needs (Halal) please do let them know well in advance at the time placing order. Clean and equipped with supplies toilet and well maintained is another speciality of this place. Recommended to visit at least when you are passing by.

Great service. Burger a bit greasier than what I remember from the last time but still very tasty. Tried the caramel popcorn thickshake and surprised how much like caramel popcorn it tasted.

Great food and Staff. But with online orders taking priority it took 47min to make my biofuel and chips, and it was the same for everyone who ordered at the counter.

I did enjoy the burger and chips but I didn't enjoy the price which means l will not be back again

Man I used to rate this place for my favorite burgers of all time and I've been going to burgerfuels for over 20 years! Now just pretty average. Burgers are often mushy and chips are dry.

Very nice place to get some food burgers for good prices. Would have liked to see the place a bit cleaner hence the 4 stars. Other than that, the food is good, the service is fast and the staff are friendly. Would recommend to anyone who has a taste for good, quality burgers at good prices.

Top notch burger fuel quality food, service was efficient as could be during the lunch rush, a bit of a pain very limited parking. Great upstairs area, where you can sit with the windows open on a sunny summer day, great vibe.

Their V8 Vegan burger is as good as any meat burger. A little pricier than other places but a good size so all up worth the price.

You can never go wrong with Burgerfuel. Always great food. Definitely rate the American muscle, kumara fries and thickshakes. I always go to the Frankton BF as it's more spacious and I like the upstairs seating area. It's nice on a warm day with the windows open and the breeze coming through 😎

Burgers have real meat unlike McDonalds. Great tasting and good burger sizes. Sides are nice. Could use a more variety of drinks yet what they have is still tasty.

Me and my mum came here on a wednesday night for dinner. Everything including the restrooms were lovely and clean. Staff were very friendly. Burgers were well presented and tasted awesome! Will go back for sure.

Always find the staff cheerful. Burgers taste so good. Particularly veg burgers! (Go easy on the sauce). Doesn't slow me down like meat burgers.

I order through website and pick up but even when I haven't, good service, quick and clean. I'm gluten intolerant and it's my trusted go to when I get a takeaway urge.

Food is high quality and tasty, customer service is friendly and responsive. If you're picking up an order, though, it's worth checking to make sure everything is there. At busy times things tend to get missed out, although they're good about putting things right if you notice in time.

This a good Burgerfuel staff are good food is good and the outside seating is good, my partner suggested a green wall to stop the road noise and I tend to agree it would take the outside up a notch
