Burgers everytime been cooked well. Jess is normally on the counter and takes my and my sons order and remembers to give him a knife and fork as missing a finger trouble holding Burger. Very Pleased with the tidyness and the friendly staff all are great its a usual weekely event for us. Thanks Team

Food was pretty good. Staff required CVC verification, which is in line with current requirements. However, food prep staff, who were at times customer-facing from what I saw, had masks on, but sitting under their chins. I don't care too much, but if you are going to require compliance to the letter, you need to be compliant too.

Never fails to deliver on taste. Loving the limited edition Lemon Lime Thickshake. Great menu options, firm favs are the Chicken Fenders and Moto Bites

Busy even during covid restrictions. Felt perfectly safe even though it was busy and could wait in a seated area outside. The food is standardly good as what you would expect. Have always had fast and efficient service at this store.

Delicious organic and filling burgers. Everything melts in your mouth. Service is great and there are seats inside and outside the venue. The prices are worth the value and if you get a meal the aioli is rich and creamy. This store holds up well to the burger fuels based in Sydney.

Updated review: from 3 stars to 5! My alternative vegan burger was cooked perfectly. So delicious. I added salad to it which made it way better too! Might have been a little too much sauce but can't complain about that haha the new Sweet potato fries are crunchy and yum too! Thanks!! Ordered and paid for online for pick up at certain time. It was a little delayed but luckily that wasn't a biggie. But my mates pattie wasn't cooked properly (still pink) and my alternative vegan patty had been cooked a bit too long on one side so was a little rubbery. Kumara chips were undercooked so were soggy and not crunchy. Seems understaffed? Will stick to Frankton

Really nice to see staff putting 100%, even the girl at till told me that they are short staffed and gonna be bit of wait for the order which is fine and we understand that. Food was great and worth the wait. Keep up the good work team.👍

I'm a man that loves his burgers, Carl and the cooks there did a primo job of recommending egg in my Roadster and man was it a cracker. Service and product absolutely worth the ticket. Well done team - 2 very satisfied customers (and take it from me - my Mrs ain't easy to satisfy 🤪🤪🤪)

Though by no means a cheap burger night out, the food here is uniformly good, fresh, tasty and a delight if you're in need of a burger fix. Service, as often is at most NZ fast food places, is variable, but staff here do appear to try to look enthusiastic. Recommended

LOVED eating here today! Carl was AMAZING from the moment we got here to the moment we left! He was Super helpful when we ordered! The food was so good! Bacon backfire was delish,spuds are always great and the thickshakes are literally the best! Had an awesome experience and will be back to try the lamb burger!😉

I have to commend this place. It's just easy. What they do is done well. Seriously. Okay one minor is potato chips are needing a bit more time to crisp up. But honestly I feel this us a cool as place to eat, to chill, to just be. I give my gold star award to this team this evening.

When they get it right, they really get it right. Unfortunately, for every good meal we've had here, we've had just as many bad ones. First time around, there was hair in our chicken strips. The most recent visit we ended up with: 2 potato fries instead of 1 kumara fries A chocolate thickshake instead of a plain one No drink when one was ordered. Their response is always to remedy the situation, but it's quite frustrating for it to happen to us 50% of the time we visit.

We came her saturday night as the mall was shutting, the staff were amazing when my 3yr old fell over. Comforting him, and helping distract him. I love it when staff go the extra mile ontop of their already happy atmosphere and great food.

Delicious food. All of their meat and eggs are free range. They have vegetarian and vegan options as well. Also gluten free and low carb. Food is not cheap but is high quality.
