Weekend Visit! Was an above average experience! Fast service ( well it’s level 3) Got the Chicken Ghost. Good meat but prolly sitting for a few mins and the bread was flat! Ghost Sauce is a beauty! Taste wise on the money! Portion size a 50/50 given it’s not 15-17$ burger by itself! Definitely a visit again!

One of the few places we visited after the full lockdown and we wanted to honour the locals. Newly arrived, wonderful interior designed, nice flow of things and people, including staff. Easy to order, no pressure, clear instructions pos-COVID. Place the order and took roughly 20’ to get ready, as we are a bunch of 5 hungry bellies. Burgers were amazing, awesome taste and the best were the fries, incredible crunchy and seasoned. They came with shakes, all deliciously prepared. Staff was efficient and friendly. Will come back soon, thank you for the service!

Only few items in menu especially shakes and burgers 🍔 and the taste was ok. But sad things the shakes on the menu sometimes shows sold out. Other than that interior and ambiance of shop was wow and good to hangout with friends and families . Love the place 💛

Ordered the following: - BBQ bacon cheeseburger - BBQ bacon chicken burger - 2x fries - Chicken nuggies - Lime pistachio shake - Four Berry shake - Burgers - both moist and delicious. A yumme sweet taste to the sauce that just compliment the other ingredients in the burger. - Fries were nice - Chicken nuggies were buttermilk and delicious with a small kick of spice - Lime shake was delicious, just needed a bit more mixing as some ice cream blocked the straw (even though it was a wide straw) - Berry shake was amaze Bigfest let down was portion size for the burger... HOWEVER my husband and I have big appetites for our size, and overall the price was worth what we purchased. No cash handling, so make sure you have a card. You can also order online. Would definitely return.

We popped in tonight to try out this place. I would highly recommend trying the fairy bread shake! It takes like a vanilla sponge and is absolutely delightful... this shake is a limited time only so get in before it goes!

I ordered the double cheese burger, fries and a Lime and pistachio shake. It was delicious, it's also a cashless business so everything is done by card. I think the burger could have been cheaper say $10 instead of $12.60 but other than that, everything was great.

Bright clean store with really fast service. Burgers are on the small side for the price but taste good. Aioli taste like burgerfuel aioli which a big plus in my books.

Have been a few times and the it's consistently really tasty, fresh food. It arrives quickly even with a lot of people in the store. The cheese sauce with the chips is amazing, I wish you were given a bit more than half the cup. Also A++ for food actually looking like the pictures. Downside is theres nothing telling you they don't accommodate allergies - no altering orders.

I have been twice and I absolutely love it!!! I have had the cheese burger and double cheeseburger, the lime and pistachio shake and the cheesecake shake and it was all so delicious. I will definitely be back........again 😁. Only thing for me will be that when I tried to savour my double cheeseburger and eat it slower than my first burger on the first time i visited, it got a bit soggy at the end.......hei aha guess I'll just need to eat it quicker 😅 The fries are also my fave 😍 always hot and crispy.

Had lunch here. The food is fantastic, like homemade but better! And you don't have to do any washing up. Cheeseburger was perfect. The chicken "nuggies" are hunks of real chicken coated in a delicious spice mix. Fries were perfect. Caramel milkshake is delicious.

Fantastic food! Great burgers and the wife loves the nshakes. Easy to order and always on time - check out their website,ales it a breeze. Have added to their menu lately but I prefer the cheeseburger, a ginger beer and, of all things, a pickle too. Get in and eat it up!

The food here is outstanding. My wife said that the burgers are the best she's had in New Zealand. I love the pickle in a cup. The shakes are a fair value. It's somewhat pricey to take the whole family as a burger, fries and shake would run about $20 a person at minimum. The touch screens are fairly easy to use but somewhat confusing as some items appear in categories you would not expect.

Shake Out Hamilton East is amazing! The service, quality of food, and the whole vibe is so energetic - everyone working looks so happy to be there too which is wicked to see too. I just have to say that Shake Out exceeded my expectations! I already knew it was going to be good but oh my gosh, it was delicious! I would have to say their fries are the best fries I have had. Everything looked just like the photos. Store was clean and has the friendliest staff ever! Will definitely be going there on the regular :)

Burgers are decent, fries are good and the shakes are brilliant. If you have been to Better Burger in Auckland then you'll spend the whole time just wishing these burgers were as good. Price is main reason for the drop in rating, not by any means a poor or bad experience but the burgers are a bit expensive for what they are.

Had a buy one get one free voucher in the mail, so decided to try it out. Exceeded my expectations! The chips were so delicious, the cheese sauce was amaaaazing, the milkshake was the best I've ever had, and the burger pattie had really good flavor! And all was ready in 10 minutes.

If you like simple and delicious, this is the place for you. The burgers are so yummy and don’t get me started on the fries 😍 hoh! Hands down some of the best fries. I ordered the double BBQ bacon cheeseburger, fries and a chocolate shake. To echo the sentiment from other reviews, the food was really tasty, and the service was quick and friendly. The only reason for the one star hit was the price. $25 for a burger, fries and shake was on the pricey side of things. For that money, I'd be expecting a monster like something from Burgerfuel, not a titchy thing from MacDonalds. I think I'll come back one day and try the regular cheeseburger, see if I get better bang for my buck that way.
