W.Very good burger and good customer service! For me, good and nice customer service is the most important. Even their food are the best in the world but with a bad customer service, I will never go back! So this restaurant, I will go back again and also recommend to all my relatives and friends! Good job, guys!
J.The staff were very careful with our order, we had a coeliac and a lactose intolerant. Unfortunately one of our party had forgotten their mask, and a member of staff offered to get them a spare. Which was very kind. We also enjoyed the burgers alot too. Will definitely come again.

D.Honestly, the first time I tried Burger Fuel I didn't like it....but my husband loves it 🙈 so after a few weeks he convinced me to go and retry it.... after careful consideration on what to order I finally ordered one of their chicken meals and man it was fantastic! Great service!
I do however dislike the lime milkshakes as it taste like soap to me 🙈 it might just be me though so go ahead and try it!

L.Went in at night...why is it so cold in there. We had Kumara wedges...nice but I'd say it was probably 1 small Kumara cut up.. and a drink.. my husband felt like a shake...anyways down the hatch... Shake was ok too... service was friendly👍

R.I’ll up it to 5 if you could just PLEASE turn the music down. Have eaten here numerous times before happily with good experiences but turning your dining place into a particularly grotesque attempt at disco while people are trying to eat is infuriating.

R.Best burgers in fast food industry. Beef was so nice and moist and burgers are filling unlike other burger chains such as mc ds you gotta have 2 burgers to satisfy. Kumara chips are best and more over can even have beer at the restaurant.

s.Food was good, but not the best burger I had eaten. Shakes were OK, but again not amazing. Prices did not match the meals, and the kids were not overly fussed on what was served.
Recycling seemed a bit "for show", as the staff emptied the recycling in to the rubbish bag before taking it to the bin. This appeared to be normal practice, as a trainee was being shown how to do it while we were sitting at the table next to the bin.

J.These guys make great food and it seems to be healthier as far as fast food goes The price is pretty high for takeaway type food and every time I order online and specify a pickup time, it is always about 5 minutes late. The place itself is great and the staff are always friendly. The facilities are clean and comfortable.

E.Great burgers, reasonable prices, and good friendly service. The beef is tasty and good quality. Wheelchair access, and the toilets are clean. There seems to be a happy family atmosphere.
B.Haven't had it in a while after having a bad experience. Was safe to say the 3 burgers the family had were all to a high standard and was lovely and fresh. Chips were hot which is always a bonus
T.Great tasting burgers. Love the environmentally friendly packaging and they use proper plates to serve meals. Drinks come in glass bottles. Staff are friendly and the restaurant is nice and clean.

H.Good exotic burgers for a good price. They missed the 5th star for not adding the sauce to my takeaway and using iceberg lettuce instead of the fancy lettuce (as advertised) or whatever kiwis call it. Otherwise it's a large hearty burger joint.

L.BurgerFuel in any city is an amazing thing, Hastings branch is no different. The wonderful server I had even got me the last fish burger of the day when they said they'd sold out online! Will be returning again :-D
K.Disappointing burger fuel experience, long wait time and burgers not up to standard. I've eaten BF elsewhere (Napier, Wellington) and these burgers weren't up to my expectation. Nice venue though, and the Kumara fries and chocolate thickshake were good.

M.I love burger fuel and have been to many locations all over New Zealand. But I will say I’ve been to this Hastings location a handful of times and they barely put any aioli or the truffle mascarpone on my favorite Cn cheese compared to all other locations. Also very sad about the smash browns going away they were so delicious.
