Friendly people working there. They have a really good vegetarian burger and a vegan one as well. Prices are little high but I don’t mind it’s good value of money. Why waste your money got MAC D’s all BK. Burger Fuel have way better burgers.

Went in for dinner last night and was blown away by the service! Friendly, attentive staff - we basically got table service as good as any decent mid range restaurant. Way above and beyond what I've had (or expected) at any other burger joint, including other Burger Fuels that I've been to. Will DEFINITELY be returning.

Have always held a high affinity for BurgerFuel since it's inception, but the lust seems to have subsided. This being said, BF is still probably the best burger chain NZ has to offer. The Doofer is still, to this day, a very innovative product...

These guys make the best tasting burgers in the observable universe. The ingredients are fresher than a new born baby wrapped in linen outside on a freshly mowed lawn on a cloudless summer day, and their aioli is better than being able to buy your Mum a new house and pay all her bills so she never has to work another day in her life. The Bacon BBQ Roadster is the most mouthwatering masterpiece to ever grace the presence of humankind, and while it might cost you the amount of an arm, a leg and a kidney, the exquisite quality of your meal and the impeccable customer service you experience will make you forget about every other burger joint in existence. While the name can be a little misleading to some, I can confirm that there isn't any actually "fuel" in the burgers. Only in selected cinemas. Batteries not included.

The burgers are basically the best in New Zealand compared to Mc, King, KFC...the price is slightly high as you have to order everything separately, but if you want good burgers, you should come here. (compared to other chain store)

The burgers were delicious, unfortunately the kumara & potato chips werent that hot. Probably missed timing there as i saw them sitting in the warmer for a little bit. The 30 min wait seemed like ages to wait for 3 burgers and 3 servings of chips. The kids natural nuggets were a disappointment to our daughter who wasnt keen on the dry chicken strips. Overall the taste was great but next time id visit on a less busy night hopefully to avoid the long wait.

I'm a regular customer here. Love their burgers. I use their website to order in advance, and their timing is usually close to spot on. I can pop in when my order is supposed to be ready, and be out within a minute. Did I mention how tasty their burgers are?

The crew is friendly and the order got ready on time. The most amazing thing about Burgerfuel is its ability to customize the order based on you request. They have varieties of dietary requirements that almost suit all customers. I always eat Gluten free, dairy free and Halal and the only fast food shop that can meet my complicated dietary in New Zealand is BurgerFuel. However, over the last period we have noticed the BurgerFuel has decreased the chunk of beef in their buns. The price was already slightly over the value but now with the decreased chunk of beef, their menu is over priced.

Was a bit disappointed because I wanted to try the gingerbread shake but they had no soy milk available but considering it was a busy day and we were late at night is understandable. Staff was really nice tho and burger was good. Overall a good place :)

Burger Fuel is usually a love it or hate it place. Some people see the prices and immediately turn away, while others see the size and quality of the burgers and and never settle for anything less. I normally like Burger Fuel but this one wasn't as nice as the others I've been too. The music was far too loud when we walked in, we practically had to shout at each other and then at the counter for our order. The restaurant noises were loud as well - a constant hum from the machine under the counter and constant clattering of plates and dishes, plus the loud chatter of the staff. We paid $80 for 3 people, so you'd expect almost restaurant quality food. Whilst it was great food, the chips were incredibly salty, and almost white, and the food took a long time to arrive.

🍔 Five Star! Hands down! We ordered American Cheese Burger and a Bio Fuel. They tasted so so so delicious with juicy beef. We also had chicken tender with chipotle sauce, which was wound expectation! Definitely recommend this place for great burger!! 🍔 The service is excellent! Prompt service and friendly staff!

Burger Fuel is a chain so any opinions are based on the food at the chain. The service at this particular branch has always been great. This is the Subway of "gourmet" burger chains. When you have it every once in a while it's great! really tasty! but if you have it more then say, once a month you'll notice that the flavor is all in the sauce. Patties are fresh and we'll come but mostly tasteless (I feel they need more salt?) it is what it is. Head to Petone for a better gourmet burger.

BFLH's Bio Fuel is as fabulous as I remember it to be, with a perfectly-cooked, hearty, beef patty sandwiched within a towering stack of fresh salad and juicy beets. This is then topped with a free-range, fried egg cooked to a standard that even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of! Their well-seasoned, chicken tenders are also a gastronomic delight being tender, tasty and very succulent and their chunky fries are second to none. Service is courteous and pleasant. IMO they are topping the NZ burger charts for taste and goodness. Highly recommended!

Lived in Lower Hutt 20 years, mostly organic diet, never written a review. Hmmm, organic but in a fast food joint? Yep, an oddity for sure. However, your stomach doesn't lie, if you are sensible this is good food. Last night my husband and I ate here, the stars (6 even! not just 5) all aligned. Perfection. Service OUTSTANDING. Note to Head Office: Bottle last nights formula, look after and pay these employees well, they did you proud.
