J.Its been a few years since So Fine won a national award for their fish n chips but they still seem to be as consistent as ever. We rarely get anything fancy but the fish is great and clean tasting and the choice between straight or crinkle cut chips is appreciated. The price is a bit higher then most others but it's good to have a place that takes quality seriously.

Tidy staff, dedicated person for handling money, and staff are all tidy.
Didn't study the menu for price comparison, but got a vague feeling the scoops might have been small for the price paid, but crinkle cuts were very nice so no complaints.
P.Good basic takeaway. Certainly generous serves and friendly people. There are tables for eating in but it felt pretty rudimentary so probably wouldn't bother. Food generally well cooked except the squid rings were s bit tough. On the whole good local takeaway.
