This is your usual Burger King. They do serve most of the menu but their slushy machines often don't work. An upside of this Burger King is that it is in a great location

Got lunch there today (13/8/21) and I panicked a little because the app coupons had changed (in addition to my usual anxious panicking) but the lady behind the counter was very patient and friendly and helped me feel more at ease. 5 stars for her!

I love this place because they have so much great food and it's will full you up! Its also cheap. There is also a Timezone where you can win lollies, Toys and all sorts. I recommend this place for your kids and you to get lunch, dinner or just a snack

The locality is excellent at Nelson city's busiest intersection on Trafalgar and Halifax. Fairly roomy for a town this size, but during the summer months, you may be quite busy waiting. The only real downer, is that the 1950's feel of the iconic Burger King restaurant is missing, but that seems to be the problem with a lot of BK's stores.

This is one of the most appealing Burger King branches that I've visited. The premise was spacious, clean and interesting with its curved architectural style. In addition it had an attractive, green outlook with a spacious carpark. We arrived in the late afternoon before the "dinner hour" and found we almost had the place to ourselves. Service was satisfactory and the food was no different from other Burger King joints. The furniture looked more high-end than usual and felt comfortable to use. Towards the rear of the diner, there were many gaming machines, so youngsters' entertaining needs are well catered for at BKN.

Burgerking, well, the vege chicken burger.... nope. It was wrong. Nelson Burgerking nothing wrong with you, just nope to the fake meat in that fake chicken burger. Nope from me. The staff were great, service was great, fake meat... next time I will try the fake beef. I hope you redeem your self my king! Or the red headed Wendy girl will be told!

Absolutely chaotic kitchen resulting in mixed up orders and long delays. 20 - 25 minutes wait is unacceptable in a fast food restaurant. Food was good when we eventually got it after several reminders

Travelling and decided on an easy evening meal. Covid - 19 conditions in play... social distancing, sanitising etc. Service was a little slow and we were slow to receive our order. Sometimes drive - thru is a lot quicker. But, food was good... eaten on premises.

Clean restaurant and the best whopper I've had in a while. We ordered the $12 stunner deal and a creamy mayo cheeseburger voucher deal to share with the kids. The rodeo was so good we went back for another!

The food isn't too bad when they're not running out of something. Most of the time anything desert related. It's a 50/50 whether you get a polite staff member. At least there's free parking. But some basic people person training would go a long way for some of their crew
