Friendly and quick to serve. The Chicken Fenders for $9 is a ripp off. Did not even closely match the portion size or pieces shape of the picture on the advert and counter. Probably not the chef's fault but BF menu

Had a bad experience but too their credit they fixed the problem and that goes a long way to restore confidence in their operation and service. Well done BurgerFuel. Ordered the fish burger and to be honest it was slop. Worst Burger Fuel ever at New Plymouth. Turned up to collect my pre-ordered and paid for takeaway, to have a teenager demand to see my vaccine pass. (Not needed for takeaway.) They would not give me my takeaway until i showed it. They also said there website times were not correct and would have to wait, even thou i arrived 2 minutes after the time allocated. To be honest this place was running in disarray. Will never order or visit burger fuel NP again.

Great service this morning, Super fresh burgers crispy lettuce, and awesome milk shakes. Keep up the great work everyone. 👍

Food was very tasty and service friendly but I can not give them 5 stars as the prices are very high, so much so that it feels as though the BF head office are far too greedy.

Halal option available for muslim. Just remember to mentioned it while placing your order. Can be quite busy in the arvo but apart from that service is considerably fast. Its quite pricey but you are paying for what its worth. So worth it. Kumara fries quite interesting aa side. Motobites not so much for me and spud fries is just a normal fries. Free car parks infront of shop or just park in the servo. Good environment and atmosphere in the shop. Average time spend ~ 30minutes from ordering till finishing your food. Considering its just walking distance from Mcdonald and still have crowd, so that tells you something. Toilet is clean and maintained too. Few options of burger available. To order, come to the shop, look at the menu on the wall, from your main to your side and place your order and the counter, get your number and wait on your table. Apart from all mentioned above, do give it a visit and hopefully the taste still the same. Till next visit burger fuel.

I bought 2 burgers tonight.1 Gluten Free Chicken Royal.My wife was very happy.Slight hiccup last night and Chicken Backfire for me.Loved every bite.The chips tonight were nice and crisp and a good measure.Missed out on a doofer for me but I got through it.(none last night)Looking forward to tomorrow night. Happy old man!!!
