Tasty food, friendly team. Love the new packaging for the burgers. Update: Still so good Chicken Poppers are sooooo yum usually they come with sauce but I had to share with a fussy kid. Next time I won't be sharing 😅

Awesome food. But you get what you pay for, and they are a little pricey. But In saying that, they are gorgeous, yummy and big...comparing them to "other" burger 🍔 Joints these "could be" better tasting, but that all comes down to ones individual prefence. These burgers would actually decompose unlike some other unmentioned burgers from some other burger outlets, If you actually wanted to throw this burger on to someone's roof, at least the birds would actually eat it a burger fuel one. Oh and just double check your order ✅

Great service. Basic, kid-sized chicken burger (Forget the name of it sorry.) great value. Best seasoned chicken burger I have had - Bear in mind I have been to KFC and Burger King often - and chocolate milkshake I also ordered tasted of real cocoa, not a chemical compound! Awesome effort guys! Recommended!

The staff were friendly and helpful but found the food and drinks expensive. The burgers were big (which I expected for the price) and filling. I felt that for customers dining in plates should have been available. A 330 ml bottle of coke is $5 and the eggs were about an extra $3.

We visited here last week for dinner, staff were very friendly and amazing fast service. There was a great selection of food for all of us, but my eyes were bigger than my belly these burgers are massive. The Peanut Butter and Jelly Burger is simply amazing! Good fries, too! The staff were very friendly.

Omgosh! What an amazing lunch. We went in right on lunch time and it was really busy. The girl who served us was polite and happy. Even though it was busy she didn't make us feel rushed to order and helped us make a decision. When the burgers were ready I was surprised with how big they were. And the flavours were amazing. I don't come to palmy often but when I do, I'll have to add a stop in here!

Definitely my go-to place for a burger in town! Staff are always friendly with a 'hey how's it going guys' as soon as you step in the door! Food is gourmet standard yet very affordable, and the venue is lively and fun whilst at the same time comfortable and cosy!

Nearly got conned into the upsize of 2x cheese and bacon. $3 for bacon and $2 for cheese. 1 slice of cheese is 20c and 2 extra postage stamps of bacon for $3?? Yeah, nah. Opened our burgers - literally 2 postage stamps of bacon (1/4 of a rasher on a good day) so that's 20c of bacon for $3 more. NOT going back. Pleasant service but sneaky upsell tricks to get it to $54 for 2 burgers, 1 fries and 1 drink. Overpriced.

Has great friendly staff, who will go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and make your order to how you like it. There are a lot of choices to choose from made to how you like. My only problem was my burger was a little too greasy, the beef patty was dripping in grease. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

The front of house staff have great skill. I think the manager could be a little more subtle as he was shouting orders around. The atmosphere is very loud, obviously there are a lot of noises In a fast food restaurant but background noise takes its toll on the performance of staff and we found it hard to talk to each other. The food was great and came out FAST. Our kiwi family enjoyed the meal. The size of the restaurant's seating area was clustered in small seating arrangements which didn't really work for us with a pram on a Saturday night but would work well for couples and people ordering takeout. The staff taking orders had to clean the premises when they weren't taking orders which was hardly ever as they were so busy, this reflected on the tidyness of the restaurant. We think that the service was the best out of any burgerfuel premises we have visited in the last decade hence our good review. Thanks

This is hands down the best burger restaurant in the city the staff are always nice and greet you when you come in or thank you when you leave the food is a bit pricey but what you get is worth it. You gotta have a big appetite to eat it a place like this cos once you try it you're gonna want everything on the menu. Don't even get me started on the atmosphere spark plug lights hard to describe but just go and have a look at them the Vibe you get in there is absolutely amazing with the old time we arcade machine as well as the spray paint artwork it makes the whole place look really Motorhead. Give this place a go and I guarantee you it'll be your favourite burger joint in the whole city

Food was amazingly fresh and unprocessed. Burgers were very delicious and I came away feeling satisfied with just one burger. The tables were a bit grubby so I wiped my own one down before eating....this was probably because only two staff were on and it was busy.

BEWARE! Burger Fuel has really good burgers, but the staff are trained to manipulate you in to spending more money. For example, they will ask you, 'would you like an egg or bacon with that?' You're pretty hungry, so you're thinking that its great to have this choice, so you choose bacon. The tricky bit is that they don't tell you it costs extra, right down to the barbeque sauce they trick you in to adding. I'm on to this trick, but tonight my brother spent an extra $6 adding barbeque sauce, onion rings and bacon to his Single American Muscle. What's more is that the cost of these items aren't listed individually on the receipt, which is even more deceptive. It literally just looks like the Single American Muscle cost $15.90 and had these items on it. I have a photo of the receipt, but can't seem to add it. Regardless, this is stealing and is not acceptable. This is a clearly deceptive and high-speed tactic, and Burger Fuels around NZ are grabbing extra cash from all their customers for adding things to their bill that they didn't know they actually wanted. This is an overseas tactic, no? In this respect, Burger Fuel in Palmerston North is not the worst or least offender, but happened to be the one that ripped my brother off. Still rate the burgers, but this is wrong.

Great food and service. However I'm disappointed that when asking if someone wants avocado or pineapple to their burger that it is not made clear that it costs to add the extra. This is underhand and the extra cost has to be fully explained.

I tried to order some fuel for my Burger from McD's. They asked me to leave. So so glad they changed there slogan to Fuel for the human engine. Now there is no confusion. Burgerfuel does both burgers and other things. So they should be called foodfuel. But thats not catchy. All and all they got 5 stars for having a spacy machine and no kids there.

But I can hold down the instinct to retch at the smell of meat cooking long enough to come running out of BurgerFuel with a Combustion Tofu and a shed load of kumara fries under my arm. What would a vegetarian be doing seeking out so meaty an experience? Whilst I abhor the environmental and moral catastrophe that is the meat industry, having one fast food place who keep the option on the table means I feel honour bound to support them. So I bury my qualms about the industry as I devour the V- twin vege, helped by the fact that it is delicious.
