Great option for something better than a classic drive thru. Good vegetarian, GF and vegan options and quality ingredients. Suitable to dine in or takeaway. Generally kept clean and tidy. Everything you'd hope for from Burger fuel.

YES NZ 5 stars for Hygiene 5 stars for food preparation 5 stars for customer service 5 stars for quality produce. 5 stars for venue standards If you havn't visited your missing out We travel from wellington to enjoy the best burgers they offer. Why? (Because they don't serve squashed un appetizing looking burgers). Their bugers stand tall the produce is so fresh, you want to take the staff home to cook for you. Congratulations to the owners and staff who respect quality.

I don't come here that often but my visit last week made me want to come here more often. My burger was sooo good. A little bit pricey but we get what we pay for.... and compared to McDonald's, actually that's a mistake to even try comparing BurgerFuel to McDonald's... No comparison at all! So Burgerfuel is awesome.

Excellent service from Crystal-Anne. Knew her menu really well. Our burgers were amongst the best we have ever eaten. My husband and I felt we were in a 5 star restaurant enjoying gourmet burgers. Cooked to perfection and the chips had the perfect crunch. Masterchef Australia couldn't have done it better. A+ all the way for the burgers chips AND outstanding service :)

Firstly, the food is fantastic. As with all burger fuels, the burgers are huge and the chips are great quality. Only sore point are the prices. The prices are more than what you'd expect from a fast food restaurant. The wait is also a little longer than expected. I certainly recommend to give it a try.

Had really good service from the burgerfuel team we turned up late and hungry but the team were happy to make our food and drinks and we left very happy. It was great that even though they were close to closing time they looked after us instead of looking disappointed we turned up.

Food is better than that which you'd expect to get from the likes of McDonald's, However the quality doesn't reflect the price as it is quite expensive. It's still just fancy looking fast food. At the end of the day one of the few things that separate this from typical fast food places is the service. Attentive, helpful and friendly staff. Expect a great experience. Atmosphere is casual yet inviting. 2.5 / 5 stars for food.... 7 / 5 stars for service.

Yummy fresh, great service, clean, this is the second time we have bn and we couldn't fault it yes it is a bit more expensive $49.50 for 2 x burgers 2 x chips chicken tenders and a drink. But the quality of the food is worth every cent.

7 August 2016 - thank goodness, it has vastly improved!! We returned for another take-away meal which was very nice this time! A very forgettable experience - although we must acknowledge that this was opening day and it would appear the shop was not able to cope with the demand. We placed an online order at 5:20pm for 2 Hamburgini, 2 Burnout, 1 V-Dub Vege, and 2 Spuds w. Aioli. We were there to pick it up at 5:40pm, and the order arrived at 5:45pm. It was taken straight home a kilometer away. When unpacked the order was barely warm, the burgers were oozing either oils or excess sauces, and the V-Dub Vege was quite cold. Nothing remotely resembled the advertised products. All-in-all a very expensive and disappointing experience, which we will not be repeating in a hurry!
