P.The service was REALLY POOR the woman behind the counter could not work the till or understand us nor us her, it was not the mask either because even when she took that off it was like talking to a brick wall, others were complaining as well. Was nice to have someone else happily fix the order mess ups after we got our meal.
P.Quick service, great customer service and the food was made well. Burgers were delicious! A nice place to sit in too
S.Allows Super Gold Card Users a free hot drink. That is really great for retirees. Mightnt seem much, but makes someone's day wen they are given something free. My hubby loves it!

b.Burger was not made with love , onion rings were overcooked, we had same burger cooked nicely and tasted great in Taupo burger king .

C.I have been to this store in the past and usually have not had an issue until my recent visit. I ordered 2 rodeo burgers and was not impressed that the buns on my second burger was burnt. This is very poor quality for a fast food restaurant. I did speak to the manager who replaced it but that burger should not be given to customers at all. Time to up your game Burger King.
A.Once again I all love my DBL BK Chicken with pickle and cheese it always hits the spot Everytime.
N.Besides the ice cream machine always being unavailable, which is a real pain in the heat of summer, the food is ok as are the staff
