Great friendly service and very courteous staff. Quick delivery of food. Great location. Just be aware they advised us that it's shift managers decision on if they accept countdown branded AA cards for their shake promotion as the countdown cards are free and the promotion is for paying AA customers. But they were very good about how they explained this and allowed us to use our digital AA card in the app.

Stopped for a late night burger and had the best experience. Awesome food, sweetest staff, ended up eating two burgers! Would definitely come back again and again. The staff here are incredible and took time to check in and help us above and beyond.

The BEST Burger Fuel in NZ! Never go to the one's in Auckland as the customer service and food is usually sub par. But this place is fantastic! Greta who served us is a real gem! Agi the chef came out to see if we were happy with our food too! This happens every time we are here, the BEST customer service by far!!

Possibly the best burger fuel we have ever had takeout from around nz! Staff on the phone were really polite, friendly and got our order right first time. Food was fresh, hot and well presented which is a rarity these days with other stores. Will definitely be back next time we are passing through

Best burger fuel restaurant I've been to, and I've visited many. Went just after New Years with a group of 7, greeted with menus. Ordering was easy and quick, one of the chefs listened as we made the order and got right on the burgers. Burgers came in 5 mins despite the restaurant being half full. Burgers, chips and shakes superb, staff friendly, great atmosphere. Will be returning, keep it up!

Me and My Partner were probably the last people in tonight. The staff did not fall short on excellent customer service, nor did they slack on the quality of their food with it being so late and shifts almost ending. Food was good. But I asked for no Avo in 2 of the burgers I ordered and they still put it in. I also asked for 2 kumara fries and 1 potato fries and I got 1 kumara and 2 potato. It was an online order.

Burgerfuel is not just a fast food place. They really put effort in providing quality, service and environmentally friendly products. I ate the burnout burger, it was great! Staff is really helpful and friendly.

This Redwood shop is the ultimate food, service and cleanliness at fast food category. I love to be welcomed at the door with a menu so good. But I surprised that I did not get that yesterday and felt things changed? and ordered takeaway and experienced given a wrong bag with somebody's customized burger!! My vegetarian burger went to them and I had a chicken one.. I went to friend's house for lunch too far to bring back straight with it so I pop in on the way home and the manager made an apology with refund and voucher which was so straight and kind to customers. I recommend this eatery to my guests and friends without any hesitation. Please keep up this great business at least in my neighborhood lovely Redwood forest:)) Thank you so much for your attentive action and look forward to my next nice vegetarian burger!!

Burgers are what you come here for and this place makes an amazing burger. The current special, the UFB is awesome. Service was an 11 out of 10. The girl serving was going above and beyond to make the whole experience a pleasant one. This is a Burger Fuel I will be back to for sure, quickly too, so I can have another UFB!!!

Got takeaway tonight and received a dry, cold beef burger in bag stating chook Royale (what I ordered). Chips we're tad over cooked/golden crunchy but cold as the shop was super busy so they had racked up loads of fries in advance. Our order took 35 mins and we got chips from that backlog. Love you guys but timing and quality all wrong tonight. Not your usual. Leaving stars at 4 as everyone has bad days.

Always good burgers at any of the stores. Good location. Heaps of parking. Store was too hot to sit inside

Never been before. Nice food but not for the fainthearted when you need to pay for it.

Foods lovely however the burgers seem to be thrown together in a hurry where one time our burger was upside down w no top bun on the bottom. Another was missing some of the filling??? Te Ngae: Rotorua...and we go there at least once a month.

Well the service is really excellent that's a fact . However even after eating a Bastard and fries I am still hungry. Weird cos I'm not a huge eater and seldom have burgers.

Update. 11months later, rgey are now not giving any napkins and still shouting the order out .... Fast, great food. Frustrating that they only give 1 napkin when you order 2 burgers and 2 fries. Happened at least the last 5 times we have been. (Cheap skates) Also annoying to have the casheir scream out everyone's order at the top of her voice to the cooks at the back. Isn't that what computer systems are for. Doesn't make for a peaceful place when dining in.

As always, I love Burger fuel, just Idk is it me or Burger 🍔 is smaller then in Auckland?
