Great service from Dez everytime. Happy, smiling and efficient. The burgers always look fresh....but the fries could be more salty.

today I have accidently ordered a Rebel Whopper instead of Regular Whopper, Once I got home I thought they gave me the wrong burger, I called them they said to come back then they repeated my APP order from earlier and I realized I ordered incorrectly, they were really great and still gave me the correct burger even though it was my error... thanks BK Taupo you guys are great!

Yes, good standard, clean, fast food. Premises was clean and we'll maintained. Staff were excellent, busy, but still happy and smiles all around while serving. Happy to help and knowledgeable.

It has been over 5yrs since I have been to Burger King. So disappointed in the burgers they are literally half the size they used to be.

Staff were not customer serviced trained properly. A bit rude and I was short changed when I was supposed to get 2 fries with my meals that I had ordered, but found out that they had not provided it in my bag. Best to check your meals properly at the counter before leaving.

While I love to eat in new and different places, trying different cuisines, especially when in a new country, sometimes you just need a taste of home! Of course, BK New Zealand has its unique features, but it was good to grab a burger and fries in Taupo. And thanks to the staff for their patience with me trying to figure out NZ credit card machines differences and later making change for the first time in NZ currency.

Just the same as you find anywhere in the world. Decent food decent prices. Not healthy but you know it's going to be a cracking burger! Healed a few of my hangovers! I like that the menu varies to what you see all around the world! Always free and ample parking as always. Drive through option available or sit down.

BK is delicious. This store is nice and tidy. They have had renovations recently and its looking pretty flash. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is sometimes the drive thru the gets the order wrong, and I don't notice until I have gotten home :( but despite this the food is always fresh :)

Very nice place, has all the facilities required. Staff are nice enough and served me well. I especially enjoyed the flirty female working when i came in. I enjoyed the place thoroughly and the services provided. Im unsure however weather i would come here i was suffering from any variation of hepatitis the vibe of the place also felt specially threatening to hepatitis A. Im unsure weather they would allow you to bring in an animal however big it may be. I would like to emphasize that i strongly feel hep A is not welcomed here.

I am very impressed with how well made and presented the burger is. It's 3 stars though because I did order unsalted fries and they gave me luke warm old salted fries that had been sitting there for like 15 minutes.

Great customer service. I mistakenly ordered the Whoppers thinking they were vegetarian, later realized they weren't. They replaced the burgers with vegetarian ones (salad burgers - which were very good) and even returned the excess money that I paid for the Whoppers even though this whole ordeal was my fault. I'm very grateful.

An average Burger King. Staff are typically overweight and marginally friendly and pleasant. Food was hot and fairly tasty and filling. having to listen to millennial modern music sucked, totally inappropriate given that many of the patrons were over 40. the karge 60 inch lcd TVs x 2 were loud and dominating. i hate having to listen to other people's music, doubly so when I'm in need of a rest on a long drive from Auckland to Hastings! Store cleanliness was mostly ok, but men's toilet seat in bathroom almost off its hinges. will visit again, but only because i like the taste of BK and this store is the only BK in Taupo that i know of.

Burger King is never overcrowded in taupo and service is quick. I like their menu because the taste differs from meal to meal. And the drinks are somethink alse! !
