Just beautiful! A great treat for us out-of-towners! (AA member promo), Even tho there is a sign 'near' till, I believe the server should ask the customer if they are an AA Member... and the burger looked exactly like the one in the picture (unlike ALL the opposition's burger pic). Thanks

Thank you for the awesome service from the team on the 16th Nov, I am impressed. They were all young and very efficient at their job plus the burgers were yummy. Also we forgot our mask...sorry bout that😷 🙃 the young man serving still treated us with dignity and got us out of the store fast with no fuss👌

Grossly overpriced but such awesome food packed with flavor. Absolutely divine and the staff are super friendly and nothing seems to be a problem. Super fast service and nice clean premises.

Needed a quick easy Saturday night meal so headed on down to BurgerFuel Tauranga on Cemeron Road. Staff were very friendly and our takeout meal was ready quickly. Everything was fresh, and the salad vege were crisp. Gluten free buns are amazing. Always a good meal and the only burger I will eat.

I really love the burgers here, especially the C N Cheese. The kumera fries are also great. The service is consistently excellent and friendly. It takes a few minutes to get your food but not very long, considering the make it all fresh after you order. Highly recommended!

Pretty average experience obviously the result of a over hyped franchised burger chain . Expensive, sloppy burger impossible to eat at a enjoyable pace without it falling apart, kids meal is like the worst value for money the natural nuggets are like chopped up chicken scraps almost had my son in tears. Wont be back

The woman at the counter was away with the fairys and not very friendly ,our burgers came out quickly, unfortunately I got half way through mine and there was what looked like a hair which was off putting, we told the staff, and they made me another one ,which was alot better made ,but I did check it before I ate it ,so not the best experience

Great burgers, solid price. Best part for me is that everything I've seen there is biodegradable. No plastic straws, containers or bottles. Everything neatly wrapped in paper or cardboard, and only glass bottled drinks. I think this is a great initiative and mindset to have for a burger joint, and makes me far more inclined to want to stop there for a meal. Staff were friendly, and there's always a great atmosphere.

Burger was good, got the one on special and was asked if I wanted cheese and sauce. I said sure and then noticed that the price had gone up by $3 something. Would have been nice if I was told first. Just a small thing but that's why we review.

Very tasty BBQ Roadhouse burger. Maybe a bit too much lettuce on it, but cooked well. The sweet potato chips were okay, but not worth $5. Thought the aoli sauce could have had a little stronger taste to it, since they make their own.

This is Burgerfuel, my favorite burger chain in New Zealand. Is my review biased of course it is I love the place. In my opinion if you write a bad review about the place your soul is dead inside anyway and don't belong there as you'll bring down the atmosphere. Went to Tauranga for a wedding and in the 4 days there, I went here 3 times for meals because I knew they be great quality, fantastic flavor and awesome staff and I wasn't disappointed. If you need a burger that won't disappoint, this is one of the safest bets you can take.

Amazing Taste 👏 totally shocked when I first tried it. juicy delicious mouthwatering burger definitely recommend going here for a good quality burger and customer service

BurgerFuel burgers are amazing! Best burger chain in NZ, hands down. Well trained staff, good options to choose from. Well seasoned food and always the freshest of ingredients. They're highly recommended to locals and travellers alike for an authentic Kiwi burger experience! The burgers are highly customizable for a nominal fee, and they taste absolutely delightful! Venues are theme decorated and all of them look mostly the same, which is fine. Some literature is always found table-side to occupy oneself while waiting for the meals to come out. Music is mostly classic or pop, played at a comfortable volume level throughout the day.

Probably the best burger chain in New Zealand hands down. Fast friendly service from staff that seem to enjoy their jobs, fresh ingredients and most importantly clean. Helpful tip, try booking online and pick up at your closest store.

You guys are doing amazing in lockdown level 3. Really appreciate your service even if I had to wait longer. I have experienced the same madness for all of of level 4 and can sympathise. Keep sane. People can wait - I know I was more than happy to even after a very long day

Great burgers. Always taste fresher than your usual fast food burger joint. I recommend calling in your order on the phone first for picking up 10 to 15 mins later. Otherwise expect a bit of a wait, especially on busy nights such as Fridays and Saturdays

If your after a decent feed then go no further. Epic burgers (doofers are a definite must use) amazing chicken fenders and the chips can't get any better.... UNTIL THEY'RE DIPPED INTO THE GARLIC MAYO!!! The way your treated by the friendly staff is amazing, your treated than more just a friend, but like family ( not the back woods, missing fingers and no one talks to because of something that must be spoken of again)

The interior of the resturant is beautiful and so is the seating arrangements. They have high chairs, small chairs, tables for small groups and can also bigger group. The Burgers are delicious and the service is quick too. Just bit expensive but they do offer varieties of burger compare to McD ones.

Burger Fuel is Burger Fuel. It is what it is. The burger are good and a step above, for fast food, but fast isn't really the term for this. Tauranga seems like a bit of an organized mess. The get the job done, but seem to be tripping over each other more than at other locations. Our order was pretty standard, but at least two groups that ordered after us were served their burgers before us. One was a couple of young guys who were obviously friends with the staff. All for lolling after your mates, but when your busy, remember the other customers too. 😉

They forgot my order but made up for it with free burger vouchers :)
