Great service with a smile, got an apology for the wait - which really wasn't needed and the wait wasn't very long at all. I'm paying for a great burger and I don't want it to take 30 seconds to make. It was a great burger, easily one of the best in the past year. Great taste, nothing dry or sloppy. Chicken bites were very tasty, light heat on them and still crispy and tender.

Of course the burgers are the absolute business, but the staff have been top notch every time I've been too. They are friendly but still polite, and they even say "thank you" when they see you putting your rubbish in the bin then "goodbye" when you leave. Little things like this make a massive difference in having a good experience. Well done BF, you have nailed good customer service!

I would give this place a sixth star for the service if I could. The food is so tasty. The chicken nuggets for the kids are actually chicken and they loved it. The vegan burgers excellent. One our group had allergies and the staff went way out of their way to construct something she could eat and it was great. This place pays attention to detail and it makes a huge difference.

I've been to Timaru store on Sunday and met one of the amazing staff Rose who welcomed us with her beautiful smile. She was with lot of patience even when it was busy. Must say burgerfuel need more people like her. Very happy with her service.

We have been to burger fuel a few times now. Staff are always very friendly, last time we were served by an incredibly friendly woman “Rose” (who has also served us before). Rose made our experience 10/10 fantastic customer service and great burgers.

Excellent vege burgers. We had both kinds. Probably the pumpkin one was best. Nice and clean facilities an friendly staff. Will come again next time in Timaru (not often, I admit).

Have never been to Burger Fuel before. We were very impressed. They were quite busy but our food didn't take that long and the waitress apologised for the wait. Loved our burgers and beer battered chips

BurgerFuel Timaru have the most well trained, socially interactive, friendly, courteous and professional staff. I visit there on Friday... even though it was hell busy still I got my order on time and it was well cooked and warm... I appreciate the efforts of staff members... they have the best attitude and should be rewarded😊

Lovely service. Came in last night around 7:30-8:30 and was greeted by a smiling worker. She was very welcoming and made me feel invited. She explained she was new when she was trying to find the thick shake on the till but her attitude made it all better. Hope to see more like that. Good customer service with the new girl. I'll be back again

Excellent eating experience.. being greeted by an employee, seated and drink order taken, was maybe 5-7minutes. Had the thunderbird burger was served hot and excellent taste... I loved the place, location food atmosphere and most importantly the wonderful staff.

This restaurant is a great place. The lady serving us had a personality that suited the theme of the restaurant perfectly!. The theme being quite a modern rock and roll, hot rod, extreme sport sort of place. Has a very inner city feel. I ordered the V8 Vegan burger which had like 30 things in it and it tasted a dream! Best burger I've had, great service, clean dining and a filling meal.

I am a regular customer of Burger Fuel Timaru. The burgers are really nice and the service is really good especially the crew named Rosie. I noticed she's always serving happily to all customers. So 5 stars for me, food and crews are the best!

Excellent burgers and fries. They even had soy thick shakes! We waited for a few minutes for service but they delivered to the table. Vegetarian options as well. Bathroom had some company slogans not kid friendly (glad I didn't have to explain that one to our son) and the hand dryer was incredibly loud (and I'm already partially deaf) Moderately expensive but totally worth it for the taste and texture.

Get tired of coming in and someone tries to sell me extras on my burger... Like the burgers are already expensive and your trying to sell me bacon on it for another $3!? The foods nice though but not always affordable. One worker (Eva I think) is very lovely and has an attitude to her work that feels welcoming. Use to come in some nights after work and see her working... I'll be back but not for $3 bacon

Love the staff and the food. Lately we have been later after finishing work. The sign on the door says open till late. However staff very reluctant to serve us and several people turned away, so they can put their music up and get home. Saw at least 4 people turned away 1 night.

Really nice food and great value for money! However, it lacked ambience and staff were unaware of the ingredients in their products. Staff had trouble understanding what "soy free" meant and started offering all the soy products.

Happy to see BF in timaru as Dunedin still doesn't have one :( Delicious high quality burgers and fries, can really taste the difference! Of course with quality food comes a more expensive price tag, but... tastes so bloody good, so ya know, weigh up ya options burger lovers. Loved the 'Love' Kombucha on offer there too, prob the best kombucha I've tried, and I've tried them all. Again be ready to spend more, but again... quality. Thanks BF... we will prob visit every time.we driving north. 💚

I love vegetarian/vegan food so I tried both the vege & vegan burger. The vege burger had the typical vege pattie but it fell apart with each bite, the vegan pattie was gross 🤢 I ate the bun & fillings though. My husband loved his chicken bacon burger which I'm happy with because he'll usually go for burger king. The soy shake was yummy & chocolaty & my husband enjoyed his caramel milk shake. We'll come back.
