N.Just not what it used to be. I get it, covid related staffing issues right? Soooo not paying enough? Pick up time pushed out from 18:41-19:14. Inconvenient. Chips under cooked, shakes were like chocolate milk. Not up to usual high standards.
J.I ordered some burgers and fries this evening. Food is delicious. Outstanding customer service. The staff's positive attitude really made my day. They even cared enough to keep my drinks in the fridge while I was waiting for my food :)
R.My mum and I came in for her birthday and asked about the free birthday burger. We didn't have the VIB set up yet or the app and the guy serving us was amazing anyway! Not only did he give her a free burger, he also chucked in some free fries. He was especially kind and it made our day 🥰 Thank you for your kindness and service!
