Thursday night, super positive staff, culture and environment reflective of great quality management, of whom I was served by and with service that clearly has best possible customer experience in mind. A great thing to be on the receiving end of and compels one to want to return in future. Consistently a great place to buy from and bonus; burger fuels new burger box holders are a major step up in managing your burger while eating it. Keep up the great work WGP team!

Its a burger joint so not too much too say except that the burgers are consistently good & so are the fries. I enjoyed a Santa Boars burger meal went I went recently. The staff are polite & efficient. Parking is right outside.

The team are friendly and helpful and have alot of fun doing what they do, using the most sustainable freshest ingredients and creative use of flavours! Huge burgers that will satisfy your appetite without the need of fries... well worth spending the extra coin to get a decent feed here than getting something cheaper and highly processed. Impressive NZ franchise! Highly recommend!

Best burgerfuel I think we’ve been to! Staff are so lovely and when you call to order it’s less than 10 minutes every time. Fresh, hot burgers and the chips are always perfect, only had a small order issue once and they were so apologetic and fixed the order plus gave us a voucher. Awesome service!

Brilliant. Burgers are fresh and hot, all of the sides are too. Staff are friendly and the service quick. A reasonable price too given that you pay nearly as much across the street at Wendy's for something not even half as nice. You can also swap out the bun for lettuce if you're keto. Yum yum!

This place doesn't really equate to anything we have in the States. The burgers are gourmet albeit in a fast food setting. The options are quite impressive, including the Biofuel which has an egg and a beet on it. Delicious. A little pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for. Nice option for outdoor seating next to a few other dining options including a cafe and Japanese place. Would definitely frequent this place if I lived nearby.

A typical suburban Burgefuel outlet. The service was excellent (like all other Burgefuel outlets outside Auckland CBD); the staff being very friendly and customer-centric. They accept all the regular/monthly promotions. Unlike other Burgefuel outlets, the staff here gave me an ETA for my order!!! They also suggested me their latest product and it tastes well too. Overall, a good outlet in this quite and humble Whangaparaoa 👍👍👍

Find its getting up there in cost now however but go here as still one of the better and healthier fast food options- like the special burgers this company does as there are some interesting combinations of flavours. The BBQ roaster burger is the best of the lot, it isn't greasy, and it's balanced out with the sauce and the lettuce. The Kumara fries are good too. The limited edition passionfruit shake is a MUST!!

Burger was okay... Chips were burnt, way too salty (And I like salt)and were just little end bits. Not to mention I got an extra aioli pottle and one had like a teaspoon in it and the other was half full. Definitely gone downhill since my last visit although they were busy.
