Thursday night, super positive staff, culture and environment reflective of great quality management, of whom I was served by and with service that clearly has best possible customer experience in mind. A great thing to be on the receiving end of and compels one to want to return in future. Consistently a great place to buy from and bonus; burger fuels new burger box holders are a major step up in managing your burger while eating it. Keep up the great work WGP team!

Generally pretty good. Have never messed an order up, always clean and they tend to get friendly staff that do a good job. Online orders generally run 5 minutes late.

Been there 4 times in the past week... Each time has good service and great food. Good catering for dairy, gluten and soy allergies.

Its a burger joint so not too much too say except that the burgers are consistently good & so are the fries. I enjoyed a Santa Boars burger meal went I went recently. The staff are polite & efficient. Parking is right outside.

The team are friendly and helpful and have alot of fun doing what they do, using the most sustainable freshest ingredients and creative use of flavours! Huge burgers that will satisfy your appetite without the need of fries... well worth spending the extra coin to get a decent feed here than getting something cheaper and highly processed. Impressive NZ franchise! Highly recommend!

Best burgerfuel I think we’ve been to! Staff are so lovely and when you call to order it’s less than 10 minutes every time. Fresh, hot burgers and the chips are always perfect, only had a small order issue once and they were so apologetic and fixed the order plus gave us a voucher. Awesome service!

Brilliant. Burgers are fresh and hot, all of the sides are too. Staff are friendly and the service quick. A reasonable price too given that you pay nearly as much across the street at Wendy's for something not even half as nice. You can also swap out the bun for lettuce if you're keto. Yum yum!

This place doesn't really equate to anything we have in the States. The burgers are gourmet albeit in a fast food setting. The options are quite impressive, including the Biofuel which has an egg and a beet on it. Delicious. A little pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for. Nice option for outdoor seating next to a few other dining options including a cafe and Japanese place. Would definitely frequent this place if I lived nearby.

My go - to = C’ N CHEESE BURGER WITH GRILLED PINEAPPLE🤤🤤🤤 you won’t regret. Best fast service & friendly staff! Highly recommend!!

A typical suburban Burgefuel outlet. The service was excellent (like all other Burgefuel outlets outside Auckland CBD); the staff being very friendly and customer-centric. They accept all the regular/monthly promotions. Unlike other Burgefuel outlets, the staff here gave me an ETA for my order!!! They also suggested me their latest product and it tastes well too. Overall, a good outlet in this quite and humble Whangaparaoa 👍👍👍

Good - BBQ bacon roaster was tasty. Plenty of aioli given. Bad - Sunday 5pm pickup ordered 2hr in advance. Still had to wait 15 mins at store. Kumara fries cold.

Amazing customer service! We were treated with a genuine warm smile and felt very welcome. We took time to order and the staff member was very patient. As usual the food was delicious. Definitely recommended. Will definitely return.

1st time eating beef after being vegetarian for 23 years and have to say it was absolutely delicious! The food was high quality the staff were friendly and polite. My only down fall was the wait time but at least you know your getting fresh food!

Great to have burgerfuel on the peninsula. Find its getting up there in cost now however but go here as still one of the better and healthier fast food options- like the special burgers this company does as there are some interesting combinations of flavours. Food sometimes takes longer than staff say it will be

Love our BurgerFuel... it is just a shame that their full vegetarian and vegan range isn't available.... no Alternative Burger this time. Motobites were overcooked....short order cooking can be a challenge....

Came here cause nothing else was open, was pleasantly surprised, food was delicious and healthy, staff were so lovely and they had really good discounts. Loved it, wil go back again.

Pretty good. Lots of busy staff in the kitchen so burgers don't take too long to make your order, burgers still warm by the time you get home. Good quality.

Seems to have a bit of a pest problem. Spiders in the toilets. Mice in the dining area. Makes you wonder what's going on in the kitchen. Burgers are tasty however. Not excessive amounts of sauce like some other locations.

Pretty good burger. A quiet night for them but had great service from a young woman there who was having a break but took the trouble to alert her colleagues that they had a customer

The BBQ roaster burger is the best of the lot, it isn't greasy, and it's balanced out with the sauce and the lettuce. The Kumara fries are good too. The limited edition passionfruit shake is a MUST!!

Best Berbers in NZ. not the cheapest...But clearly the best! Yahoo. Crunchy lettuce, tasty beef always for me cheese melt n a strawberry shake. Staff are helpful to me bring an old coot.😏

Burgerfuel is always good. I was in a hurry when I did an online order. For got to order a shake so guy behind counter said he'd make me one. Took him 2 minutes. Legend

Friendly service, but not accurate, or on time. Orders have gotten lost previously. Additionally, it has a "C" health certificate. Go to Silverdale instead; food is better made, and service is more to Burger Fuel standard.

I'd recommend ordering in advance online or by phone if you're in a hurry. There's a good chance they'll be busy. Food is quality, staff friendly as, and the vibe makes for an ideal dine in.

I like Burger fuel burgers :-) They are a solid (and tasty) Burger choice, and have good options and sides (especially the kumara fries with aioli) I do miss their spicy burger though. This store is a new one and nicely done, with friendly staff :-)

Burger was okay... Chips were burnt, way too salty (And I like salt)and were just little end bits. Not to mention I got an extra aioli pottle and one had like a teaspoon in it and the other was half full. Definitely gone downhill since my last visit although they were busy.
