Staff were friendly and dealt with holiday lines with efficiency. The coffee was actually half decent, too. This is one of the only McDonald's where I can get a latte that tastes like a latte.

The store exterior and interior wise would appreciate some attention, there was an unhealthy amount of seagull droppings outside the building. The signature double cheeseburger that I had ordered was pushed too hard down to a degree where was deformed, and noticeably staff seemed very stressed. Concerning.

Thank goodness it was open after travelling and working all day needed something to fill the void at 2 am Our order came out fast and Hot. The chips were freshly made which was great .

Toilets not properly cleaned. For goodness sake! You are in the food industry. Also only one option for ordering a meal and that is digitally. What about elderly or even middle aged people who are unfamiliar with this technology? Staff were friendly and excellent food so that's a big plus.

The lady serving my food was actually quite rude. . As if she didn't want to be at work today. . And I think she was the manager. Well. She had a different uniform to the rest. . . I felt like her reaction was as if I was impulsive when our hand 'nearly' touched.. but my baby enjoyed her hot cake thanks.

The franchise was very clean and tidy, we called in at 06:30 on a Saturday. We were encouraged to use the automated system of ordering instead of face to face over the counter. Staff were very helpful. As normal, the food that arrived looked NOTHING like the item on show when ordering etc, it was pretty bad. The coffee was excellent. Parking right outside, toilets are always clean, service is excellent, the burgers and muffin meals are garbage.

A very tidy and clean McDonald's. Comes equipped with all the modern bits like self service machines and the re-design and it even had a set of EV chargers in the car park. It's also got a playground, don't see many of those these days.

Food is good but the car park is in the most horrific condition. The size of the holes are just incredible and increasing. How this hasn't been fixed yet is disgusting. If you have a low car I would use the drive through. They really need to do something about it. Been like this for months!!

Food and service were good, and the play area is nice for the kids. Several tables in the dining area have AC and USB plus nearby if you need to charge up or get a little work done while the kids play. I was disappointed that I could not get Internet access from the wifi, even after signing up through the captive portal, but I'm not ruling out user error on my part.

Awesome service from a young girl who helped me tackle the pay and thingy menu and the premises were very clean. Then topped off with a beautiful coffee made at the mccafe. Thank you a great experience.

Often food is cold. Hotcrossbuns served cold, you have to specify hot. Check yr order before driving off sometimes they forget an item. Not always just every now and then. Ordering white tea inside is a headache. Otherwise when its good its great!!

Having to use the touch screen machine to order wasn't ideal, how many finger's had touched that screen before mine? A number judging by the smeers. Then having to touch a table number. Not ideal at this time. Should have sat in the huge que for the drive through. But past experiences have had me come in anyway to collect a missing item. On a plus the staff member we spoke to was helpful and friendly, the food was fast, and this trip my burger looked as though it had been assembled with care and not thrown together from a great distance.

Would not recommend if you are not technically able or if you aren't paying with debit, credit, cash. There is no service and you must use the kiosk terminals. No one offers to help you. The positive if you manage to order, the food was really, fresh and well made.

Not impressed. Three orders were 'lumped' into one brown bag. As a result the two orders of chips were scattered all over the bag with the cheeseburger squashed between the bag and the burger. Plus McDs dont seem to provide napkins anymore. The whole bag was greasy inside and out. They were not busy.

Drive through staff are great. A+ the 6am morning staff. One of the Batista's is a gossip...uses street language when making coffee...has no care that clientele can hear. Clean and well presented. Food quality is high most of the times when it's not and your able to complain...they fix the issues with professional attitude.

A welcom spot on the road. The all beef paties are better in New Zealand than in the US. I enjoyed the quick food and friendly service. We were back on the road very quickly ready for our next adventure down the road.

I mainly use drive thru, but 3 times I've ordered and drove home and it's not what I've ordered...so maybe whoever is taking the orders need to check their headphones or double check with customer to what was ordered.. I'll keep supporting McDonald's Restaurant because Ronald McDonald House Auckland supported myself and family and we are so ever greatful.

Okay, so admittedly, I'm not a huge fan of McDonald's food. However, my kids are, and the playground actually affords me the opportunity to eat a hot meal while kids are happily playing. A bit of a germaphobe, I'm often skeezed out by McDonald's playgrounds and dining area. This Raumanga location is an exception to that rule. In the hour and a half that we were there eating our meal (and waiting for photos to be printed at Harvey Norman) a very friendly staff member came in, no less than 3 times, to clean and tidy the area. There is only 2 small tables available, so her constant tidying allowed several families the opportunity to sit down for a bite and a play in that time. Her attention to the area made this location a standout in my eyes and well worth a 5 star review.

After a week in Paihia for the opening of te new Muesum to house memorabilia of te 28th Maori Battalion vets and others, we left early and planned to stop at McDonald's somewhere along the way back to Taupo. Taking the bypass at Whangarei heading south, pleasantly surprised to see MacD conveniently positioned on route! Awesome! Mokos happy, pukus full, peace maintained - for while at least! 👍
