Mark Hastings at Allfast was awesome, I had a request for a hard-to-find 1.5 pitch metric fine screw, which 3 other companies couldn't help me with or would have charged me excessive amounts for, and he helped me out hugely by spending his time looking for this and putting it aside for me, even though it was just the one screw I needed.
