I’ve done many click and collects lately, and I know Staff are working hard and lifting things all day into peoples cars. I have been lucky enough to often receive the service of a man, I only just got to catch the name tag on his chest, believe it was Dana. He is so so kind, positive, hard working, and always says a nice send off after I’m packed up and ready to go. Such great service from the whole team. Thank you!

I have a trade account with Bunnings and today I downloaded the app and went shopping. I used a store that is on the other side of Auckland to where l work and live, my card was accepted, as it is at any Bunnings in NZ. I got 9 items that l scanned with my phone using the Bunnings app, showed my receipt to the lovely woman on the door and was on my way. No checkout line and no problems. Bunnings have streamlined the process of purchasing and done it so well that tradies like myself will not only save money but also save many hours over the course of a year. If you don't already have a trade account at Bunnings l suggest you get one.

Nice big store with a large variety of goods from gardening,outdoors,hardware,homeware,BBQ and even the kitchen sink. Too many categories to list!! Gear for the novice DiY or advanced handyman. an ample amount of free parking for its customers.. Premium,Quality and budget gear at reasonable prices. The only downside is not all the staff have good knowledge of the stock they carry or where to find it in the shop. I got sent round in circles to find a simple oscillating fan. Make sure you find a category manager or someone who specializes in the area..

I had a great experience when dealing with three staff - Vanesa, Josh and Saarah. I had called to hold a product that was listed as in stock on the website. When I arrived, I was informed that the website had an error and the product wasn’t available in Auckland. Despite this, they were able to find a viable alternative and offer a discount on that for the trouble. They were genuinely apologetic and even offered us a coffee as a gesture. A great customer service experience that will ensure my return business. Thanks team!

Seems this is the only way to contact the store. Ordered some plants on 'click and collect' 5 days ago. Other plants ordered at same time from Bunnings Silverdale ready next day but no sign of these ones. No contact, and customer service says expect a reply in 7 days. Some customer service please Edit: Almost to the minute of this review being published, I received an email saying that the plants were ready for collection. So not particularly good service but not as bad as I thought. At least it tells me they weren't out of stock as I suspected, I just wonder why they couldn't have had them ready the next day same as Silverdale?

Thank you to the lady that help me actually LOOK for the gazebo I was looking for because the Bunnings Team member that helped me at Glenfield didn’t do very much 😑. She even told me they could have called their Bunnings to check before I drove all that way because they have a direct line. (This guy at Glenfield told me to call them! 😡) One thing I must I say is if you see it online, CALL to check if it’s in stock because I drove around for 2hrs checking all local Bunnings, just to find out they are out of stock, even though it says they have stock online. Complete waste of time and gas. I ended up settling on a gazebo close to what I wanted without breaking bank.

Absolutely excellent service today, a gentleman DANA on name tag, was walking about asking kindly if anyone needed a hand, he was welcoming, friendly and very helpful! Took me directly to the goods I needed and being that I'm on the clock , it made such a huge difference to have that help to find things. Great store for its; - range of products. - variety of brands. - reasonable pricing, - tidy, appealing store and, - friendly staff. One area that could be improved, in my opinion, is the helpfulness of staff. I asked, 3 different staff members, the whereabouts of a 'toilet plunger' 👀 and only the 3rd person was able to show me where it was. I recall being a checkout operator, a few moons ago, and we were tested weekly on product knowledge and the specials. We also directed, accompanied or went and got what the customer wanted. To be fair, it's not a product that you buy on the regular 😆 I'll probably be back at Bunnings during this Christmas period and may get to change my rating to 5 stars.

Always enjoy to wonder around especially in the garden area. I gave a comment about no baby changing bed in the toilet and a Bunnings staff called me and explained what had happene to the changing bed. In addition Bunnings will install a baby changing be in women's toilet. Awesome experience with Bunnings and their friendly and helpful staffs

Live in Massey but come all the way to Bunnings in Albany because Gary in the Tools Department is such a cool, personable and knowledgeable guy who made my partner and I so welcome and helped us in our purchases. Levi was also super helpful too. We will be returning on a regular basis purely because of this wonderful customer experience.

The prices aren't as cheap as I expected. The blt sandwich in the cafe was soggy and bland. The staff not all entirely helpful but some were lovely and smiling and nearly collided with one as she was walking along on her phone not looking where she was going. Another staff member in the cafe had her phone on loud and was watching videos during her break so kinda spoiled the peace and quiet during that time. I suggest headphones next time. I prefer mitre10 for customer service personally and for cafe food and drink. Plant section better also in mitre 10.

Prefer to visit this store rather than the one at Wairau Park which is closer to home. I find the staff more knowledgeable about their products, and helpful to recommend another store if they don't have what I am looking for. Easy to find, just off the Constellation Drive motorway off-ramp with ample free parking. The staff keep the grounds clean, trolleys collected and signage in good order.

I went to Bunnings Constellation today with my 9 year old grandson, who decided he wanted to make a business making wooden toys. I and my Boss approached Bunnings to return an item which had become surplus to our current job requirements. We were a little apprehensive as we had lost the receipt and the amount was greater than our days wage. The item was still packaged as originally purchased and was in saleable condition. Bunnings staff had a pleasant manner and were easy to deal with. Further, they were proficient in tracking our transaction and had quickly generated the credit we sought. We were impressed and grateful for the experience. Top marks Bunnings and their staff.

Visited Bunnings last week. Very unimpressed with lack of service when returning an item. Had to stand by while one assistant cut keys for a customer and the other one ignored me while talking to a workmate. When I said excuse me got the 'look'!! And was ignored. Very bad attitude. Eventually she reluctantly served me. No apology for keeping me waiting. I thanked her very nicely. Senior women can get treated badly. We tend to take it on the chin. Good to get that off my chest.!!!

This is a good Bunnings. The people that work here, as with all Bunnings, greet you on entry and say hello. Some of the staff here know a whole heap about everything from electrical goods, power tools to gardening. My favourite past-time here is finding the $3 microfibre cloths in those little bins at the front. Easy to find what you need, reasonable prices (although some outdated stock).

Nice caffee as well where you can have a break during your long or short hours of walking down their various areas. We really enjoy staying on the 3h carpark that allow us to go back inside the shop to get what we need to build our campervan! Good advices given by the staff. Bunnings warehouse on constellation drive is very nice experience if you are looking to do any DIY or garden work the staff are all knowledgeable and help in anyway they can. I visited Bunnings in Constellation Drive last week when I was looking for a particular external door handle. Unfortunately I didn't find what I was looking for this time, but I was amazed at the huge range of products that they've managed to pack into their store. I did find it more difficult to find certain items compared to some other hardware stores I visit and really difficult to find a staff member for assistance on that day.
