For your one stop shop building and gardening places. But its also my go to for cleaning products and storage containers. Its has a quaint Cafe and play area for the kids which we will use next time. Clean and well signed place.

A large scale outlet. Well known Bunnings. Ur larger hardware store 😇. Onsite parking available.

Great products great price. No hassle of retuning if not used. Always peace of mind when buy from Bunnings. Great customer service team at both Botany and Manukau where I usually go. Definitely 5 star rating.

I often pop in, I have always found their customer service great. I had an issue with something I bought which was annoying. However the lady at service desk - rang through to another branch and spoke to make sure they had a replacement and she wrote down the name of person. Anyway long story shot end. Her service and going the extra mile - making sure she provided the kind of service she would like herself - softened my frustrated self. That is why their is only 4 stars

I was served by Andrea in the electrical department. We were looking for this specific tool that we had no idea where to find and she went above and beyond trying to help us find it. Would recommend the Bunnings team in Manukau overall. Thanks for the wonderful service

One of the biggest Bunnings in Auckland. I drive literally across town (from Ponsonby) to here. Big range and great, helpful staff. The stores getting older so a bit tired in some places but always has what I need. Garden range is a bit smaller as it the pool products. Awesome timber yard

I think they're more happy to serve you if you're a man. I think they judge men as knowing what they want & women not at all sure therefore more troublesome. My experience is that it's difficult to get assistance.

Came to look for a vacuum and ended up staying a couple hours as Bunnings were running a crafts activity for kids by the playground and Cafe. I enjoyed the well priced large flat white as well the crafts activity with my nieces. The girls loved it and this could become a weekly activity, or more likely monthly.

Super lovely people, the café here is pretty goo too. The only downside is that its super hot, other than that, its a great place too.

Somehow, bunnings is changed now, staff don't help you to find out what we look for, should have taken down the name of the person, though he just refused to help saying he is not from hardware department so he can't help, and moved away, did not show any kind of gestures to or willing to be helpful.

Went specifically to look at this rug. I noticed it last time as I was leaving, sitting in the entranceway. Awkward to move things around and get it out to buy, but u had a v helpful staff member who assisted. I go to Bunnings often for house things and usually buy something even when I didn't plan it. Always worth a trip.

The Bunnings is always been one of my favorite store to get stuff you need for your daily do your own activity as well other stuff for a very good price. They always have varieties of options and prize range. The staff here is friendly and honest and will never give you wrong advice if they don't know about the product and will get the right person to help you.

Kane at the hardware area is awesome! I had trouble with one of the mandrels that came with a Dremel I bought from another Bunnings. He took one look, grabbed what he needed and loosened it with no scratches or damage to the mandrel, and showed me how to do it if it happens again. This guy is a treasure for Bunnings to have!

Great store with all your DIY home improvement needs. I found their price is the best. Very friendly and helpful staff.

i went yesterday on thursday to get some stuff for the gardens at home,i didnt know where some stuff were? i asked some staff who were there,they showed me where to go and they were very helpful ,kind and polite. even the lady helping me at the self service checkout was helpful,polite and kind. i did forget to buy a machete and vaccum though :-) i would recommend this place to anyone,thank you bunnings manukau branch and staff :-)

Super helpful staff in the tool hire dept. Answered all my questions knowledgeably & with s smile. Not so common these days in the big box stores. Customer service is king. Well laid out store that was clean & well stocked. Parking was a breeze.

Excellent variety of goods, nearly forgot what I had gone there for, a quick call to a shop assistant who directed me to the isle I needed.

Great friendly and most importantly knowledgeable team. The team members know exactly where everything is, making trips fast and efficient. Lots of parking and located in a nice convenient location. Prices are always good and often beats the competition.

Very friendly staff, helpful but when asking for mosquitto repellants or sprays etc to help keep mosquittos away as we are camping, both ladies at pay card booth and when you enter were not sure...no workers in aisles as normally are to assist..overall a nice man who over heard me trying to explain recommended citronella oil and candles to light..so was lucky..

Well stocked always and staff are very friendly and helpful. Can get very busy during weekends with long queues at checkout. Lots of parking and convenient location. You can always pop across to mitre 10 to compare deals if need be.

Easy system great staff order, wait for pick confirmation, then go pick up no need to leave car. All they need is a coffee drive thru while you wait 😎👍👍👍

Good parking space. Greeted with smile. Proceeded to paint department. Took some time to get help but was served to my satisfaction.

I went there 2 days ago to buy some fire extinguishers saw some 4.5kg ones on special at $110 to $59 so grabbed 3. I got to the checkout and was told they are $150 each and the ones on special are out of stock. Supervisor said that they were out of stock at all stores. Nice store though despite this.

Why would I use the self checkout? I'm not allowed to use the staff facilities. I don't get invited to company functions. I don't get paid to work the checkout

Best Bunnings in lockdown due to trades entrance and actually being able to go into the store.

Generally has a wide range of hardware. I had cause to use the special orders desk recently. For some reason it is placed in an out of the way part of the store. Each time I went to it, it was in attended. This meant going back to the entrance to ask them to send someone, or on my last visit, staying at the desk and ringing the store and asking them to send someone to the desk. The staff are mostly friendly and helpful.

Great staff, timber stocks are a bit low due to Covid, but I got everything I needed

There inwards goods need a good shake up, too slow to unload trucks. But inside the warehouse its self, is much faster and efficient.. I'm going to give you a 3 out of 5 stars..

staff Raj was very helpful in giving advice about shower domes. He made sure I do manage to walk out with four. He looked through the store to find my order.

It's a great store with everything you need, gets super busy all the time so I'd suggest going quite early on in the day, there are lots of other shops around so parking can also be a bit mental. Otherwise nice and friendly staff always willing to help

They've moved afew things around so it might be best to ask staff or u'll be walking around wondering where things are.

A lot of helpful staff. We were served by Tom when we were looking for garden weeds. He is so young but has plenty of initiative. He was very accommodating and went out of his way even when we were in a different aisle he went looking for us because he thought of something else that could help us. He is a great sample of customer service.

I made a purchase which was too heavy for me to manage and I was really appreciative of the assistance offered by Raj at Bunnings Manukau. He carried purchase to checkout and to my car. He is a good representative of Bunnings!!

Staff are always helpful and friendly, so I can’t give less than 5. The only feedback I could offer is that the young lady at the entrance was head down on her phone.

Great variety, helpful staff. New self serve checkouts will probably make payment alot quicker, I don't like self serve checkouts in supermarkets but I think it could be a great idea here. Update 5th jan 21 - I felt very sorry for the poor girl helping people in the self checkout today, she had multiple people complaining and giving her grief as only the self checkouts were open. Now we have to remember Bunnings management are the ones trying to save a dollar by making us serve ourselves, not the staff on the floor getting paid little more than the minimum wage. We need to direct our complaints to the right people. Today they were understaffed apparently, that is not the staffs fault, that is the managements fault. They need to be held accountable, not the young lady stuck with dealing with it. Self service lanes are handy if you are buying only a few items but there should always be a checkout lane with a staff member in it as many older people and people with handicaps cannot deal with the self checkout. Sort it out Bunnings management or man up and get your arse down there to take the complaints. Don't leave it to staff unless you are paying them accordingly, which is at least ten to fifteen dollars above minimum wage. I found the lady helping to be pleasant and friendly and did not believe she should be dealing with customer complaints.

I tend to feel a little overwhelmed as it's a large store but the garden center is pretty good and the the staff are friendly.

Definitely recommended. It has everything you need from plants and gardens to portable BBQ. The service was great. Friendly young happy and very accommodating. Loved my shopping experience at Bunnings Manukau. 🙂🤗

Standard formula store with nothing to tell it apart from the others.

Bunnings Manukau has a "dog friendly" policy, wonderful all round .. I shop longer and buy more, dog enjoys interacting with the many many Pat's, I dont have to compromise the cars security by leaving it unlocked with windows down ..at the cafe if you are grabbing a coffee staff will give your dog water it's a total win win and win

Mixed dealing here.. chap in tool section very knowledgeable and helpful. Garden centre lazy and not interested. My wife had to assist a lady to load 8 bags of potting into her car as she was told no staff could in the store could help. (I was in the tool section) it would seem Mire 10 gained 2 new customers.

Customer service was excellent here in Manukau.

Excellent service went in lookjng for parts for my door knob and the guy i spoke to was vey helpful and had very good suggestions

Love Bunning's, depends on what I'm getting as to which branch, Manukau for paint & tools, Hillsborough for the rest

Computer and it's systems rule supreme at Bunnings. Bunnings staff are automatons and are ineffectual in beating the computer to provide good ol fashion customer satisfaction. I had a bad experience where their computer made a mistake and I paid the price. Staff said "that's the way it cracks around here, Stiff cheese"...

Very good and helpful staff. They go out of their way to give service. Especially RON. He left what he was doing to help me even after I insisted he finish moving some stuff away. His answer was that customer satisfaction came first. Thank you RON and thank you Bunnings Manukau.

Good range and good value. A great pity it always looks like a pigsty. Seriously, trying to get a trolley around is a joke. There is so much product packed into the aisles that its a farce. This used to be my favourite Bunnings, but not any more!

Great customer service, however one flaw Ive noticed is when buying loose timber, always check your lengths and the price, as some items are not the lenghts displayed and yet your charged at the full price regardless. Hense why I am given it this rating.

Went in for a vertical plumb laser, self leveling. Non in stock but heaps of the horizontal type ones!! Left without making a purchase. The staff were helpful, even looking on their own website.....i could have done that haha. Plenty of parking which is great.

Easy to read aisles, rarely come out without what I went in for. Most items are cheaper than the d.i.y centre next door, same items. small cafe, simple fare but nice. Always grab a coffee before walking around the store. Worth a walk around as you can come across bargain bins.

Some special order takes longer than you expected depends on what you want to buy. But they always consider as a customer's sight and tried to find alternative ways and explain why it can't be or hard to find them. So I had to give 5 stars here.

Quite a range of stock. Have to say the customer service was below par. Product knowledge seemed to be lacking after speaking with 3 different staff members in search of a particular item. Not a bunnings I would go out of my way to visit again

Bunnings is awesome for anything around the house, if you have time, just visit, you'll be surprised at how many things you need from here. Its usually cheaper than everywhere else, its my hardware go to. It's easy to get lost here, but the workers are friendly and happy to point you in the right direction.

Went there and found what I was after,and a few things besides. Usually busy but carpark is big so not usually hard to find a park.Prices are ok,probably some of the best compared to some similar places.

Good parking with okay customer service. My boyfriend and I love to come here just for a large soy Mocha for $3.5 (pre-covid price, hopefully hasn't risen since our last visit).

The store layout has change and its hard to find the item that you need. Hope it would improve in the coming weeks.

Ok so I have lived in NZ for 20+ years & I went to Bunnings for the first time. They have everything no wonder my parents are there every weekend shopping it's your one stop shop u need it they have it.

I am a Bunnings fan... I enjoy browsing at my leisure and usually end up with more than I planned. Do sometimes feel that staff can be scarce when you need someone to help and advise, but they are almost always very adept at their job. It's a neat place to visit for a great range of goods and supplies.

Didn't buy anything, but they have the nicest staff. So, helpful. We just stopped in to get directions and to use the loo. Other stores in the shopping center, were rude. Bunnings staff were exceptional.

Bunnings is the wonder store. They have things you would never expect to find at a store like this. We were looking for one thing and had literally tried 10 other stores and were about to give up, then here it was! The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because it's staff often direct you to the wrong place, as they did today, most of the time they get you within 2 or 3 aisles though and given the size of the place that's not too bad. I think if they are going to be placed in the front of the store to help people though they should absolutely know the store well and which aisles are lighting, for instance.

Occasionally they dont have any stock of items that im after that are on the Bunnings.co.nz website - but things are well laid out and easy to find and mostly the staff have been helpful. Their supply is fairly good compared to Mitre10 for products beside wood.

A great DIY store. This is not my local Bunnings as I like on the North Shore but a great place to call into when I happen to be in the area or driving past. As always, they have a great range of products at good prices (generally).

I love and hate bunnings. They do so much really well, but veer off their highway of delight even just a little and nobody can save you. You get lost in the twilight of yes it can be done but I don't know how to do it.

Over priced for the PLANTS I HAVE FOUND UR APP TOTALLY USELESS SO WILL GO TO MITA 10 INSTEAD

I like this Bunnings, the times I have gone in for home plumbing jobs and just DIY jobs at home, I found staff who were really knowledgeable about their products. The last time I was there a staff member, kiwi woman she was just great in helping me get service, so my last 3 visits here were homeruns. So I like Manukau Bunnings. People always make a place. HR genius on this team.

Prices are high and not worth buying most of the items. Aluminium is much cheaper in Ulrich Aluminium nearby. Timber is much cheaper in Timber markets and shops. Only clearance prices are fine. I think it's worth to come here watch prices and buy online the same. Even membership discounts are not worth. The service is great. Easy to get information but lack of prices sometimes. There is no any "check the price" self-service as in Warehouses and in order to get the price for every non-priced item need to go to check out.

You'll love this place as a DIY place. Each Bunning warehouses have different subtle character. The dedicated peoples inside it make the ambient atmosphere different. Some have readily available staff making it easy to get help others are sparsely staffed and general direction will get you where you want to go. In overall, love Bunning warehouse for a place to get DIY items.

They were professional and efficient

All your hardware, kitchen ware, bathroom ware, electrical, plumbing, out door livings, garden ware and many more in a huge rang. Its so good that you won't go out without buying something. Cheap and quality must say.

Mostly Australian brand and products. Reasonably priced most of the time, however it's best to go look around as Bunning tend to list their price slightly higher than competitor, but if you can find the same project cheaper elsewhere, they'll beat it by 15% as advertised.

Typical Bunnings but off late this particular store seems very understaffed. You cannot get a member of staff for suggestions or advice which was the main reason DIYs used to visit Bunnings. If thats lost then we might as well use online options that are much cheaper. Also, even if you get hold of one staff, he/she will just pass in making a lame excuse and you will just keep waiting.

Great range of industrial equipment and DIY materials. Staff here are very knowledgeable of their products and are friendly. There aren't that many tills here so wait times are a bit noticeable.

Handy place to shop for household materials and tools. Common to builders and carpenters also home owners and gardeners. They are known for great bargains and competitive prices and services are simply the bests.

Went in specifically for timber mouldings. The rack in the timber yard was almost bare. Ended up having to go inside and buying half lengths, which is obviously a more expensive way of doing it. Other than that staff were friendly, and the store was tidy.

Always reliable for household needs! Staff are mostly helpful and strategic location with walking distance to supacenta and less than 5 minute drive to Manukau Westfield.

Never fails to supply me with what I need. Buy all my building supplies from here & a few other bits for around the home odd jobs. Great staff, friendly atmosphere & easy to find products.

I went to Bunnings Takanini, got what I needed. But, still short of 1 pc. When I paid for the item, the nice staff at the check out was kind enough to check for stocks. Found them over in Manukau. Great tram, great store.

Awesome service from the door to the floors to the counter! All the staff are amazing and go out of their way to help you. Don't listen to the reviews about waiting ages at the counter because what do you expect when they'e extremely popular and have a lot of customers. Think about how they may be delayed due to a difficult customer, long lines and a customer with heaps of stuff.

Love bunnings super spacious and easy to find things with helpful staff. Love the kids area the most i take my baby there even when i dont need to get anything. Lol.

Helpful staff compared to some other Bunning's I've been to. A staffed old man once made me laugh because me and my mate were both 18 at the time and we needed to buy white spray paint to fix a car bumper and he asked "I'll need to see your ID just to make sure this is not going on anybody's fence." I left my ID in my car so I had to go get it but he's just doing his job lol.

Bunnings Warehouse has true good stuff, and on the top is the staff there!! Such an outstanding staff with cooperative nature.. I love BUNNINGS!! ❤️💖

Staffs are friendly here only if you can find them in the store, in my opinion there is not enough staffs in the store, sometimes you just wanted to ask for a quick question or info on an item but there is no one around to assist leaving me to go to their competitor (Mitre 10).

Love the way hardware stores are evolving and making them very family friendly. Playground and cafe instore make it easier for the DIY mum wanting to do some home fixes or simple upcycling. The ladies nights are a big hit too.

Because of covid19 transparent shields are installed which makes it harder to scan over size items and makes it very difficult to try and cominicate with the cashier

I went to Bunnings manukau to buy hardware today and when I enquired a girl standing there she said she doesn't know and was sent to the back. The guy there told me to go to aisle 57 but couldn't figure out so went to cashier for help and she couldn't help but told another guy to help ... In doing so I lost half hour, another sales person Raj, who works in plumbing helped me look for the things I needed. He went out of his way to help and look for screws, cavity fix and other hardware materials. Though it took a little while to find stuff but he managed to help me. He had to also put up with my frustration. Raj has patient calm and helpful personality which is one quality a sales person can go a long way.well done Raj.

Bunnings Warehouses are all very similar from location to location with high quality products, wide aisles, helpful staff and a large parking lot. In general slightly more expensive than Mitre 10 though.

I only wish I'd got one with a nozzle.

Loved this place too as they had the tool i wanted at a reasonable price. So to celebrate I called into the Coffee ☕ place in the garden centre and had a nice cil of coffee 😊

Not the best Bunnings, usually only go there when Mt Roskill don't have stock or I am already in Manukau. The store is not tidy and sometimes difficult to find a park. Trade centre is always full of stuff on the floors and the racking is either empty or disorganised. The store layout is also confusing as it doesn't follow other store layouts

A bustling store, with plenty of good choices of hardware and DIY items. Also good for homewares. Parking can be busy - as the Warehouse Stationery is nearby and there are often events and sausage sizzles near the entrance.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, answered all our questions on the lawnmower I wanted to buy, and even helped me load it on to the trolley couldn't do enough for us, very pleased. Won't hesitate in recommending bunnings Manukau.

Always a good time @ Bunnings. Though this particular time floor staff weren't readily available and the one staff we did manage to find didn't know what we were asking for.

This is my go to place as you can't really beat the price I know I know it's an Australian company under cutting the New Zealand competition but this day and age most people cannot afford loyalty if I had oodles of money I would go next door, but damn the dollar rate on everything goes up faster than your wage rate!

10Nov16 Years and years before the Miter 10 Mega store went up next door this Bunnings store was a regular calling point for handymen, householders and tradesmen. It still it. Big bins, big racks, variety and good prices. Heaps of carparking. This store supports fundraising sausage sizzles by community groups and churches. Good returns policy. Cafe is not quite as good as the one next door at Mega Miter 10.

Very good store. Staff are very helpful I prefer Bunnings over Mitre 10. .

Good range but unlike mitre 10 mega (where you get over served imo) they have no staff on the floor to assist.

Very big but some staff do not know where the item is and you need to walk a lot

Great store for general bits and pieces that you need around your home . Although sometimes it is a bit messy and the long wait to purchase can be annoying . I must say the staff are always very helpful and friendly and can’t complain about the quality and prices , they are very good .

If you ever want to be racially profiled, this is the place to go! ALWAYS have receipts checked when other walk right out with no fuss.

Watched a guy wheel a trolly load of goods past the lady who checks the receipts, he just ignored her despite her protests, he walked casually to his car, his mate helped load the stuff into the boot and they drove off! Where are the security guards she couldn't do anything about it she wasn't going to take on a big burly theif. Come on bunnings you must be loosing stuff hand over fist

Advertised an item online as being in store for $99.. It was $129 in store. I was an hour arguing the point and finally they agreed to sell it to me at the store price advertised online.
