Great friendly, knowledgeable team members. Good prices and have most everything hardware and gardening. Enjoy wandering the aisles even though know what I want before I go, sometimes leave with an extra bargain for something I didn't realize I needed

Easy and smooth shopping experience, super helpful staff. The great part is you can look up for the products online so it's easy to find as it says the isle number for the product. Keep it up team :)

Didn't enter the main store but the garden centre was awesome. Lovely selection of healthy looking plants and all the garden accessories you need. Shop is clean,well organised with friendly, helpful staff

Walked in with no idea about kitchens. Jason helped out immensely.. best service I've had from a staff member at Bunnings. Im very happy and confident in finalizing the kitchen and ordering it for my mother's house thanks to Jason.

Normal layout and arrangement quite a decent sized store. Parking underneath with user friendly access. I took kids we went in lift very big lift too. Friendly staff with the small kids trolleys available to push around, play ground was open, small Cafe and toilets on site which were ok. Had everything we needed no real hassles at all. Thumbs up.

Great store nice & tidy. Friendly team to help with enquiries. Kids playground & cafe for lunch with tasty coffee at a reasonable price. Nursery full of beautiful flowers. Lots of carpark spaces underground. Handy to all areas in West Auckland.

Lots of building materials, place is huge and clean on each isle. Staff are very helpful. There is a small cafe inside and usually they do sausage sizzle in the underground carpark. Pets are allowed instore provided it on a leash and well behaved. Bravo to bunnings for allowing pets to come along👍

Local hardware shop that has excellent range. Staff are helpful, returned a worklight eventually after getting help to retrieve invoice as purchased from another branch. Asked initially for help to see why it wasnt charging so I would know that the rechargeable batteries needed replacing or the unit was dead. Representative wasnt very helpful, just said they didnt have those batteries and trodded off. Say what? Website clearly has those rechargeable batteries in stock... all i was after was for them to test with batteries and that it would charge but it became to hard to explain. Just got provided a refund which I thought was fair so no hard feelings

Massive place to buy the things for your house. Plenty of car park and huge store. They have paints, kitchen appliances, outdoor seatings and many more stuff along with garden store to get plants. Probably the biggest Bunnings store in New Lynn.

Found what we were looking for. Staff directed us where to find our Esky. Parking is good. Big old warehouse with good amounts of stock

Very very busy & huge store, came in on a Saturday afternoon. Difficult to find staff member to help me with a query, but when I managed too they were lovely and helpful.

The service was very good but not enough materials on the day I went. Also lots of people brought their dogs in which was concerning especially for people who don't like them.

I think Bunnings has the best deals. Their staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. I don’t go to New Lynn branch quite often, however I can always find the item I want!

I love Bunnings, product tange excellent but customer service hard to get.

The store could be any of the range of DIY stores. To be honest they are all the same just a different corporate colour. Admittedly there were a few items that I'd not managed to find at either Mitre 10 nor Placemakers. The store has a cafe, got a reasonable espresso shot there. Staff were helpful without being annoying, my only moan would be the loud horn on the forklift being used inside but that would be HSE and mot down to the store. All in all it gives us consumers another option when needing something for the home.

Love all the Bunnings stores. All the staff are very friendly, and helpful, and great prices. Always my first port of call.

First time to Bunnings and I really enjoyed it. Their plants section was great and I purchased three more roses which were beautifully shaped and well known varieties. Shape is very important when it comes to planting.

I had to pick up Essential Supplies for work and under Level four it creates extra problems but the staff bought the goods to the door and thanked me with a smile. Be safe every one and Be Kind.

Untidy when I visted. Needed a good restock. Maybe products not getting into NZ from China.

After waiting for 20minutes outside on the ramp was allowed in to get that packet of screws I've waited 6weeks for to finish the deck the customer needs. Lumberlock galvanized screws for joist hangers...out of stock 2 other stores finally found them by luck here. Anyway In that time the QR code blew over and scratched my mrs car on two panels...this new norm is making work difficult/supplies tricky for now. Staff were friendly, and apologetic. I've left it...badluck. after I suggested it they put a bag of cement on the stand so it won't happen again to the next car... Also everyone says "why don't you use click and collect" well it says in stock but when I go to pay for it it say out of stock! Is it just my browser or what? Tried 3 times for different items lately... same with the delivery thing, ineffective result. I'm only 32, phones and computers aren't that hard, they've only gotten easier since I was a kid and yet it's bugging out on me repetitively...tradedepots works...

Really helpful young man in paint department today. Has helped me previously with my paint projects. Given me helpful hints to get my new paint project completed, efficiently and with great results. All equipment I needed there for me to purchase. Great store. Always find what I need.

I really like how the car park is under the building so my car was nice and cool I really hate jumping in a car that's as hot as an oven

When you need assistance it's good. To some extent they will try to locate where an available item is in another store for you and phone the store in front of you and put a hold on your desired product. That's good too. The service in general is to be expected general. For specialized info a bit of a wait and then you're sorted. All items purchased have been satisfactory.

Great in terms of stock and selection however the service leaves a lot to be desired. Employee's are impossible to find in some sections such as gardening. When you finally find someone, they have no product knowledge and mostly seem disinterested.

Lovely friendly staff. Great place for coffee which was hot and delicious. Children's playground great but could do with seats nearby as had to use chairs for sale to sit on. Also way too hot as no air conditioning.

Good shop, the only problem is that their collection of screws is not as big as mitre 10. I usually go Bunnings and then when I fail to find what I want I go miter ten.

Love shopping here, but it can take a while to track someone down from the actual department/ area in store. On my last visit had an awesome tradie who shops there on a regular help me out in the end as he could see I was looking quite overwhelmed.

Great range. Staff are nice. Guy by the door didn't know if they sold bin bags even though he had been asked previously by another customer. He probably should had tried to find out or asked someone for me.

Love this bunnings. Not only is it close to home it is very easy to get in and out of with plenty of parking. The staff have always been kind to me and knowledgeable which really helps me get what I need quicksmart. Very spacious so can relax and browse every aisle with a batista made coffee at the Cafe by the plants section (pulling my wife away from that area is like dealing with a tantrum toddler in the confectionery aisle at countdown) amazing warehouse

Good selection but gets pretty hot in there. Do something about the airconditioning if you want people to return and keep your customers please. Great for parking.

Very well stocked and easy to find whatever your looking for, layout is really good. Very good selection of products and a large variety of plants and outdoor products. Check-out staff are very good and queuing time was very short due to plenty of check outs open.

The range of products is good. Found a better selection of work boots there than at Mitre 10. But you always get those differences.

My favorite shop! Has everything a DIY person needs. #Lifehack make use of your credit card points and use your gift cards for bunnings and make sure you use the price match features to get the maximum savings!

Good service, prices are ok. Although sometimes you have to wonder on their pricing when there is a $5 difference between plastic pit plants whose only difference is colour and no matching plates to go with it. My suggestion is to stick to thinks on special that you need.

Decent and generally friendly place. Can be very hard to find a staff member when you need one and the youthfulness of the staff can be an issue at times when they are more caught up in conversations between themselves than in serving customers.

A newer store that contains the normal departments but I was disappointed with the small size and lack of choice in the garden department. The basics were there but there was little variety.

Great store. Have everything I require for bathroom remodels from sinks to timber and fittings. Team know their stuff and really want to help you find the best product for your needs. Parking is a dream for any tradie with a trailer or big van and access from the main roads is top notch. Keep it up guys & gals!

Great place with a big selection. Be careful on rainy days in the under ground parking as it does get extremely slippery. Good like Cafe and playground also

It's a pretty big place and well kept. The staff was able to help us with our queries. Items are found easily and there is such a cute, flashy cafe inside which always temps me to sit down for a cuppa even when I have other errands to run.

Positive experience for nearly all around. 99% of the staff were super helpful and quick to attend. I find most of my needs here met, with > Comparably cheaper prices for general household maintenance/gardening. > Great customized pricing when purchasing in bulk order. > Plenty of selections > Clean and organized One star down for the uninterested staff in gardening section who walked away from me when I asked for help, she simply told me to go look for another staff and walked away. I was abit surprised at her rudeness however that doesn't this store's other merits.

Usually something happening in the diy space ( things to create, advice etc), frequently great things for kids to get involved in too. Also great experience when having to return stuff for warrant claims. Very easy.

Nice tidy layout with plenty of range. Good signage for finding what you need. Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are great. Good playground for little kiddies and a nice cafe. Underground parking has plenty of space.

Highly recommend this place to everyone when doing anything in and around the home from building to just needing that one screw or handy tools for small projects around the home. Bunnings always have what i need and staff have a really good amount of knowledge to assist you when you have any questions, customer service is awesome hence the reason i am always going back when i need anything for my small projects.

Great selection, fair prices and knowledgeable friendly team. I find the team more helpful and prices more reasonable than other competitors. Only downside of this branch is the entry to the store is a nightmare!! Doubly so if you have a trailer. Also the counters don't seem to be fully utilised, which means you end up waiting - the trick is to use the counters at the drive in.

Gotta be the most impressive Bunnings I've been to. The smell of the classic Bunnings snag permeated the entire place and it was pure. Bliss. Couple bright and cheery girls greeting each and very customer made you feel very welcome and there were tens of staff around to help out with any queries. Great job guys.

What an amazing range of everything! The ads on TV just don't do this place justice. I could easily spend hours here every weekend and still want to come back for more. Nice clean public convenience too.

Staff on duty very light. Spent 30mins trying to find something 3 staff members didn't know what it was. 4th was smart enough to look it up online and led me to the product. Not as well organised as Mitre10 - a bit all over the place.

I feel like we go here every weekend! A great trip out for parents with small kids. You can get them a kids trolley, get a coffee at the cafe and the kids play in the kids area or on the playground while you fulfil all your DIY dreams lol

Great bargains and workshops. Staff are very helpful and give good advice. Sometimes I just meet friends for coffee and let the kids play on the playground or participate in the weekend kids workshops.

The timber yard is great. Free cutting ( first 4 cuts) service is just spot on. Also like the fact that you can drive through.

Could spend all day here, knowledgeable and froendly staff. Products are easy to find, store is laid out well.

Kudos to Lauren from the garden section I was in with a dead tomato plant bought under a week ago. And she took the time to explain what went wrong, how i can make it better. Took me around the store to different departments to get the right soil, plant, plant food and everything i could need. Really appreciate the time and help Lauren... you rock!

Friendly staff always happy to help. I do love Bunnings Warehouse, in the UK we had B&Q which was full of dung, and i don't mean manure for fertilizer the garden, i mean the product range was dung and expensive. Bunnings on the other hand have some great hardwood benches for your balcony or patio. They have a great range of BBQs picked one up at the weekend for $198 which is incredibly cheap and works well.

Always have a good experience here. Parking is great and staff are attentive and helpful. No problems with returning items either. There is a slightly smaller range of items than other Bunnings stores but it still has what I need.

I love Bunnings. All of them. Well, not the Grey Lynn one so much - too small and filled with weekend DIY’ers that haven’t a clue what a hammer is, walking around in boat shoes and chinos. But New Lynn is great. Fantastic parking. Helpful staff. Worth a visit. I like to go in for 6 nails, then walk every isle twice. I’m usually there for about 5-6 hours. Bunnings is quite possibly the cause of most divorces yet also the saviour of most marriages. 5 stars. 👍

First time visited in six months. I normally go to Mitre10 but advertising suggested a better product and price from Bunnings. Shelves were not stacked but spread across different product types. Very difficult to find what you want. Not everything advertised was stocked or was mis stocked. Staff when found, usually wondering around, were helpful but not actively looking to help. Bunnings you have a long way to go in training your staff in customer service.

If this is Bunnings in New Lyn. EXCELLENT service. A young man who I had just met Daniel Joseph .... went the extra mile (ie) Answering questions and taking (helping) what I had brought to my car. He had patience even when called on the intercom he responded and continued to Help me I wish him the Best for his Future

Very friendly staff members, attentive, and knowledgeable. Lots of DIY and building stuffs on stock with reasonable price. Also have sausage sizzle on weekends, and occasionally have other fund raising activities too. Parking spaces are plenty and covered too. Entrance is through Titirangi Rd, as well as Great North Road. If you want to buy trade, timbers, and big-size building materials it's better though the Great North Road entry.

it's not only huge it has the friendliness of a 70s family hardware store, with staff at your ready the moment you look lost. good wheelchair access and plenty of parking for tradies and the home handyman.

Great place to go, never any troubles. Try avoid going when its busy though. ***Update - Tried to finally use their ''We'll beat it by 15%'' rule. I went to buy a Fiskars Weed puller with this discount as it is also $79 something as Mitre10. It turns out Bunnings IS still cheaper by 8c! so no deal.... Minus 1 star for not using any discretion what so ever as clearly that was why I was buying it so just left that item behind.

Found everything we went for except a pair of leather garden gloves. They have an array of gloves in all the aisles we went down. But the range all together? No idea. Service was very good.

It's a good place to buy almost anything you need with very helpful and friendly staff. The only issue is that there are not enough staff to help you, sometimes you spend long time waiting for someone to come and help you.

Had a tool to return due to it not working which was bought months ago. I could not access my receipt which I had stored online but they helped me to sort it out on their end. This helped me save lots of time and I have got a new working product now.

I go to Bunnings and Mitre 10 a lot. Bunnings has undercover parking, sausage sizzle in weekends, wider range and price is cheaper on the whole. Some of their staffs are amazing, some are not. So it depends on what department you go to. But if you are a regular customer then they all know you and greet you.

Wow - what a place... Easy access covered car parking. Easy, simple entry/exit to both the timber and larger materials section (pedestrian and drive through). From basic do-it-yourself through to rather extensive trade tools, equipment and materials. A great range of landscaping and gardening equipment and materials/products. Eg material to build a door etc or purchase a ready to install pre-hung door. Ok pricing. Friendly, helpful staff. Many certified trades-people on staff too.

My favorite hardware store from now on. Great staff all friendly and ready to help. Very informative when I was selecting a lawnmower and happily returned my faulty one. Great group of women there 💪Very very happy.

Went hear wanting to build a desk, the staff helped me out a lot. The organised the tools I needed and even cut the sheets of ply so that they could fit in my car. Really good service!

A great addition to New Lynn and convenient for Titirangi residents. Great range of tools and everything home improvement. Definitely much larger selection than the Mitre 10 nearby who seems to focus on homewares more than renovation. Staff are friendly and know their stuff in their department. Very approachable. Carpark underground is generous. Trade entrance may be a mission for first timers as you need to plan your journey to be in the correct lane and travel direction. Other then that the trade section is great.

There is heaps of staff wandering around ready to help! I have found quite a few items here that i couldn't find in mitre10. They have a good garden area.. also a sweet instore café and a sort of kids activity area that is available on certain days which is really cool. Heaps! of under ground parking.. usually a sausage sizzle going at the door.

Visited for the first time. Was massive. Has everything you need for your life..

Not that much variety in brands and the last two times when I asked for some assistance when looking for items the assistant said I'll just get someone to help you.... 15 minutes later they showed up but I was late getting back to work

Good size Bunnings, has pretty much all you could need with a great selection of indoor plants. Helpful staff and easy parking.

Purchased products a few weeks ago. Went to buy more of the same. Staff were unsure when items were going to be restocked. After calling a few different Bunnings stores there seemed to be discrepancies with stock numbers on shelf and recorded numbers in there systems overall left without what I was wanting and forced to go to competitors. I would have returned to purchase at a future date had one been confirmed.

Bunnings New Lynn Cafe is really good

Great place to shop for everyday use and did great coffee at a reasonable place relax atmosphere no pressure at all cruise around the store for products around the house now complaints at all. Staff always helpful.

Bunnings usually have great service with knowledge staff. Sure need help finding anything as these stores are so massive.

A bit of a drive from where I live, but totally worth the drive as I can play boot tetris without getting wet from the elements. I still don't agree with the onions being between the bread and the sausage btw. Onions go on TOP of the sausage.

Fun place to go, really nice coffee and food.

Staff are always walking around looking to assist customers and not hiding in the corner trying to ignor you. Grab a decent coffie while your there to for a tiny price (cheapest in nz?) The price's at bunnings are 99 times out of 100 cheaper than any other hardware store for sure.

I hate every bunnings store I've ever been to. But this one I haven't hated yet and I've been there a few times.

Every time I go there they have very limited cashiers open meaning terrible service

Very big place can be over whelming but any staff you ask for help are most helpful. Like the person at the front door so you can ask where to go before you get lost or wander around in circles.

Staff was very helpful during week days when they are not so busy. But on Sunday it is quite hard to find staff to ask question and sometime have to wait for a long period of time if someone else is there

I usually go to Bunnings to purchase anything gardening because its my local. Most times I've visited there's always someone at the door to greet you&when you require help staff are only to pleased to help.

Bunnings always had a wider range than Mitre 10, I went to Mitre 10 first for stainless machine bolts, but they did not have any - but Bunnings did.
