Bunnings is open until 9pm. When I found out, I sat the kids down for a family meeting, telling them I had some very important news to share. It was hard to tell if they were as excited as I was, as my eyes glazed over, and they left the meeting quite quickly. Surprisingly quickly actually. Probably went off to Bunnings. 👍 Open til 9pm. For four days. One day they’ll be open 24/7….

Very happy. We got what we wanted (a metal bench seat) and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great hardware store. Lots of parking. Friendly team who are ready to help you. The store is full of all your hardware needs. Also, if you look up the item online, before going to the store, the website tells you which isle the item is on and if the item is in stock at that particular store. Pretty genius!

The best hardware shop ever, love Bunnings. Staff are extremely helpful and on this occasion the staff member went above the call of duty going to a lot trouble to provide me with a better spec., mower (the one I wanted was out of stock) for close to the same price. Thanks Bunnings.

Well stocked, click and collect staff very prompt and efficient. Orders were being turned around same day and sometimes within an hour. Just watch the checkouts team. They should all be open from open to close over summer.

Visited Bunnings Manukau today, during Level 3. I have to say Bravo to all the Staff there. Easy please to drive in & Collect my online order. No muck around, friendly & efficient Staff. Fantastic, seamless & well run pick up procedure. Smooth, no waiting either. Keep up the awesome work guys! You're all LEGENDS.

Not too old. Heaps of parking and well planned store. Shelves are always full and doesn't get busy most times. Staff are very friendly and efficient. I always find what I want. Excellent range. Getting out of the carpark can be a pain though. The main road is almost always bumper to bumper.

All tools sorted and the guy in front door.is kind and good at joking. Love.this store

Great service vs bad service Maria Rosa and Jah gave us the best service ever, not only they are smiling, friendly and most of all professional. They even gone way out to help me find the item I needed. For that this place really deserves a 5 stars ratings. The store are filled with products to meet the needs of any gardeners. However, at the entrance I met with 2 staff that really gives this store a bad name... totally indifferent and unhelpful. We were at the store at about 1710 on the 27th February 2020. And I hope there will be improvements the next time I came back.

My 'go to' shop for everything I need, to fix or replace, or just for some 'retail therapy'. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Thank you 😊

Ease of return. Helpfull knowledgeable staff. Then came a disappointment : Worst of coffee, sausage rolls cold in the middle.

Try and avoid click and drive through from this branch. Use the larger free-standing branches like Botany, Manukau or Hillsborough. Smaller branches like this one might not have the adequate staffing levels to fulfill your order in time. Took the full 5 days to pick up previous order. Made another a few days ago and still waiting. Staff attitudes are awesome its just the fulfilment area that needs to be looked at. Branches mentioned above fulfill and collect on next day.

I wouldn't go anywhere else, they can get everything you need and unfortunately for their competitors, Bunnings is the cheapest. Best customer service you can ask for st this particular Bunnings, too.

Prefer Bunnings over anyone else for all my hardware tools. Even though I waited 25 minutes for service in the paint department..9 time out of 10 the service is outstanding. I am definitely aware of staff shortages over the weekend. Definitely hard too find good help these day's

can be more organised, and some senior staff are unapproachable, in comparison so mitre 10 the staff is more welcoming.

We just got some Halloween gifts for the kids so cool bunnings warehouse has there own coloring pencils and products how cool is that 😎

I love Bunnings! When I called to enquire about an item and ask them to hold till this afternoon - fabulous, couldn't have been more helpful. Go to pick it up and the girl on the service (well not really service) counter couldn't help 4 people, she had no idea what she was doing. I pointed out my item that was 5 meters from her, she told me I had to wait till the other woman came back! Come on Bunnings, get your act together. There's a ton of staff in the shop and you put 1 person on the service counter who had no idea what to do. No point people helping in the aisles if there's no one to serve them or you have to wait for ages to get served. Finally another lady came along and had everyone getting sorted in less than a minute. She asked my name and phone number to check against the docket then scanned it, took my money and said goodbye - not hard. Choose your counter staff wisely and efficiently. After I loaded my bulky item into the car - thanks to a very helpful man in the carpark - not a Bunnings staff member, I was going to go back and get several other items but had had enough by then. Off to Mitre 10 tomorrow due to this and other previous poor staffing experiences at Bunnings. You have cool stuff so now you need cool staff to be helpful and have enough knowledgeable staff on the counters. 😖 PS There are some very helpful staff at Bunnings and with excrement knowledge, unfortunately they are few and far between.

Who doesn't love DIY. Under ground parking is such a plus, got everything needed.

You can find everything here from paint, fans and even bolts and screws. We had one mission yesterday 5th January, get in and out with our pedestal fans but my daughter was not dealing so well with the heat, we left before we got into any aisles. I'll be back alone to shop. Staff are always smiling there, must be a great place to work

I was not impressed as a customer made to feel like a criminal...young staff member was instructed to search my bag at the checkout.. I was with my 80 year old Mother and I am in my late 50'spurchasing paint. It was absolutely shameful for me and I will never return to that store again.. I don't believe my behavior would have caused any concern for anyone watching, it was an awful experience... mitre 10 all the way.

This is our most favorite Bunnings due to very friendly and helpful staff. Store is tidy and clean.

Need stuff for home renovation or garden nd other hobbies that you have plan for this is the place to go.

Good stock but poor service

This is one of the better Bunnings. Stock levels are decent, the shelves and aisles are tidy, and the garden area is really big. Having the underground parking with the entrance off the main road also make it easier to get to

Love this place ,no issues with parking..plenty of parking place, their coffee is too good,love the collection of plants n gardening tools / gardening items/ pots/ bought many veggie plants from here along with interior plants like peacelilly, being a first time gardener, these plants have been healthy n growing, thanks to that, secondly you get all the products at cheaper prices when compared to Mitre10

Found everything on my shopping list (lighting stuff, plant care, as well as other bits and bobs that I didn't need but couldn't resist buying 😂) Nice atmosphere and helpful friendly staff as always

The 3 stars are for the fantastic young staff member from the Philippines who helped me choose the best item to purchase (if the rating was just for him, he would get 5). As for Bunnings... as always THERE WERE NO CHECKOUTS OPEN!! At 9am! Waited in line at the info desk until the tool shop man called me over. Same s***, different day. :(

This is my favourite store. The team in the wood yard and trade are amazing. Peter, Mahendra, Jay and Isha are outstanding! By far the best cursomer service at a bunnings and the reason why I go back almost every weekend even when I live in the Waikato!

This is a good garden centre - conveniently close to the motorway - they have good plants, a good range of planters, and it’s pretty easy to find stuff. However, some trolleys by the customer entrance to the garden centre would be helpful. If you are selling large items like trees, planters etc, it makes sense to make it easy for your customers to take them to their cars.

It was a limited purchase so can only give limited comments. The entry security person was very curious but the building is huge you really need skates on as there is so much on display. We found what we were looking for, paid and departed. All good.

We always shop here, but the last couple of times over the last 2 weeks we have been disappointed in the garden section, the plants are half dead and they are still full price. Doesn't look like they are watered, and the lovely ladies that work there don't seem to be there. The door isn't open in the garden centre to the car park which was great, park , get your plants, pay and go.

Every time I come here I am greeted with a smile and beautiful flowers. I understand there is a need for more than just one or two people to make sure the flowers Get watered every day but I'm always happy with what I buy.

Location. Selection of goods. Good hours. Lots of desirable items. Only thing are staff are just not that into 'customer service'. Every now and then i get a good one. But not over the regularity that i visit.

The staff on the information counter were most helpful. I still find it most odd that you go to the information counter to pay and noone is on any of the checkouts.

I went here to get some gardening tools. They have a quite large selection for all your gardening needs. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I like shopping at Bunning's stores no matter where they are located. They have everything a tradesman or a DIY'er could possibly require at competitive pricing. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

I came here to buy paint for concrete pots. It was my first time for this project. Luckily, the sales assistant named Andro was very helpful. A five star rating for him but 4 in general coz they ran out of what I need.

I was surprised how easy it was to order online and book a time to pick up my product at takanini store. I might carry on ordering online it's pretty efficient.

Good place but very busy and staff seem to point me in the wrong direction. My bbq was separate from the bbq assesories , different to manakau and roskill where everything is in one area. But good selection all the same.

Always good. Prefer service and overall experience here rather then having to go to the Manukau branch which is closer.

They always have great customer service, and when they don't have what you want on stock, they will call other stores to see if they do so I don't have to drive around looking for it, so helpful.

It is a well laid out store following the model of other Bunnings stores and has Diy and craft workshops you can attend. There is a small cafe but it is small and with a selection to match. It would be nice if Bunnings invested in providing a more inviting cafe space with room for more patrons.

Good but didn't get wat I wanted

To begin with we started out at botanys bunnings and left very unhappy as even though they had a larger staff than takanini we were mostly ignored, however the takanini branch was fantastic and the 2 ladys that helped were great and we were seen to promptly even with lower staff numbers than botany.

Good product stock counts. Need to be mindful of having enough checkouts available for the customer crowds awaiting purchasing

With coffee shop on site, play area for the children & toilets available. Good selection of good and products at great prices. Its shopping made easy for the DIY person

Well, it had what I needed but the store lacks........vibrancy. somehow it just didn't give me the oo ah factor and wanting to make me spend money on whatt I didn't need. Maybe it's the layout of the store........not sure.

the reception was awespme and helpful...the young man who helped me move the mower into car was awesome...but whoever the shop floor people who left the returned mower in the place that i had returned it to desk...right in front...were abit slow...still left in front of counter when i left

They ok but I found they don't have a pets section like Mitre10 so I don't go there as much. But otherwise they ok.
