T.Came in today for some large pots and plants. A new gardening assistant helped me organise 5 trolleys with pots, soil and plants on and found out how many bags of soil I'd need, then helped me load it all in the car. Excellent service and really happy with the purchase.

B.Great hardware business and very convenient for me to visit. They have lots of parking space and very easy accessible area to load any big purchases that you have made. Ideal for businesses and contractors to do larger purchases and drive 8n to collect.
The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful.
The massive variety of products that they sell is impressive, as well as garden products and furniture. The barbeques from different suppliers makes the decision on what to buy, so much more interesting.
Very highly reccomend.
E.Great selection for everything you need for house and home. Service is very good and prices are not bad. The only thing that cuts back a star is their online buying website is pretty bad and needs work.
J.I've bumped the star rating up a notch end 2021. Customer Service and Checkout staff are always friendly and efficient - no changes there.
The garden centre is well-run and staff knowledgeable and approachable. Our latest garden WIP photo attached - three half oak barrels, wood hardener, varnish, 20-odd Firth wall blocks and Whittakers chocolate bars for sustenance - all purchased over the Christmas/New Year from our M10 local.
Overall, during this period staff have been helpful and welcoming, including in my previous problem area of Hardware and Paint. Good job!
Returning items is always hassle-free. Prices are competitive with nearby Bunnings.
Columbus Cafe within the store is always a welcoming respite...friendly, efficient, value for money, consistently good coffee and food - five stars. Top marks also to male cafe staffer recently who handled a disgruntled elderly customer diplomatically.
R.Excellent range, but staff are hard to find in the aisles when you need a hand searching for specific products. I suspect they may have some new staff on board who may need some aisle direction training.. but the checkout operators were efficient, friendly and helpful.
V.NZ owned and operated which is preferable. Helpful staff and affordable prices. Love their plant range.

M.Excellent shopping experience. Their online click & collect experience is far better than their next door neighbour. I ended up shopping here more often than other DIY stores.
