Massively improved our 1960s home. Removed all condensation on the windows and it heats up the house dramatically in winter as our ceiling gets a lot of sun.

Had it installed a few months back and surprised that the house feels a bit warmer but now more importantly I don't need to wipe water droplets on my windows and i don't need to open the windows when i'm not at home in the morning...great investment. great team of installers too.

We weren't sure which type of system would be best, so reached out to three companies. Craig was first to make time for us and was so knowledgeable and easy to get along with, we didn't need the other quotes in the end. I feel he went above and beyond to ensure we understood the issues with the house, what SmartVent would provide and set expectations for install and cost. Immediate difference in the house has been noticed with fresher air and a feeling of being much more dry. Excellent service and so far the product has made a real difference.

I'd like to say thank you to Cherry, one of Smartvent's customer assistant, who walked me thru how to set up our smartvent. She went the extra mile figuring out was wrong on our smartvent, and was patient giving me instructions how to operate our controller. Now, we do not have any condensation at home. Really great service!

Excellent install experience and the vents are very unobtrusive. Genuinely great advice around what we needed and has turned our manky wet windows into clear glass on just about every morning. Also got rid of the damp smell. We were advised that it would take up to two weeks to take full effect but waking up on the first day to dry windows was a great thing :)

The sales & installation team were amazing. They came back twice, answering my many questions, and were completely honest about the capabilities and benefits of the system. The installed the system with the least amount of intrusion and were lovely to deal with. We're very satisfied with the product.

Wish we had done this years ago! Works perfectly on our 1980's home with older style aluminum windows. Not a drop of water in sight now (even after a -2 degree frost). Great price compared to other systems and super skilled installers. If you want your crying windows gone - don't go past Smart Vent! You won't regret it.

A very good system. Although only a heat transfer, we have experienced less condensation in the bedrooms. UPDATE: fan stopped working, was replaced under warranty but warranty now finished.

Installer (Michael) was very helpful initially when assessing our damp home then later on when installing the Smartvent system. Everything went very smoothly. We were kept fully informed on our options and costs at every stage and the work was completed in a short timeframe once we had placed the order.

Old smart vent system packed up so got Brad organised to give us a quote on installing a new one. Quote was comparable with other systems offered with other companies and as we had been using the smart vent since moving in 18 months ago and very impressed with it. Went with a new system and installation took merely a few hours and we are all go for the oncoming winter. Thanks Smart Vent......

Super easy experience and a great result. The next morning there was not a drop of condensation in our house. The system is basically silent. The installer was friendly and informative. Recommend!

What a pleasurable experience. Kryon was professional, well organized and provided us with all the information around the system and how to maximize its efficiency. The installation was done with little disruption to the house and looks great with the control systems easily located. Kryon also took his time explaining how the system operates and how to adjust settings depending on the time of year which was most appreciated. Had Smartvent installed over a month ago into our 1940's built home. Love coming home at the end of the day in winter and it's pulling the heat out of the roof space into the house, home is much warmer over all, especially in the kids rooms.

Great system - I was sceptical to say the least but humidity dropped from mid 70's to mid 40's after a few weeks. Smart Vent are good to deal with - AVOID other companies (some have aggressive sales techniques and will rip you off..)

The installer was great very tidy no mess anywhere and always informed us of what he was doing. Always considered us and what we wanted, great service. We look forward to not having crying windows this winter.

Although Meagan at Smart vent finally sorted the problem with there installer Jimmie who was great Ruud the contact in Christchurch we found very difficult to make contact with it seems as soon as the system was installed we were forgotten so my advise go straight to Meagan avoid there Christchurch contact as they have been disappointing and the three stars would have been five if wed gone to Auckland direct, I sent a message to Ruud over a month ago about installing a heating unit and still waiting on his reply thank goodness Meagan from HQ in Auckland sorted. The system is good and doing all we wanted it to do

Woke up this morning, cold night in Cambridge, no condensation - thanks Smart Vent - done well !! Easy installation, all done in one morning; good guys to deal with. Very happy.

Good product ,makes a huge difference to older homes with wet windows ,dampness etc . Highly recommend.

Smart Vent is great does what it is meant to do. The colder rooms in the house are getting the excess heat from fire in lounge. Works great

Great product, helps keep the moisture out in winter and the installer was pretty awesome too, added options for future upgrades during the install.

Had a SmartVent Unit installed - worked well. A few years after installation the controller stopped working and SmartVent replaced it free of charge. Much appreciated.

Good service, just a pity we didn't get the summer feature at the same time as the rest. It should have been included in the original quote. Now have it and will be installed shortly.

Craig the installer was fantastic very polite, helpful and very professional. Have had a SmartVent before and the product is outstanding.
