C.I went to your store today and presented my (Hitachi) reciprocating saw which was broken to Julian for repair and was informed that I needed the sales receipt to continue, Julian started to search for it in 2019 (a date I supplied) and came up empty handed, my company is very large and many sales appeared, eventually I said maybe 2018 and a short time later he found it.
Julian demonstrated exactly what is required for customer service and made it an enjoyable experience,
I would like to see that he gets recognised his professional approach and customer support throughout the whole transaction.

g. j.I recently bought a mulcher at the Penrose ToolShed. Their service was excellent and delivery free. When I couldn't start it they came and got it, found I'd filled it with diesel instead of petrol, fixed it and brought it back to me all free of charge and smiling. My previous mulcher, from Trade Tested, was impossible to use on green material because of its "filter", which guaranteed that it would clog up. After enormous hassle I finally got it to work when I took the filter out. They had no idea what the problem was and treated me like an idiot.
