J.I purchased lots of products from Trade Depot, i.e. cooktop, wall mounted oven, bathtub, shower mixers, basin, vanities, vanity tap wares, heated towel rail, etc. The price of their products are reasonable and plenty of styles you can choose. Also, the salesman Li Zhi is super friendly and supportive. Whenever I have any questions with the products, he responded immediately. Highly recommended.
M.Excellent customer service. Mr Zhi Li helped us with his expert advice and looked after us very well. He has served us several times and he is always very professional and responsible.

K.Had some issues with delivery scheduling, saying they would arrive one day and then something would come up so they'd have to push it to the next day and so on for a couple of days. But finally, on the third day they prioritised my delivery and got it to me.
Having got it and put it in place in our kitchen, it does look really nice and so far is working really well.
S.I bought a double door fridge for $600 approximately which is running okay so far. My friend recently got a small wash basin for $69 which also looks okay. I've not dealt much with these guys but have heard they sometimes have good deals. The warehouse is massive, well maintained and presented. However, I feel there should be more staff members around to assist in my opinion. Staff members at the counters are friendly and helpful but seem under pressure. The overall procedure in terms of purchase to delivery/pick up can improve. Customer service is okay but can improve in terms of speed and efficiency.
D.I bought a benchtop dishwasher from Trade Depot about 2 months ago and have been really happy with both the customer service and the dishwasher itself. It goes like a bomb. I bought this over the net and had it sent to to the lower North Island.
Ingrid was extremely helpful with this purchase as I initially bought a smaller benchtop dishwasher than the one I have. Ingrid explained that it didn't fit standard dinner plates, gave me the measurements and waited while I measured my dinner plates. She was right. She then suggested the dishwasher I now have, cancelled my first purchase, credited the amount to the bigger benchtop and made paying the difference, (which was only $70) really easy. I'm really grateful because had I received the first dishwasher and it didn't fit my plates I would have been somewhat perturbed lol. I recommend Trade Depot and this particular product. B.Bought this new heat pump how water cylinder. Very professional staff spend a lot of time explain to me how it works and why worth to buy it rather than choose normal one. Also really appreciate their warehouse boys help me lift this heavy monster to my truck and I did not pay that service, only paid for the goods! Thumbs up Trade Depot you did beyond the service and I hope you guys can open more shops in whole New Zealand!

T.My order was large and complicated by availability with supply split between three Trade Depot stores. The service team was quick with updates, polite and informative. A delivery date has been set and I now await final delivery. We are very pleased with the efforts that our assistant has made to ensure we are happy and well informed on progress - thank you Monisha Ashwine well done.

But the sad part is.. this company does not back up their employees..its been 3 weeks that i am struggling to get my order shipped. Every time i call them, i hear a new story. I guess staff must be frustrated to work here.
I honestly will not recommend anyone to buy stuff from here if it’s to be shipped. If you are picking it from shelves its good otherwise you are playing with a pig in mud.

K.We dealt with Ingrid Jones at Onehunga to buy a dishwasher. She was helpful and wonderful. We picked it up from the warehouse at Otohuhu which was a smooth process but a couple more signs directing us around the different buildings on the warehouse site would have been perfect.
V.I am 77. Not a tradie so not a big purchaser. I purchased a small fridge freezer in December for my new tiny house. I planned to pick it up. All went well. No problem purchasing Good communications when we hit a small delay. Then I ended up in hospital. (Not covid related):And Auckland went into lockdown. Long story short I couldn't pick up. Rang Trade Tested couldn't find my papers with order no etc. But they were so helpful. Order no found, Delivery sorted. Paid on line. So efficient and so helpful. All done within fifteen min.Thankyou trade Depot and all your kind staff.
N.I am building a house so need a lot of items. I gave had a great experience. Staff are extremely willing and helpful. Fantastic guy in warehouse loaded all of the goods for us. Customer service has been great with regular updates for the remaining items I ordered which were delivered to me in Gisborne only a week later.

A.How well a company deals with disatisfaction is how I measure their genuine care for customers. When I turned up to pick up my product, it was damaged and that was the last unit at the Onehunga's warehouse. However, the sales rep was quick to organise a replacement from their Hamilton branch and she managed to do this despite their delivery delays due to COVID. In less than 24 hours I had a brand new bathtub (even better than the one I originally paid for). Excellent customer service and their warehouse guys who do the heavy lifting were extremely helpful. I will go back there again and I recommend others to check out Trade Depot deals before commiting to something expensive from the usual places.

A.Needed a new Clothes Dryer. Tradedepot sell their own brand Vogue for a very good price with a standard warranty like any other major brand. No stock at Auckland showroom so did online order. Delivery was going to be too expensive so selected click and collect. after 1 week no updates so tried to call them. Phone system tells you to go online and then hangs up. Tried to reply to email order confirmation, automated reply says to go online also. Went online and submitted a "ticket" no reply in 2 days so tried the online chat. The bot kept telling me they are new and to ask the question again. Finally got hold of a human who said it was ready to collect but have to go to their warehouse which is a different address. That wasn't our agreement! Meant to be collect and collect from the showroom! They said to get there before 3pm. I work! who gets off before 3pm??? Not impressed with their customer service. Finally picked it up and it works fine. Just here's hoping I never have to do a service or warranty claim as I can predict it will be a nightmare.
S.I purchased Fridge and Washing Machine 16th of March for my new place. It’s says 4-10 business day timeframe for the delivery (which was totally fine). Suprisingly, I got an email/sms that my items will be delivered the 18th. I left instructions as I am moving house the same day with the location and to contact me an hour before the delivery. I was quiet worried with all the reviews I’ve seen. So I rang to check my items out of curiosity. The customer service was excellent, waited around 20 mins which was fine as they will tell advise what call number are you. Smooth convo and very helpful staff, even via email they responded very promptly. Overall experience was good! I want to commend Hirn (truck driver) for being so helpful and professional, he called 30 mins before his arrival -he even apologised not calling an hour before as he got busy with other delivery which I appreciate so much. Helped me carry my items without any hesitations.
Reading all the feedback and reviewe with dissapointments probably helped Trade depot to improve their service. I am glad that there are improvements now and hoping for consistency.
Ps. The items are working perfectly fine without dents and issues at ALL ☺️☺️☺️
B.I bought a fridge off Trade Depot and two years later broke the front of the vegetable crisper. Their response was first class Wendy in customer service finding me a replacement in under 2 days for $40.00. Excellent company to deal with. Impressive after sales support.

A.Initially I had a very bad experience with an Iceland fridge/freezer that I bought in January 2022. A rare gas issue in the motor. And had to throw out some spoiled food. But on the day of delivery of the upgraded Midea model (which I paid the difference of $200 a few days earlier) Sagar dealt with my concerns efficiently within 24 hours and today gave me a Trade Depot $50 voucher for the spoiled food.
I must say despite the dissatisfaction with the original product which apparently is a rare occurrence the resolution of the replacement model, actual delivery by Trade Depot Staff Brian & Tom and Sagar the customer service members swift action to resolve the issues was very satisfactory. I will go back to Trade Depot Chch. The Midea stainless steel fridge/freezer is going very well with no issues at all. I think I’ll put my $50 voucher toward a clothes dryer.

K.Customer service in the warehouse is excellent also the call center but waiting for someone to fix my oven was very slow. I think you should have more staff the technical problems but anyway thanks for fixing the oven hope it wont happen in the future because I buy lots of staff and sent it to the island.

I purchased a whole house lot for a new build and have found The Trade Depot to be wonderful through all of my enquires, returns and yes I had two little faults but they sorted everything straight away and I would recommend them to anybody. J.I'm a Bunnings fan from when it first reached NZ shores, and have literally spent 3 hours perusing every shelf and item. I went to trade depot because its appliances are cheaper, but I discovered so much more! I had no idea they also had tools, cabinets and tiles and more, almost a much as a mini Bunnings, but here's the game changer... it's nz owned and operated and hard to believe, but so very much cheaper. Example: 10 sanding discs $2 I kid you not. 4 pack Angle corner brackets $1, $1 dollar! That's mad! Earmuffs, $5.99. Honestly. And the woman that served me 👌👍, so amazing, friendly, helpful. And was helping me almost as soon as I walked through the door. Go TRADE DEPOT! (Oh, but your phone system sucks)
M.I ordered a kitchen package, sink and taps from trade depot. On arrival a couple of items were damaged, may have been in transit. I ended up dealing with a lady called Monisha, who guided and organized everything to be picked up and replaced. Every time I emailed her, she replied very quickly. I would definitely use trade depot again.
s.Went into trade depot today and received great customer service from Mitalip. She was able to help my Enquiry on a washing machine. I have now purchased a new washing machine. So happy. Very lovely and friendly customer service from her. Thank you Mitalip
R.I bought a Comfee freestanding Dishwasher in Nov 2021. I am happy with the product's quality and working order, however after 4, 5 times of usage the product shows error code and stopped working. I submitted online warranty claim and got the response email from the customer care team to resolve the issue from my end and yes it worked out and the product is working fine now. Thank you Trade Depot Team.
H.Over all good experience counter staff good looked abit stressed. Wharehouse boys also abit stressed forkhoist driver swearing at clients not a good image on the company but I'll will admit it was pretty hilarious. Didn't have the oven in stock even though the email said it was ready for pick-up. But this was sorted by paying a little extra for the next model up.
h.I had an enquiry regarding an order I was trying to make and one of the sales team (Jasmin Adriano) went completely out of her way to provide me the BEST customer service and solution. Her professionalism, efficiency and personal phone call was all greatly appreciated and I roves that good customer service DOES still exist. Thank you so much!! I will be back.
S.I first posted a lower score as there was a long delay in our order however after speaking to customer service representative Joel he managed to fix the whole situation and we should be expecting our order tomorrow. He was very friendly, easy to deal with and contacted me very quickly. If we do decide to order from Trade Depot again I would be very happy to deal with him.
D.Should definitely give Li a pay rise, who helps me purchase gives me introductions of appliances that best work for me, helps me chase product replacement and refund. I wouldn’t purchase anything from the TradeDepot not without him dealing the case.
s.Bought a chest freezer from Trade Depot last year, it started playing up a few weeks back. Li from the warranty dept was awesome in looking after my issues.
Few delays here and there but thats expected.
He organised a replacement for me and had it delivered. That is excellent customer service and going above and beyond.

I.Absolutely FANTASTIC service. From the moment I’ve contacted them, the communication was fast. It was level 4 so they couldn’t book me in but as soon we went to level 3, they’ve sent someone out. He was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful and fixed my dryer/ washing machine on the spot. Then they’ve even followed me up a week later to see if everything is in order. Super happy! Highly recommend these guys!
S.Before I got involved with trade depot for my renovation, I have heard few mix reviews. But when the actual time arrived to interact and deal with Trade depot it was a guy named Peter made the entire experience a breeze of a journey throughout my reno. He totally listened to my needs and didn’t show any hurry to shy away from the expectations. Easy reachable and communication at top notch. However apart from the top excellent service I received, there is room for improvement in their stock level. If you find something that you need and is available, just take it right away, one week wait can easily be turned into a month which was the case with myself. Also check the packaging before taking. because sometimes it can be a nightmare to replace the stuff once you’ve taken due to several reasons. But overall if you come across with service agent like Peter, he’ll make sure everything falls in place accurately.
5 star for service, 3 for stock level and availability
W.I needed a new washing machine and was on the fence about changing from a top loader to a front loader when I went to Trade Depot. Customer service rep Ingrid helped me out and she was well-organized, knowledgeable, very friendly and patient as we discussed each machine within my price range. She shared her personal experience with front loaders and I'm so thankful because I purchased my very first that day and am completely in love with the Vogue front loader. Went back to her when my dryer broke over Level 4 and she organized a great one to be delivered to me, all well below budget.
10/10 would recommend to friends and whānau 😀
O.It's another 5 stars from me. Love my new freestanding stove. Ordered on a Tuesday and it was delivered on the Saturday. It's a Vogue multifunction oven with solid hotplate, and it's brilliant. Great price and service.
P.I would like to share my person experience with Trade Depot Driver Jaspal Dhawan. He not only called me and asked what's the best time to diliver products in efficient manner. He went extra mile to satisfy costomer when , I was not available to home and came back. L.Placed an order for click an collect on a Monday. On the email it says to wait for an automated email telling you that your order is ready to be picked up. We waited for an email that never came. When I called on Thursday they said that they assume people are coming right away to pick up their items and that they don't hold stock. So if you place a click and collect order you can go right away for it! I might not have been able to get my item had they gone out of stock. Even though they were already paid for. The people were very nice and efficient when I went in to collect. But the initial email is very misleading
R.We had quite a few issues with shipping and communication. We waited over a month and still no washing machine. I checked through the reviews and found an email address for Sian. She, along with her right hand man, Akhil, were brilliant! Sian replied promptly to my email, sorted shipping within 24 hours and was polite, friendly and efficient. If anyone ever deserved a pay rise for how they represent their company it's Sian and Akhil!
M.We bought a 10Kg washing and drying machine combo here and it was running great for almost 5 months straight. We suddenly had an issue with it recently and got their technician to look on it. The issue was an odd one and we had some technicalities with the warranty terms and condition. We thought we'll have a bad experience with them but long story short, the fee to get it fixed has been waved. We really appreciate the help from the support team, the tech guy and especially Alex, who did a great job for us! Thank you so much and we'll definitely come back and recommend these guys. Cheers!
J.Highly recommend this store to home owners and builders. They have great range of products in very good prices, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I’ve found customer service Zhi Lee is extremely good particularly. Though he is surrounded by customers most of the time, he can still keep smile and patiently service each customer. He knows the products so well that he can recommend the right ones in no time. No wonder his queue seems longer than others.

I met Sam when I visited to Trade depot for buying the washing machine and other appliance, I must say he is very helpful, knowledgeable and informative guy. He understood my requirements and needs first and then offered me the right product. while dealing with him in the showroom I never see him talking in a rush, always given me enough time despite of having many customers in the showroom. Whenever I come, I only look for him now.

S.Had a challenging bath situation. Struggled to get through on the phones (no wonder with the chaos Auckland couriers are in), so went in on person. Was very happy to drive all that way - totally worth it. They are doing the best they can with a massive amount of customers, their own restrictions etc for covid and the Auckland shipping delays. The guys we dealt with in Onehunga were AMAZING (I won't write the names here in case you then get asked for personally) - R and S - you guys were awesome. Then the dude at the warehouse with the light eyes (didn't know name) also super helpful. Fixed everything, helped us every step of the way, and got a great resolution. Thank you team!

O.Thanks to Simon the appliance installer and Josh ( assistant) my 82 year old, father's fridge was professionally installed. Thanks to Simon and Josh's professionalism and courteous manner my father is much happier. HOWEVER the earlier problem we experienced with Sam at the call centre who told us that the fridge would be left on the street due to covid level 3 restriction, was heartless and diabolical. I had also received a text that the fridge would be delivered in the morning, it arrived at 6pm after several calls to the call centre for clarity. My father has early dementia and is 82years old very vulnerable, therefore should not have had to experience such a stressful experience when purchasing a small fridge from Trade Depot Ltd.
M.Customer service could be better after I missed several calls from a sales rep (totally my fault) attempted to call back and was a mission to get through. Was then passed to another sales rep Amaya who was amazing & so helpful! Have not received my order yet but fingers crossed it’s what I’m expecting.

Unfortunately fridges still leaks and warranty’s out. Purchased a washing machine a couple of months ago which goes well. Would like to get

S.Realistic prices for realistic quality. Bunnings and mitre 10 are greedy on some of the simple things. I saved half price on safety glasses and ear muffs and the dishwashers are if better quality for less cost

B.I was watching an episode of Fair Go where Trade Depo was featured with a customer issue. This reminded me that I had to submit an issue with my oven - and emailed as I was watching. Within 5 days I had a Tradie at my house - on a Saturday - to repair the oven. Works great now! Great customer service from my experience!

Lee was the salesman hosted me with very friendly and professional manners, through a short conversation he found out what's my habits of using appliances and budget then recommended right stuff exactly fit my family uses, it's dosen't like other dealers which recommend only expensive one. Also most touched me and impressived was as considering of the Cooker I ordered out of stocks and needed to wait, Lee lent his own induction cooker to me until my order arrival. I think Lee was a person very considerable and love to serve customers with and from heart. So eventually I bought all appliances from Trade depot and recommended to my friends. K.These guys have a massive range of applicances and tools available in the penrose store. Lots of parking available on site. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Prices are very competitive, I was an out of town buyer and loved the service here. If you want a good deal and best prices in the town or the country, these guys would have it.

R.I ordered a vanity and top and in my haste to get things underway I actually ordered the wrong combination - the vanity was the correct colour but the basin I had ordered was the marble one rather than white . Luckily I rang through to the help desk and was greeted by Gloria who most helpful in making things right . Cannot thank her enough for managing to change my order to what I actually wanted rather than what I had mistakenly ordered.

J.My experience was great! Found a cheap deal on bar fridge online and paid and came and picked up next morning. Couple things: No confirmation email to say order is ready for collection (I just headed in and took the risk). I can envisage the collection area getting very busy as is a small loading space so my advice would be to go early morning if your picking up lots of items as they have to locate them from out the back and bring to the pick up area. Better yet call ahead to make sure they are ready.
Other than that the midea fridge is of good quality and really strong seals. For $179 can't complain!

A.Got a Midea P10+ pro vacuum and a Vogue washing machine from Trade Depot. Vacuum is AWESOME! The suction is really powerful, it's perfect for carpet, rugs and cat hair plus I love the cordless style! The washing Machine works well too, many different programs, clothes are almost dry when it's finished. Overall is great, will purchase again from Trade Depot!

A.I had an issue with my oven, which wasn't even purchased by me but by the person who I bought my house off. Sadly I though this meant that I would not be entitled to any help getting it sorted, but Trade Depot totally honoured the warranty, I got outstanding communication every step of the way from a lovely person called Tara, and I was really really pleased that they sent me a new oven door. It makes me more determined to buy from them, knowing they look after their customers so well.

Put in a warranty claim via their website on Saturday, come Monday afternoon had a phone call from Alex. They are sending out a new fridge and collecting old fridge. Said it would take to long to get old fridge fixed and back to us. We are happy with this out come and their customer service is top notch… at this stage we can not fault Trade Depot. L.I'm changing my very negative prior feedback for Auckland trade depot due to both Sian and Enrico taking care of me. Once I had a connection with Sian and then Enrico everything went smoothly. . The unit arrived by courier truck within a couple of days and when we had a problem putting it together I contacted Sian and got an immediate call from a staff member to assist even though it was after 5 pm. I can see there is still a lot of recent negative feedback so I'm guessing Sian carnt rescue everyone. To be completely honest I would not buy from this business again though.

J.I was absolutely blown away by the service received. All items arrived on the dates promised. Sadly one of the cabinets had some damage to it (obviously happened in transit as the same damage was to the box). When I called Trade Depot they got back within the hour to say they will send a replacement. I decided to go to the store to pick it up instead. The guys that work out the back of the depot were to super helpful and efficient (not to mention friendly). This was at the Onehunga shop. Very impressed. Also changed my mind on two taps and the refunded me no worries. Jillian

A short while later she was in touch again and indicated that there were sufficient in the Christchurch store for my needs and gave me the payment details. We bought heat pump from Amaya and really happy with the service and product. We came back again bought bathroom products and appliances as well. A.Omg...what a joke of a store. I brought a dryer for this winter and it stopped heating up. Long story short I've had to use other means to dry my 4 kids clothes all winter so far. Took 6 to I weeks just to get the warranty people to get in action and now it's been at the repairers for r weeks. Don't buy from these people, buy local for God sakes if your in hamilton. Never again and never been so mucked around. I wouldn't have given them even one star but had to to post this... UPDATE
Just have to add to this review, the owner of the store has looked into my situation and within days sent me a brand new dryer to replace the one that had been sent for repair. It's made it all better and thank you Trade depot and management for reading my post and doing something about it, the appology and acknowledgment made it all better.

C.Awesome product range, price and Sales service (super efficient, helpful and good product knowledge). However, the collection process (and returns) is very bad. The dispatch staff are lovely, but it takes a long time to pick/pack goods (hours!!! whilst you wait) and an unsafe traffic system. Forklifts/trucks/trailers/humans/cars going in all directions. I am concerned someone will be in injured.
A.Ingrid was such a legend today! She went above and beyond for us, and hunted through the warehouse for a discontinued product we desperately needed, which she managed to track down, yay!! Her attitude was positive and enthusiastic, an absolute delight to deal with! Thanks again! :)

G.I have purchased several items from Trade Depot now, from freezers to bidet seats and have been very satisfied. The last item, a bidet seat I am very pleased with. I have had one previously (from a different source) and this one functions much better. My only regret, having had a remote control one previously, I opted for without this time - I should have gone for the remote - my bad! My only complaint was the English instructions for cleaning the nozzle was complete gobbledegook. However, after emailing Trade Depot we got it sorted out satisfactorily.
T.Top notch service!!! I purchased a black midea 46 litre bar fridge off their website and Alex from the live chat was super helpful in letting me know when this item would be sent off and if they had any in stock (which he was super quick to inform me that they did). Later that same day I get an email to say that the fridge had been dispatched and within 48 hours the fridge arrived. It's a great little fridge and looks great in black too! Highly recommended these guys for any whiteware appliances and their great customer service.

R.I went in on Saturday to buy a shower tray. The man serving was very helpful and did advise me on some issues. After I paid for the tray, I found myself waiting for forty minutes or more before I approached the pickup desk and told them to steer me in the right direction and I will get my own purchase.
If I may offer suggestions, then here they are. The people I met were very helpful and obliging, but the waiting time is long and even then you are not always notified when to pick them up. The coffee machine where we were told to wait did not read an eftpos card, not mine anyway, and I feel should have been complimentary for waiting customers.
V.Quality products with reasonable price warranty and good range. One thing I liked is staff. They are friendly. Sam one of the staff — was very welcoming, answered all my questions as to which product I should select out of the huge range. He Helped me find right thing my daughters needs. Also helped us sorting out other details like payment options and delivery and few other issues. Amazingly patient and service with smile. My further purchase for my two other bathrooms Which are under renovation I will only buy from Trade Depot. Thank you Sam. Appreciate a lot.

I had tried to phone & waited along time but no answer - the problem might have been that it was over a holiday weekend so maybe no-ones fault. A.I had problems with my new washing machine bought from The Tradedepot.Even during lockdown level3 their technician called & solved my problem by removing the travel bolts & replacing the short hose with a longer one with a cheerful smile & at a fair price.Thank you for your great sertvice.
S.When trying to get a replacement cartridge for a kitchen tap still under warranty, I was directed by a sales representative to place an online claim via the website which I did. Filled out the details correctly and sent it through. 3 weeks later no response so I sent an email to their class team and got a reply saying it hadn't come through.
I went to the store again and floor manager Amaya immediately gave me a replacement cartridge for the tap, knowing the process hadn't worked. Nice.
Unfortunately the cartridge for the tap wasn't the right size so I had to return it and wait for the next shipment of taps before I was finally able to get the correct cartridge.
Unfortunately their processes are not working as they should be which is disappointing. But I cannot fault their on floor staff and manager for really trying their best and being super friendly and helpful.
In the end, broken cartridge was replaced and tap is finally working as it should be again. Thank you.

K.We bought a pack of shower doors that during an attempted installation turned out to have defects. We then brought the pack back to Trade Depot asking for an exchange only to discover later at home that this batch, too, had defects. We then went to Trade Depot again for the third time to exchange the product once again and mixed and matched bits together and finally got it all installed properly.
The staff were all super friendly, helpful and not only understood but also remedied our frustration and dissatisfaction as the customers so we are giving 5+ stars for the customer service from Ian, the builder and warehouse guys.

I have bought from them before but this time I was unsure which washing machine to buy and their customer service representatives talked me through the various options advising the products that were in stock and available to buy immediately. The product was delivered and installed professionally and is far better than my old machine. I would recommend them.

L.In my day job for the past 20 years or so I have been helping companies and brands around the world understand what a brand really is and how to grow a great brand .This week, for one of the very rare times, I personally experienced a great brand and what it takes to make a brand great. I was about to order 2 new freezers online from Trade Depot. Fearing it was too late to expect delivery before Christmas and lacking all trust in online promises from retailers, I rang the Trade Depot in person. A young guy called Connor Reid answered my call and couldn't have been more understanding, friendly, patient and helpful. Although he was busy with Christmas less than a week away, he went to great pains to assure me he, personally, would do all he could to get my freezers to me up in rural Whangarei Heads, before Christmas ( 5 days away at that stage) and if not, he gave me his name so I could have someone to call and hold accountable. His whole manner made me trust the company and trust is the crucial cornerstone of any great brand. Within minutes of hanging up I received an email informing me that my order was already being processed followed by an email the very next day to say it had already been despatched. My freezers arrived within two working days of that conversation with Connor. I want him to know that all brands are only ever as good as the individual people who represent them. W.Could do better! I shopped at Trade Depot for a fridge, one day after buying another fridge. There was 1 person working where you buy the item and a big queue. Eventually I gave up and went to the front desk. They said there were none of those fridges left and I couldn’t purchase the display model. I was charged an extra $100 for the same model in a different colour. Then when I unloaded it at the address it was for - it was exactly the same. So I paid an extra $100 for nothing!
L.We brought a substantive amount of product from Trade Depot for a revamp on a house including a wall hung toilet and arranged delivered. A few parts were initially missing which was sorted in quick order by their Manager. We then ran into issues with installation by our plumber. The Manager was excellent with support and advise including dealing with the plumber direct. In the end we used another plumber recommended by Trade Depot who installed without any issues and were very professional to deal with.

R.Well stocked. Good prices. Yes, we were informed that the wait time would be 15 - 20min for them to get our order through to their dispatch section, but we only waited about 5min. Staff are helpful and pleasant.
I.Managed to pick my WHOLE bathroom renovation within 1.5Hrs with the help of the lovely Ingrid, who really knows her stuff. Supply issues ARE a fact of life atm with Covid delayed shipments, so my advice is get your order in well ahead of time. Lead times are months with some items. Good quality options and the staff are still smiling even when under huge pressure. Put a smile on your face when dealing with these guys... we know exactly the juggling act they are facing during these tough times.
M.I ordered a washing machine last week then wham into Level 4 Lockdown. The thought of handwashing during a lockdown made me want to cry. Then the magic phonecall came that TD were 15 minutes away, it would be contactless and that it would be safely delivered onto my driveway. Best news all day! Thanks TD for continuing to deliver during L4.

A.Great experience start to finish. We went on Sunday (busiest day of the week) & we were checked on regularly, salesperson Sam talked us through all the options, being very clear about value for money & timeframe. Then the warehouse guys were awesome! So friendly & helpful.

R.Bought a sink and a kitchen tap. Good product range and great prices. The sink was in stock but have to wait around 3 weeks for the next shipment of taps which is fine- they let us know when we inquired. Had to wait about 10 minutes before a sales member became available but he was very helpful.
S.Everything is ok except the service while picking up the order on click and collect is horrible coz I have to wait for more than an hour just to get 10 pcs of silicone which I had a 2 year baby in my car was really exausted...hope this doesn't happen to any customers ...

I was issued a reference number & sent the photos through. The number was simple & effective to use as I negotiated a fair settlement. A.Needed laundry taps,but as luck would have it stock low unknown if available. I'm old. So a phone call to The Trade Depo. Then guess what a person,, helpful, interested, went and checked stock. Got some from Auckland,and Christchurch. .This is what I call Fantastic Service. From the Lady who took my call, all the way to the staff who picked, packed and sent the product, Its now installed ,works and looks great.Thankyou for such great service, it is so missing in so many other companies.

M.Been in to trade depot Neilson street a few times over the last week. The staff are fantastic! Helpful and friendly and really efficient. Really nice to shop with a company that gives consistently good customer service.
P.Delivery guys made me go and get $60 cash for them to bring the goods upstairs. I had enquired about this before the delivery about stairs, so it was a surprise they told me I should have paid for Premium service. Website needs to be clear on the extra services that are required.
On the other hand, Josh who installed the Dishwasher was excellent. Was friendly, on time, communicated well and even took away a lot of the rubbish from the dishwasher and fridge.
