V.Best hardware store in town. The staff are amazing and knowledgeable. Great quality but obviously you pay for quality. Cheap and budget things are also available. The Trade staffs are quite fun to talk to. The Fijian-Indian guy working in Trade Quotes is amazingly helpful, hooks you with a bargain and ridiculously super hot!! 🔥👍🧛

R.This is only accessible me Mitre Ten in Blenheim. We went to the cafe section. They do have a wide range of selection and lot of sitting places. You can sit inside or outside the cafe. Staff is Friendly. They do check vaccine passes and only vaccinated people are allowed to order and sit inside while vaccinated public can order for unvaccinated people but they have to sit outside section. During lunch it can be busy. We went on a Sunday and it was busy. About 2 pm is was nearly empty. Good food through.
V.My go to store for gardening products and general household items. Have always received great service and advice. Staff are very helpful
P.We been to mitre 10 today wanted to buy some hedges and indoor plant Jessie if I’m spelling his name correctly he helped us with everything. Very helpful.

L.Busy shop on Alabama Road in Blenheim, today I was with a friend of mine to look to for same plumbing supplies, I also bought some items from the gardening department and can’t resist to take same photos about the place. The shop has good parking and toilets as well, also wheelchair people are welcome to shopping because the aisles are wide. It’s also the cafeteria where you can have lunch, sweets and hot or cold drinks.
T.I want to comment on your Delivery person Calab driving the Haiab truck he was and Amazing.
He had to get off the truck the huge BBQ and outdoor fridge for our delivery. Driving down our driveway he was so careful not wanting to damage the trees. So thoughtful not like most delivery people we have.
Then he used the handheld robot to lift the huge packages off the truck.
A very pleasant man and Mitre 10 you are so lucky to have somebody like him working for you. He represents your company extremely well.
Look after him staff like Calab are few and far between!!!

A.Very crowded. A lot of people constantly in each other's space. Confusing exit and entry operation. The staff are amazing, the variety and pricing is good.

S.I often shop between here and the other big-box Hardware store in Blenheim, but when comparing products, selection, availability and customer service, I always come back to Mitre 10 Mega. Plenty of staff available to help with questions or to find things. Very friendly local store.
Too bad the owner is arrogant to customers and his own team.

P.It has everything and more that you would expect from a hardware store. Customer service staff are friendly, helpful and have good product knowledge. Just one small negative - some of the young checkout operators could brush up on customer contact social skills. First and last impressions for a customer are equally important.

K.I went to Mitre 10 on a mission to get a few items some of which I wanted a similar item to what I had.
As I was probably looking frustrated I was asked by a gentleman called Allan that works there if I needed help. He was amazing, even explaining why I needed a certain product. I walk out of there with a big smile on my face.
Keep this man on your payroll Mitre 10 because he is worth every cent. And thankyou Allan from hardware :)

R.Mitre10 Mega is great. Though because of its location in Marlborough I very rarely visit the store but I definitely recommend shopping here an they as doe's their competitors Bunnings cater by incorporating a children's area which is awesome 👌 they also cater to those who have difficulty in walking around their stores by providing a Wheelchair an a Electric Scooter 😀
M.Had a really nice guy named Josh help us in the bathroom section yesterday, we were in there for a while and no one came to help us he walked past saw us and came straight up to us and offered his assistance, at least one off the workers there was nice and helpful well done young Josh that place needs more members like you........
