B.Nice big indoor area full of all the home care gear needed. Good selection of plants. Friendly staff, nicely set out and easy to wander around. Good size car park.
D.Tasha from the lighting division was incredibly helpful. We brought a pendant light system and smashed the glass cover on installation. We went in store to see if we could buy a replacement which they said weren't for sale individually. However they gave us a replacement cover from the display stock free of charge. Above and beyond customer service but very much appreciated. Thank you
D.I was in the plumbing & bathroom section of cambridge mitre today. I took some photos in showing what I was after & antentive staff helped & new exactly where to find items. Great service & super friendly staffI don't normally ask for help but will be doing so in future to save time!!

M.The service is always pretty good and I have never had a issue returning good's. Not a massive store compared to some of the other mega stores but the range is good enough.

A.Great professional staff at timber department, they know what they doing and always help customers as their best, even it’s strong sunny day , they still out there and answer customers enquirers and deliver till their vehicles. Love visiting there always
C.Always quick to visit and find what I'm looking for. Prices despite the price promise are often higher (the products are never quite the same as other places - different sizes, pack numbers etc.) but convenience and size often wins out.
K.I wanted to get my granddaughter and family a mushroom growing kit for Christmas. I spoke to Caitlin who couldn't do enough to help me I paid over the phone and she OFFERED to deliver it and a Christmas message to my granddaughter on her way home Thank you Caitlin, Mitre 10 is lucky to have you working there.
M.All the bathroom products have been moved, no signage to say where to, found out later they were on the other side of the car park.
c.I came to buy Xmas presents for the kids. They love the small pots & tiny plants. Easy to maintain in their bedrooms.

R.What can I say about Mitre 10 Cambridge except WE LOVE THEM! We LOVE the staff who are always checking that customers are finding what they need. We LOVE that we can ask any of them how to 'do' something and they come up with brilliant solutions! We especially LOVE the garden centre and its staff - helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, warm, and positive!

G.I wanted to run some irrigation to feed 36m of Hydrangeas. I watched the video on the Mitre 10 website and it was easy as to follow. I headed down to Mitre 10 Cambridge and David was super helpful. Some of the items were out of stock so he found me alternatives using items from other departments that do the same job.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Installing the irrigation was exactly how the video described it and it was super easy to install.

S.It's always an expensive trip to M10 mega, mainly because there variety and range is excellent and we seem to want to buy everything. 😁😁. Also Nikita and Morgan on the information counter are fantastic employees with great knowledge. An absolute asset.

Customers are welcome to leave pots ties and plant I. D. labels and also take any home you need.
Great start mitre 10 as these pots cannot be recycled in the refuse system , and for serious buyers they accumulate quickly 5 * s for this.😊😊
T.Great store. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Plenty of variety and 9 times out of 10, they generally have what you're looking for, at a reasonable price. If they don't, they are only too happy to order it in for you!!

N.I had lunch there. My Parents like to go there often, and it was their choice. Ive always thought it odd to have a cafe in the same place I can buy hammers and nails. But was pleasently suprised at how good the burger and chips were. If you can get past that its in a hardware store, the food is really nice. Personally found it a bit pricey at $20.00 for burger and fries... but again was very nice.
A.Friendly staff and a great selection. The cafe is also pretty good and we enjoy the garden centre. Does not have much in the way of landscaping supplies however.

T.Helpful staff. Purchased the brackets, secateurs, veg /salad seedlings wandered around the colourful garden centre. A range of prices on most items.
D.A few tradies work here which helps when you are doing some sort of project at home. Store is easily accable with lots of parking. Have loan trailers to take large loads. The in-store cafe is also good. Yesterday I had the egg and bacon roll with hollandaise. It was delicious. Happy to recommend this store.

J.I went to the base mitre 10 and looked for hours and even got help and still I didn't get what I needed. Then I went to the cambridge mitre 10 and instantly got asked if I needed help. I told them what I needed and the had what I wanted and also knew exactly where it was located in the store.

N.A Massive Thank you to Jemma at customer service desk, Saturday I had been to my local store in TA and rhen to the base and neither of them were able or not willing to help me out with my shark hoover. . I spoke with Jemma explained what had gone wrong with the hoover and then the hassle I had to have some one deal with this. JEMMA explained normally they would get the rep to have a look and send it back to the department to see if it could be repaired I said that I had moved to TA and would they have it sent there. Jemma asked if I would prefer to have my money back after two going wrong I advised I would. There was no arguments or hassle it was a dealt with promptly and in a very nice manner. Thanks again Jemma mitre 10 are lucky to have you.
