R.Great family owned business and the staff go out of their way to help. I recently discovered they will price match which was really cool to be able to support a Kiwi owned business . Go in and check them out. Always a good selection of interesting things to choose from. I personally love there range of indoor and outdoor plants.
M.My favourite Mitre 10 in Christchurch, the service here is always excellent. I've had some really great advice from staff here when trying to fix things around the home.
The range isn't quite as large as the Mega stores but they still have a huge range and I rarely find myself needing to go elsewhere.
M.We looking for bbqs got chatting to a guy that works there and was very surprised a his knowledge and he gave us all the options and never once pushed his opinion on us...wish I remembered his name top bloke.... we going wit the duel gas and charcoal model we thinking better to have one that in emergency we not need to rely on power and with the charcoal side we can smoke fish and meat anyway Mitre10 Beckenham has great crew..

T.The best part of visiting this specific Mitre 10 is the employees. They have many very experienced and seasoned employees who give you the best advice based on your project and that too with great happiness. Love visiting this store.
B.Love this mitre 10. Still has the feeling of the older style of the brand. Helpful and cheerful staff with an excellent range of goods make this a kiwi icon of a store. The customer service is some of the best I have seen in NZ. Well done indeed.

T.Very unhappy with the service we received, asked about something they had advertised on line at their shop said they had this item (4) , when we asked an older guy said no we haven't didn't look on the computer to see if they did just told us to go to ferrymead, which was fine ,they were great and find out items straight away
