L. P.Great store. But being the only one of your stores open in Christchurch on a Saturday it’s a long way to go if you haven’t got something in stock, therefore it would be helpful if someone answered the phone. Over ten calls today……..

I nearly went off but as I was leaving I thought that what I could see was probably what I wanted.
When I said to him and pointed,"what are those, he said oh they're not heaters, they're gas fires.

K.Good place to buy some building materials. If you don't know what materials you should buy, you can ask and explain to staff what you want. They are friendly and kind to find the materials for you. But some staff is not kind and little bit rude to no English speakers.

z. h.Good sized store with plenty of stuff! Usually not too busy sometimes the staff are good and approach you to help. Other times you can wander around for 10min and no one approach s you. Their prices are pretty average. I ordered a vanity the staff member was friendly and helpful. Got told the item was in Christchurch and would arrive in 1 or 2 days. Ordered it. Went in three days later ... Had not arrived yet.. they ended up selling me the show model as I needed it that day which was ok, but it had a few marks n such on it. Didn't get anything off it.
D. J.The staff were great. Good sense of humour and helpful My only comment is who designed this building. I am looking for timber parked in the main carpark. I am instructed to drive out onto mandervile street and re enter.. I do this, asked what I want & told that I was in the wrong place and had to go back to mandervile street with further direction. I managed to get the bulk of my order and then told the rest of my requirements were at the other end of the building and required to log out of the department I was in and drive to the other end of the building to complete my order. What a fiasco for customers. Great shop, good service, but 1 out of 100 to the designer of this building layout.
