E.Friendly, helpful, great range including their own ToolShed brand of tools that are good quality (3 year warranty) at a very good price. While I frequent Bunnings and Mitre10 for hardware, I still often find it worth going out of my way to go to the ToolShed for tools.

J.Good bunch of lads! All definitely know what they’re talking about when it come to tools/ power tools. Had to wait for a month for a tool to get ordered in (not their fault) and they kept me up to date with the progress!

B.I was impressed with a staff member's excellent customer service recently. It was at the Hornby branch. I'd purchased a concrete mixer some years ago and it needed a simple repair. Usually it's expected that the customer would bring the equipment into the store. However, I was unable to do this so since I lived a short distance away, this staff member popped in and within 10 minutes had the thing working well again. I was so grateful for this exemplary effort. The staff in general are informative and helpful too. We'll done guys and gals.
C.Don't be fooled by branding. These guys have quality stuff at a more than competitive price. More than happy with chainsaw and other products purchased in the past.
