I have heard some bad things but I have had a great experience. Purchased a dryer from a very lovely assistant and used it for less than a month and it broke. From what I understand seemed to be a common fault with this unit however, it took less than a week and a half to receive two options, a new unit or a refund. I chose refund as I have lost faith in this model of dryer but there was no hesitation for a refund (which I am coming in Saturday 23rd for) I have my ticket ready to go. Great communication from everyone I spoke too. Top marks trade depot 😊

Had an amazing experience with Matt Rainbow of the Watts road shop, he could not have been more helpful, we bought a double wall oven and a bathroom vanity unit, we ended up with the wrong unit,but Matt sorted it for us and we are most grateful. Hope the boss recognises what a great staff member he has.

While my initial experience was fine it's gone downhill from then on... Purchased multiple appliances, 1 item damaged during delivery but they replaced that pretty quickly so that was good, However I have been waiting for about 6 weeks for another item that was ordered. Have attempted to contact but their phones don't work, emails go answered. Totally useless.

Lovely experience with the young bubbly curly haired girl. She was full of giggles and made sure I understood the wait times on products and followed up on my next visit in-store. Was surprised she remembered me. Great work

Want to share my positive review of Trade Depot. We purchased a heat pump drier 3.5yrs ago from trade depot it faulted not long after purchasing which was a manufacturing fault so contacted them and the issue was resolved with a new unit arriving within days. Have recently purchased a fridge freezer during level 4 lockdown and yet again the service was great from trade depot. Would certainly purchase again from them.

Before I got involved with trade depot for my renovation, I have heard few mix reviews. But when the actual time arrived to interact and deal with Trade depot it was a guy named Peter made the entire experience a breeze of a journey throughout my reno. He totally listened to my needs and didn’t show any hurry to shy away from the expectations. Easy reachable and communication at top notch. However apart from the top excellent service I received, there is room for improvement in their stock level. If you find something that you need and is available, just take it right away, one week wait can easily be turned into a month which was the case with myself. Also check the packaging before taking. because sometimes it can be a nightmare to replace the stuff once you’ve taken due to several reasons. But overall if you come across with service agent like Peter, he’ll make sure everything falls in place accurately. 5 star for service, 3 for stock level and availability

Don't purchase anything here! I bought a over-fridge cabinet in July, and I found there was only one door in the package when i brought it home. I phoned and emailed their customer service many times for solving the problem, and went back to store two times. It's been over two months but I haven't heard nothing from them! UPDATE: I changed the stars because I was just contacted by their employee Nancy. She was calling with her sincere apologies and the problem solution. I was happy with her attitude. So one star adds for the late half door, and one star for Nancy, she deserves a pay raise.

I placed an order for 7 items was served by Sachin Vohra you could not get a more helpful person to serve you he helped us so much with all our purchases was very polite and so helpful would highly recommend as a sales person to deal with

Recently I visited the Watts Road Showroom to puchase an appliance and was served by a very caring and helpful employee called Sachin. This gentleman is an asset to the Company. Thankyou Sachin for such great service.

Before my first ever visit to Trade Depot (Chch branch) I read the reviews which are a bit of a mixed bag, which is often the case with any business, so went in with an unbiased attitude to see for myself, and buy a chest freezer. I was warmly greeted upon entering the store and the service from that point until I left with my purchase was excellent. I am very happy with this store and will return again.

I went in to buy a Midea convention cooker/oven. Got it home and opened the box to find that it was completely destroyed. The top was smashed as if something heavy was stowed on top of it in the warehouse. Anyway, I took it straight back. There were no dramas, no hassels and lots of apologies. Trade Depot replaced the unit immediately. I was treated very well and I got a good oven for what I could afford. I will be back.

Outstanding service, the salesman Sachin Vohra was outstanding humble friendly and not pushy, gave great information on products and services. Absolutely great pricing for homeware, this company is the place for homeware purchases, tip check out tradedepot compared to other stores before you buy, they will save you money and time, I highly recommend trade depot and ask for Sachin Vohra for outstanding service and knowledge, thank you Sachin and trade depot

I came in for some supplies a few weeks back to be greeted by a very handsome curly haired employee, who was very eager to help me out. He went above and beyond with his customer service, assisting me to find exactly what I need, whilst providing some top quality chats about the Civil War.

My warranty claim has been open for 3 months. Adrian Wei, who has been my contact regarding this started strong with his communication. However this completely fell over once an electrician visited the home. Weeks go by with no communication from him and my request for another person to handle this are disregarded. I need this repair completed ASAP as it is a cooking utensil. This review will be removed if issue is resolved within the next working week EDIT: Moved from 1 star to 3 stars after repair was finally completed. The new staff member who took over organising repair was very helpful.

My heat pump dryer died. ( Just out of warranty) Contacted the team at Christchurch. Was emailed back to bring it back and it was replaced once they knew it couldn't be fixed. They replaced it with an upgrade and I didn't have to pay the extra amount. Thank you to the team at Trade depot Christchurch.

Friendly service, very knowledgeable. Prices are great, bought a dishwasher and we are very happy with it.

Hi All I ordered a number of things from Trade Depot, I have been sent wrong product not once but a number of times, Could not get hold of any supervisors at all to sort prior to this my rating would of been 1 star. I can across Lorraine in TD who has help sort out the right products and has been the only person who I could talk to. If it was not for her help and putting up with my many calls about broken boxes with damaged goods being drop off, including products that I did not order, I would've gone totally mental . If I was Trade Depot I would put her on front line as supervisor or manager and replace the ones that take no responsibility or don't not return calls. Lorraine has redeemed my frustration so I give her 5 Stars Thank you :) As for Trade Depot they need to clean up and become more customer centric - I did suggest a while ago, put the managers of each Areas Mobile phone online and this would sort out those who care and those hiding behind the staff. Trade Depot may have changed hands because the level of service has improved markedly. A double vertical PowerPoint with extra switch only cost $5.50 and 350 ml of silicon clear sealant $3.50 each. That's astonishing prices. Hint' trade is in and carry on halfway then turn right. Some stuff is not trade quality but there is more that is so well worth a look and if renovating great prices on appliances. PS I can understand others who found staff unhelpful as I suspect a few may have been " incentivised" to bring the business into disrepute by driving away custom. Great dodge to get rid of competition by salting staff with a troublemaker or two. Thankfully those people now seem to have been replaced.

Highly recommend shopping with Trade Depot. Nick helped me select the best options for my DIY project, he was extremely helpful. He is also very pleasing on the eye, 10/10 will be back in for his assistance.

Sadly a mixed bag. Sometimes great products at a great price. Sometimes low quality or down right faulty products (I showed them how their water filter had a flawed design that flooded my kitchen, but they didn't want to know and kept selling it). Sadly, combined with them making it hard to acknowledge returns is a terrible combo. Customer service sometimes rough. Deliveries and logistics sometimes problematic. I want to support a competitive option, but sometimes they make that hard.

I went to Trade Depot as I had seen a small chest freezer on their website that I was interested in looking at. Found the freezer easily, but there was no staff around to help me or give me any info. I decided to risk it and purchase the freezer anyway, but there wasn't really an obvious place to go to pay. I walked up to a desk where a girl was sitting, she completely ignored me. I stood there for another 10-15 minutes before someone actually helped me. The guy that helped me did the job I guess, but wasn't overly friendly. He took my payment and gave me my receipt, then went back to whatever he was doing. I had to find a boxed freezer myself and get it out to my car and load it up by myself. So, customer service was absolutely useless, but I got what I needed after a little hassle. And the freezer actually works, which is a plus.

Good service as one would expect. But wow, the prices are crazy great. We purchased 8kg washing machine and only time will tell how good it is. But they have lots of other great stuff. A big threat to The Warehouse and Bunnings in my opinion only. I will go back there.

Great value, half kitted out a laundry for 1k :)

I don't like to do this, but i have exhausted all other channels of coms; phone, in person, email, website and facebook. I am attempting to purchase a broken part (shelf) for my fridge. The after sales support is non-existent, All coms have been brushed off. To make it worse, I'm trying to pay for the part and they still won't return my requests. Truly disappointing service. Wouldn't recommend. UPDATED 9/5/21 Following this review, Trade Depot reached out and resolved my problems swiftly.

Not sure where my in real time review went but c'est la vie. Big warehouse. Filled with lots of affordable whitewear and other appliances. Lots of room for thinking about how your bathroom could be improved. Staff were bright and helpful. Polite too. Also refrigerator death has it's own Wikipedia page. The things you find.

Very positive, good service from the salesman then real good service when I changed part of my order as I had made a mistake.

It would be great if,when during click and collect on line, the customer was directed to the right address instead of turning up to the main one and then being directed to the warehouse around the corner. 😉

Brought an all in one washing machine dryer. Love the machine however had a little issue with noise. Adrian has been fantastic organising a technician to check on my issue. Mack the technician has also been great. Can't fault this after service. Yesterday replaced the soap dispenser as think that might be the issue. Happy with my purchase and Trade Depot.

Absolutely amazing service from Virginia! We have purchased many thousands of $ of items for our new home, with more to come. From here on out, we will always make sure Virginia is working when we make our purchases. We have always gotten good quality items at good prices from Trade Depot. Now that we have found the gem of customer service, it warrants a 5 star rating. I wish I could say the same for Jiayu (may not be his full name as the receipt truncates). He told us the tiles we wanted were unavailable and there was no time frame on when they would be available, when in fact they could just be transferred down from Auckland (he told us they were out of stock as well). He also sold us a sink waste with overflow that we did not need, because one came with the sink. Fortunately, Virginia sorted us on the tile when we came back (after we phoned Auckland to confirm stock), and the $25 for the sink waste is no big loss.

Prices are sharp depending on the product. However, despatch is very slow. First time I ordered, after 5 days I emailed asking if it had been despatched, "oh we sold out". Fantastic communication guys... 2nd order, ordered 4 smaller items and received it in 3 shipments over the following 10 days. 3rd order of small parts has yet to despatch after 2 working days. Only email I've sent to them took 48 hours to receive a response. They are either understaffed or completely lack the processes and systems to deal with order despatch or customer service in a timely manner. Short version: Order well in advance and cross your fingers it's still in stock.

Good selection and THE place to go for washlet toilet seats.

What a wonderful business. Ordered a small fridge for my Grandson and it arrived her in Queenstown 2 days later. Thank you so very much. Very efficient and at an excellent price. Will certainly be using them again.

We have recently installed a Vogue slimline dishwasher from Trade Depot. Great product and fast delivery the dishwasher is far superior to the last 2 machines we have owned. Will definitely be shopping there for other products as we need them. Thanks so much guys

Amazing service from Chris! We came in store for the $315 freezer deal. Arrived in store, guy who served us did not know much about the freezer deal of which we were about to end up buying a different freezer and obviously more expensive. So checked our car booth if it fits as wanted to take with us today. Came back to store the guy we first dealt with was busy with another customer. Chris came to us to help then offered us the freezer in store special. What a lifesaver! Thank you! Also to the helpful lad at the dispatch.

Original 2 star review: Stock may or may not be at the warehouse so you might not even get your product. Website can suggest stock is available, when unfortunately it is not. Alternative products that are in stock and similar to your order will not be price matched so you will end up paying more. Staff overall pretty helpful so I guess that's good.

High quality and innovative products, great services and fair prices all the time. I have grabbed my kitchen design to trade depot. Nancy helped me a lot and triedto explain to me which model is suitable. Thanks for her customer service and patient. After around 1 hour of communication with her, I am really happy with my kitchen cabinets unit from trade depot. Definitely worth to be considered as one of the possible places to visit when looking for kitchen things. I will be back again :)

As i do not have enough knowledge about the products, you keep patient to explain the differences and have a chat with my installer. During the install we ran into some trouble with the shower tray though nancy was quick to solve my issue. I am so happy about my lovely new bathroom. She invited me to their showroom. Massive selection and fantastic prices. She show and explain to me the different between the product. For me, she is really helpful. I would like to give an update on the review I posted below. Since I posted the review a week ago, I have had 2 different people contact me directly from Trade Depot both apologising for the service & agreeing that it was far less than satisfactory. I felt listened to and thank them for their concern. After discussion, we came to a satisfactory result. I have just received a mirror freighted direct to me from Auckland, and I am very thankful for this remedy. I am sure these managers are doing all they can to smooth operations and improve service to customers. I wish Trade Depot all the best heading forward. Thank you. Its not often I get utterly frustrated with shops/suppliers etc. But I've finished with Trade Depot. After finding taps, & general fittings for our new bathrooms in their show room in October, 9 of the 11 things were not in stock, most not even in the country! (But they could get them in a few weeks....maybe). I gave up & went elsewhere. Then yesterday I ventured back to get a mirror. Yes!! They have 7 in stock. Great I thought. So after I had to give them my phone number & email details for a cash sale (God knows why) I was then told to drive around to their store. Waited for 14 minutes while man got my mirror.... "No we don't have any in stock. But if I pay freight, they could get me one". NO. I then had to drive back to the showroom to get a refund!.... No sorry for mucking me around. Don't go there. Absolute waste of time.

Mickey at the chch store was super helpful. We changed tap colour to the one we should have bought in the first place. The item was technically sold out but he managed to find one out back. Being an oddity was missing a few pieces which he sorted and made complete. Appreciate the effort so we could have the tap we wanted. Thank you.

Hey big thanks and awesome service by Virginia at the trade depot store sorted our fridge and delivery for us super efficient and helpful. Also huge thanks to the delivery guys who managed to get it into the house they were also great all done with a smile!

Received outstanding customer service as soon as we walked in the door. The staff, were knowledgeable and professional, but we had unparalleled help from Prince. His no pressure approach and level of product knowledge clearly helped our decision making. After buying a refrigerator, we got it home to find a major scratch on the freezer door after removing from the box. We contacted Prince the next day and he made sure that our issue was resolved. A couple days later, Trade Depot sent out a replacement and picked up the damaged fridge. I have rarely since this level of commitment to customer satisfaction and we will certainly be purchasing more appliances from Trade Depot!

We visited at 1pm on Saturday with a large order for a renovation. We asked Virginia a couple of questions not long after we arrived, and she kept checking in on us over the afternoon. We saw her again at closing time (4pm) and said we'd come back in the morning to check that everything we wanted was in stock. She said she was happy to do it for us straight away (we are from Dunedin but were still in Chch the following morning). She checked our large order and showed us some better options for some items and we left at 5.10pm! The following morning she had all the smaller items ready for us to collect on our way home. Virginia gave us outstanding service - really knowledgeable, professional and nothing was a bother to her. We will definitely return, great product range but 5-star service!

I had a fantastic experience at Trade Depot. The staff in store were super helpful and very lovely and the guys at the dispatch centre were great help loading and helping me tie down my new appliances. I would highly recommend the team!

Dealt with a guy called Sam M. Super friendly and helpful guy. He was very responsive to my emails and calls. The courier ended up losing a part of the kitchen I ordered but Sam was helpful enough to give be new pieces at no extra cost.

Went to trade depot today... Virginia was the young lady that helped... she's fantastic enjoys some humor and excellent at her job... she's the one to go to... Fab service ... Trade depot . CHRISTCHURCH

Highly recommended place to buy appliances! The store has a well laid out showroom, and has many type of wash machine. I met a super friendly and efficient staff Nancy. She really helped me a lot to compare and make a right choice. Things can be easy to pick up from the store's warehouse, just by 1 minuts drive.

Clean and tidy, well organized. Great bathroom appliances display,I think the best selection in Christchurch. Nancy is a really helpful assistant and thoroughly knows all the stock and can make great recommendations. Great range and great store. I have back a few time already.

We went to trade depot on the weekend,the store was really busy, but we got great 10 out of 10 service. We were helped by Nancy who went to extra mile loading the bar fridge into my car( even on such hot day). She helped me strap it down and I was off. A few items went not available though Nancy was able to update me when they arrive in. Thanks Nancy. The best money I have spent.

Just have to say how happy and impressed we are with this company, thier products and most importantly the follow up service. During a short and stressful holiday week, we dealt with Nikita on a small warranty claim. She was not only persistent to get hold of us during our busy schedule, she was just a total pro keeping in constant contact, driving the fix, following up with delivery etc. She also did all of this while managing our expectations with an under promise and over delivere approach, getting us sorted during a short week even ahead of her schedule. Excellent product range with good price. I'm particularly impressed with a young salesman, Jordan De Jager. He has a very good knowledge of the products, possible installation issues and solutions. It's rare to come across a salesperson who really understands like he does.

Bought a dishwasher from here about a year ago. Very easy, delivery was quick and it was exactly as advertised. Really nice people to deal with. I love the machine, it hasn't skipped a beat and washes better than any I've had before. I'm definitely keeping this place in mind for future purchases.

Edit: All resolved now with a small refund for the delays. Not having a very good online experience with them currently! Ordered a freezer, said it was in stock. Went to collect - no it's not in stock but should be here end of the month. Received an email a couple of days later saying it was ready to go and pick up. I emailed them 10 days ago on their urgent enquiries email to make sure I wouldn't have a wasted trip and still haven't heard back! Tried to ring today to find out if it's ready or what is happening and was on hold for 15 mins so gave up! I would ask for my money back but I can't get hold of anyone. Im sure the freezer is great but I wouldn't know yet.

I bought a fridge/freezer from trade depot CHCH and these guys were absolutely amazing. Awesome customer service and talk about prompt delivery. My old one just died. I need the new one urgently. I have been a few stores, but they cannot send to me soon. I am mostly gave up, but my friend told me I may try trade depot. I came to Sockburn store, Nancy help me to find the suitable model and arrange the delivery on next day. Well done and a big recommendation to everyone, go team. Thanks Nancy.

Always good service and reasonably priced appliances. Fitted out our newly renovated kitchen with all Trade Depot products. Very happy with look and functionality.

Turned up at this store to buy some appliances for my New Home. The prices were excellent and well within my budget for these items. I pretty-much bought everything that I needed for the house. Induction Hob, Oven, Rangehood, Dishwasher, Clothes Dryer, Bathroom Mirrors, Bathtub, and more!. The experience was quite pleasant as all the staff that I dealt with were warm and very helpful. Vikas Sharma was our point-person who assisted us when we first walked-in and he stayed with us throughout the entire process, which lasted for a few months. He was always accessible via email an SMS to respond to our queries and/or concerns. Good work guys, and well done. Ours was a pleasant customer experience from start to finish!.

Fitted out 2 bathrooms about 12 months ago while the prices were really good, found the service/ well actually the supplying of the items very average.... (was chasing for at least a month). What a difference today, was very impressed, phoned up looking for a in wall type toilet cistern, was told Yes we have in stock, Price was under $300, 2 other places I called 1 was $699 plus $150/200 for cover plate, other was $899 supplied only with a black plate, I wanted chrome as supplied by trade depot for under $300, bang job done. Store looks and feels 100% better than 12 months ago, I dealt with Saleperson Nick, who knew what he was talking about, remembering this is not a real common product, ie the likes of Mitre 10/Bunnings only stock to order, as “not a big selling item” Warehouse staff were good to deal with too, upon opening my boot, I found I had a few things in the way, storeman stood holding the item, waiting for me to move stuff around, I had to actually say, ‘I’ll sort it”, before he put the item down, once again so much better than a year ago. Looking forward to coming back for a look around, when I’ve got more time.

The Trade Depot proved to be a great find when looking for bathroom fittings and fixtures. Not only were the Trade Depot prices extremely competitive but staff member Mr Sharma was knowledgeable and communicated with us regularly. Our first experience of the Trade Depot will not be our last as we look to refurbish our holiday home. Thanks to Vikas and the Trade Depot.

Nancy from Trade Depot Christchurch was fantastic. I ordered a sink and she initially advised me that delivery may be delayed. She responded promptly to all email enquiries and kept me up to date with the progress of my sink which actually ended up taking three months to arrive ( as Nancy had warned me). I was ok with that as it was the sink I wanted. It has finally arrived!!! I appreciated Nancy's help ; she was very attentive and helpful with great and constant communication. Thank you Nancy - I appreciated the great job you did for me.

Love this place! Well laid out showroom, friendly efficient staff and cheap appliances! Edit to the original review. Getting service / warranty work done has been a bit of a nightmare. On a positive note though the live chat support on the website is great, fast, efficient and way easier than trying to call them.

I recently purchased a dishwasher from Trade Depot. I hadn’t heard of them beforehand and found them via Trade Me. As they have a depot in Christchurch this appealed as I could go and look at the item before purchase. I did this and was served by Rhys who explained the functions of the dishwasher and I selected the one I wanted. He was very helpful. When we installed it the machine started filling up straight away without the power being turned on. I rang Trade Depot late Saturday afternoon to discuss if this was correct. The person at the other end was unsure so we decided to let it do what it was trying to and see how it went. End result of that was it kept going and appeared to be faulty. When power was turned on an error message came on. I phoned Trade Depot on Sunday morning and spoke to Nancy Liang. She immediately said I needed to complete a fault report about it and then they would send a technician out to look and either repair or replace. I live 42kms south of the city and he arrived the next morning around 10am. He couldn’t fix it so he took it away and Trade Depot replaced the dishwasher for me. I was thrilled with the response and service I received. We all know that sometimes there is a faulty product that gets through the checks and it’s just bad luck if you are the one who receives it. What is more important is the policy of the company you deal with if it happens to you. I would recommend Trade Depot to anyone looking to purchase from them. We purchased a dishwasher here which had an issue within warranty. While there was an initial delay in sorting the issue, Nikita jumped in and sorted the issue very efficiently and we really appreciate her help in resolving the matter.

customer service was great. i have been searching around the dishwasher rencelty. My friend tole me to check from trade depot. Once i came into their store, nancy found me a model nearly half price than what you would find elsewhere with the same features. First I was skeptical about their brand but after nancy explained to me that they had 2 years warranty and onsite technician service I though i’d give it a go. Really glad I did and i will back again for more.

She delivered on her promise to call me back to inform me of the status of my refund- something that had not happened with several other service personnel I have contacted over this on going (4 months) matter.

Update! Order placed 17/12/2018, On 6/2/2019 I was told that my "Shipment was waiting for collection via delivery" - wait, what? Naturally, I tried to call them to clarify if I had to pick it up or if it was being delivered. 3 phone calls later - no one answered, no voicemail, nothing. On the 4th phone call I finally got a voicemail and left a message. Trade Depot: You can have poor communication, you can have slow and inconsistent shipping times and most people will take it on the chin due to the cost savings. But both? I won't be shopping with you guys again unless I have no other viable option.

We have bought a gas top oven. Bloody great . Now a shower waiting for it to get to Christchurch & dishwasher that's coming. Top place .

Friendly counter staff good prices, plenty of parking

We were looking at substantial renovations in our home, bathroom,toilet, ensuite and kitchen and found the pricing on the items that we needed very reasonable. We dealt mostly with Virginia Morrison and found her extremely knowledgeble, helpful and pleasent to us. She always took the time needed to sort out any queeries. There will be times that items are not in stock, so you will have to be prepared for some waiting time at times. We certainly recommend this store to anyone who is looking at renovating any part of their home. It is worth your time to look on their website at other items they provide.

It was ok but explanation of product not so good, I feel like taking it back but wife says let's just go with it. I give them 6 out of 10. Had to go right around the block and wait for item.

The nicest people. On my drive to work this morning, I noticed a man had tipped over on his motorised wheelchair. I pulled into the side street and tried to talk to him and make sure he was OK. Another woman parked behind me and came to help. Within 30 seconds, two men from Trade Depot had pulled over as well and helped the man to his feet, checked him over to see that he was alright, tipped his wheelchair back up and asked if everyone was OK. They said they'd pulled over because they thought me and the other woman had been in a crash and they wanted to ensure no one was hurt. Really, really impressive and kind people. I didn't catch their names unfortunately but hope they get to read this at some stage. Great work, Trade Depot.

But you go all the to the store to be told to go to main south road to pick up a online purchase and address on email says watts road...guy behind counter says you have to come here first ....I dont know why when he didnt do anything with his computer or phone them he points to a. Map on counter saying go here ....come on

We have been looking for a reliable and cost-efficient heat-pump for quite sometimes, a few months ago we come across one in Trade Deport store at CHCH. Nancy Liang who has being so helpful to put up with all those questions we have thrown at her. She has found us the most suitable product at a very affordable price.

Was having an issue with a bath that wouldn't fit. Rung Trade depot and they were incredibly helpful and sorted one out super fast and measured a number of baths to find suitable ones. Couldn't thank them enough and very friendly and well priced.

I was excited when I heard trade depot was opening in Christchurch, unfortunately before long after trying to purchase things from them this soon turned to disappointment, they seen to have very poor stock level control or don't know what is in Chch vs Auckland 3/4 of my orders have either been canceled when they could not supply when they said they would or they only provided some of the items as they could not find the rest/enough - despite them telling me the orders were ready to collect

Yesterday I was perusing the aisles at Trade Depot in Christchurch when Sal came along and offered to help. I would never have asked but it turned out that I should have! Sal looked up an item I had a query about, gave me fantastic advice and offered me personalised support in regards to purchasing items for our bathrooms and kitchen renovation project. I see a lot of complaints on here but so far.......this has not been my experience!

I have been going to Trade Depot for over a year and recently I would prefer to do my most businesses with this company because of Sal's friendly and efficient customer service. Like all other sales representative, he is helpful and easy to communicate. Now I would prefer to doing my business with Sal than anyone else because he gives me what I want every time He is friendly, quick to respond and efficient. Thank you Sal and rest Trade Depot team for always going above and beyond.
