A.Great store, well stocked, huge! This store has some lovely staff who need the support of more staff so the customers shopping experience can find be quicker than 40mins plus.
S.Good location,plenty of parking,customer service was good with helpful staff,,still got all you need under one roof ,navigating for products easy follow the signs or ask.

A.Went to get some plants great. Second in the queue waited about 4-5 minutes the shop assistant couldn't help so another took over. So she opened a counter & took the next person over I didn't get asked. Rude🤔

S.Went in with my mother as she had a lighting problem in her house. She dealt with Will (works Tues to Sat), and he was unbelievably patient and helpful. He took the time to listen to her and went through all her options and was really nice. Thank you Will, your help and advice has sorted her lighting issue. It was only a small thing but he made my mother feel it was the most important thing in the world. She's extremely happy. Thank you.
