Went in with my mother as she had a lighting problem in her house. She dealt with Will (works Tues to Sat), and he was unbelievably patient and helpful. He took the time to listen to her and went through all her options and was really nice. Thank you Will, your help and advice has sorted her lighting issue. It was only a small thing but he made my mother feel it was the most important thing in the world. She's extremely happy. Thank you.
