I.A great store with really great staff who are very helpful however they have one woman in the outside building materials section who has no customer service, everything is a problem, argumentative and is just nasty. What a shame she lets the rest of a really great team down.

D.I would just like to say a HUGE thank you to Greymouth Mitre 10 for service over and above, especially to Rose in the Garden section, who found the Trellis that I had been looking for and organised the delivery to Rangiora in a most efficient and friendly manner. Rose rang back when she said she would and the trellis arrived exactly when she said it would. Thank you Rose and the great team at Mitre 10 Greymouth.
S.Really great staff in all the departments (and customer service), we're super noob with all things 'house-y' so its great as we often take all our 'dumb' questions and leave having them answered and/or avoiding a disaster. Some fantastic random deals too.
The Columbus coffee shop is also really good, and the staff there too are brilliant; its a nice place to chill for a bit- baby/kid friendly too.
Highly recommend the iced coffees, they do fantastic Mocha's and Lemon honey ginger drinks.
Solid, helpful and no fuss :)
