Tim is an amazing salesperson. Very helpful, full of good advice and always remembers us when we pop in. When we wanted a ride on mower, he brought it out to our place to demo it and was super friendly. He took away an old weed eater with him to get it serviced for us too. Absolutely no fuss. Will definitely shop there again!

Shame they have a 1 star review. I definitely don't think this is a 1 star operation. They have a very good range in store and the service I've received here had always been of a very high standard. Stihl products are on the higher end of the price range but that's just how it is. You get what you pay for. Would definitely recommend.

The team know their STIHL equipment - chainsaws, lawnmowers, blowers - not to mention a wide range of bikes. Easy to deal with the staff and a good premises. I would recommend buying and hiring machinery from this shop if you are in the Wairarapa.
