s.Staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I found what I was looking for. Prices are a little high for some things but you can't beat their selection of recycled and new building materials.
M.I wasn't able to complete the purchase from them but they went out of the way to try to help me. Distance was the barrier to completing the sale them in Hamilton and me in wellington. Wanted to record my thanks anyway 👍

j.Demolition trader's is well organised and the staff really helpful they seem to have everything a DIY person needs not just recycled stuff but also some building items like doors windows etc which are new. Can be an issue getting in/out during rush hour but a great place to go to find stuff you need. Also load of parking

D.This place is not just a second hand demo sales yard. They have plenty of new stuff at really good prices too . I have started going here first before any other suppliers to check out what they have and the prices. Because what they have is better priced. Have a look. You'll be surprised
A.Might not always have what I need but still enjoy the look around as you just don't know what you will find. Can be a bit pricey

P.They have lots of stuff for renovating old and even not so old houses. It's all sorted into the various components; doors, windows, benches etc.
I found that finding an exact match to what I wanted. Yes, they have lots of stuff, but it would have taken quite a few repeat visits and a bit of luck to get what I wanted.
Prices are ok, staff are good, plenty of off street parking

K.This is every 'do-er upper's' dream come true. Almost every single thing that anybody could ever need to fix or build or renovate is this giant shop.
There are old things, vintage things, brand new things... in fact, anything for everything! It is astonishing!
The place appears to have grown a lot since I first went there.
However, it is well laid out and very organised. It is quite easy to find one's way around and to find real treasures which can be used for building, fixing or renovating.
Staff are polite and very helpful.
also, there is a complementary trailer which can be used if one finds something which is too big to carry in one's own vehicle.

V.This is the place to go, they pretty much have everything. The staff are friendly and very helpful, and sure to find a bargain.
G.Good place to get timber and other items a bit cheaper. But have to buy the whole length of timber. If you just want a shorter piece then Mitre10 is a better option, Just pay more.

J.Regardless of what you are looking for this place has a wide range in a massive site with great staff. I do a lot of DIY and being able to pick up things like reclaimed wood, light fittings, and character pieces can make for some great projects at a fraction of the price of new. Get a bit of sandpaper or polish on what you'te picking up and demo traders gives Bunnings and Mitre10 a run for their money.
Complementary trailers are very appreciated but I do think some of the older more worn out stock (rough desk chairs, older particle board cupboards etc) should be moved along for recycling to make space for other goods.
All in all you will find more than what you went there for initially and wandering around the site is well worth the time.
