Such wonderful customer service! Fantastic expertise and knowledge. Every time I return I always enjoy the experience! 100% recommend.

We purchased a replacement mortice and new finger lock for our front door. Michelle at Handles and Brass ordered us one to fit in our existing setup, and it fit perfectly. While fitting the fingerlock we had one issue and so called up H & B and they told us on the spot how to solve the issue. They were spot on in their advice. Awesome shop, awesome staff. Highly recommend!

Fantastic customer service when we were looking for some obscure door hinges to replace broken 25 year old models. Can't recommend the staff highly enough!
