Several no stock, incorrect stock and lack of service in the trade department, I gave PlaceMakers another try. Staff have been very helpful and they have the wood I needed in stock. I've been back and will probably open an account their soon.

B. a. L. G.I recently had to replace a door handle unit that was 15 hyears old. Others I approached told me that they didn't stock it and that was as far as they would go. When I went to Placemakes, they did some researcxh for me and found that it was still being manufactured and could be ordered. TYnhey ordered it for me, it arrived in two working days, and it fitted perfectly. Polite and obliging staff. It will be my first port of call next time I am looking for hardware.
