Very helpful staff members who are patient and unrushed. So good to be able to ask someone knowledgeable and get help with the garden.

Staff are very helpful and friendly always have big smiles on their faces when greeting you welcome. They really know there stuff too no matter what question you throw at them. May not have the same amount , stock wise in comparison to bigger city stores but with that friendly little town vibe you dont get lost in the crowd they make a effort to insure everybody's looked after as soon as they enter the store.
