P. B.Much more respectful staff than those at Mitre 10. I wasn't asked to leave my bag at the front before going shopping, unlike at Mitre 10. Staff were friendly and helpful. Mitre 10 could learn something from Bunnings. Treat your customers like valued customers - not criminals :-)
A. W.My partner sent me in with a massive shopping list for a kaboodle kitchen kit set, most of which I had no idea what it was or where to find it! I asked for assistance at the front desk and they referred me to a lovely lady named Kate. Kate went through my entire list, ticking things off as she found them, loading the trolly (some items were 50+ kgs!) and ordering items they didn’t have in stock. She was such a legend. An angel. Kate didn’t know this but I’m pregnant and was feeling so horrible and nauseous when I went into the store but she made my day. She even helped me load everything into the truck and said she’d call me when the rest of my items were in store.
I haven’t had great experiences in QT Bunnings before with trade orders, but thats in the past and Kate totally changed my impression. Thank you, Kate!

R. W.I like the shop but it lacks personality. The staff seem bored and uninterested. The cafe has staff that look like they dont want to even be there. It's not very welcoming. And the DIY for kids, at least make it enjoyable for the kiddies. Alot of enthusiasm is needed in that department.
Aside from that the music they play is bang on.

Z.Finally a Bunnings in Queenstown.
Unfortunately the indicators are poorly visible (if there are any) when driving from Frankton, and finding the parking lot entrance can be tricky.
If you're driving from Frankton, you have to take the third exit towards the NPD petrol station, then immediately turn left. You have to drive through the petrol station.
