Clean, pretty well organized store. It's a shame alot of the shelves had minimal stock or nothing available of certain things. Staff though, in all fairness, are friendly, polite and know their stuff!

Very reliable source of inventory, unfortunately the only item they did not have was underfloor insulation but I was happy to wait a couple of days for them to order it from New Plymouth. Otherwise friendly stuff with awesome knowledge and advice where need, keep up the great work Guys/Girls and everyone in between 👍👍

Awesome customer services, doesn't really have most products that you will find in the Mitre 10 in the cities like New Plymouth. I recommend searching Mitre 10 website to see if the products are available in store before driving down. Also note that this Mitre 10 is slightly more expensive that your Mitre 10s in the cities but it is all part of leaving out here in farm country!!

I prefer New Plymouth mitre ten. More variety. Stratford's is rather limited. Stratford's mitre ten is Clean and tidy and has a great cafe.

Relocated to Stratford 7 months ago and have used this store weekly to buy everything needed to set up a new home including a newly built kitchen. The staff are super helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. We have not needed to go out of town to find the things we wanted.

Went in for vege seedlings. Abit limited selection of vege seedlings although it was a Friday. More stock expected on the Monday. Friendly staff. Generally good for a smaller store. Parking abit limited.

What a lovely store came here as we dont have a Mitre Ten in Hawera found it to be a lovely store i only went for one small thing and spent over $100. Found staff to be most helpful and full of christmas cheer will be back

The checkout operator was patient while my seven year son chose a siku diecast car within budget. That kind of service always makes a shopping experience a bit better, especially with a bored child in tow. I bought a garden fork, 'Number8' potting mix and buckets so I could plant my raspberries today (and a diecast car for my son).
