Its a smaller store so they don't hold as much stock that the larger ones have. I have purchased from here a few times cause they have advertised specials i see online but go down to buy and they don't have the products. I have had to get what I needed from other bunning stores. They do have mostly what u need so still give them a go.

Bunnings staff are fantastic, however, when I suggested in a survey that it would be great to have a bigger store in Taupo, increasing job opportunities, growth and a better selection of goods, the new female manager said, she was happy as it was. Keith would personally ring me to thank me for my positive feedback. This manager sent me an email. I believe Carla would have been a better choice for this role. Her attitude to giving me the service a customer should expect and that she would go out of her way for me, told me she did not discriminate against me because I had made a complaint about her. Her improvement in her personal development and customer service skills was very noticeable. These are great qualities in a manager and well worth rewarding. Simply why I give feedback in your surveys, is to help you with providing a quality service. It would be fantastic to have a store in Tuangi as there is only a small expensive here hardware store here. As the COVID 19 has restricted many services for us here. I believe that competition is good for the consumer and the greedy chains who have a monopoly over us, can no longer have control.

I called in to the garden centre, which, being a small store, is not large; but I was disappointed in the quality of the plants. Admittedly it was a very hot day, but there wasn't enough shading to keep the plants looking fresh. There were poles with metal eyes on them, and no shade sails, as a result, most of the plants were almost ready for the bin. Please Bunnings Management, to prevent further financial losses, and the loss of those precious plants 🪴 put up more shading sails. Thank you.
