H. A.Went to have kitchen bench tops made, but didn't need to in the end. The young man was very helpful and knowledgeable. Stayed for a while and went to the gardening section, which again the other young man was just as good and very helpful.

No discount vip loyalty card here, different owner. Otherwise same set up and selection as other mitre 10 stores, but full price is the only option.

C. B.Thank you very much Mitre10 Taupo for allowing dogs! Tauranga no longer does and as such I no longer shop there and choose to go to Bunnings to take my dogs with. It is vital socialising and training that benefits dogs being able to learn to behave in such a setting and I’m very appreciative! The staff also said hello to the dogs and were friendly. Also found some horticulture charcoal which I was going to have to order online from a different seller - thank you for stocking it! 🐶

R. C.As usual, M10 has presented a great store with a very wide range of products for the home gardener and the many many, variation of the home handyman. Even the public use toilets were probably cleaner tha some private homes.

L. B.Helpful staff in Shop. Nicely laid out store easy to find things. Cafe however was nicely laid, was begrudgingly service. Might have been end of day service but not ok or welcoming. Food left in cabinet was tired and dried up. Not up to usual Columbus standards

C. W.This is a huge, well set out Mitre 10. Everything was easy to find. The kids' playground is awesome, and the cafe their is amazing.
L. C.We are thrilled with the gazebo we bought. It adds a real ambience to our deck which looked quite exposed. It provides great shelter with the louvres and feels like an addition to the house. Appears to be good quality so far.
T. G.Drive thru service is such a breeze staff around here are so helpful security is annoying trys to enter your car truck he then trys to turn off my truck as we're inside I told him not to as some trucks have timers note to people with timers watch him
