I. v. N.Wondering if the staff person at the door has been removed? Couldn't find a staff member in store after wondering around to point me in the right direction, then was given wrong directions twice. Massive store needs more staff on floor to help. Usually better service than this.

e.healthy selection of indoor plants. sometimes there is pretty limited variety, but the last time i visited there was a good range of baby houseplants :)

M. M.Went there to identify a plant. The staff instore (Wendy) were extremely helpful. They spent roughly 30 minutes or so searching through not only there personal knowledge but even searched the Web to find the answer.

J. M.The most helpful staff and service.. nothing was too much trouble. Had a person with me in a wheelchair and they took our trolley around while we shopped and they loaded the car for us too. Stock was available or they offered to get it in.. product knowledge was outstanding..have shopped their many times and it wasn't a one off thing.
M. H.They have a great range but we often find the people in the trade department just don't give a toss. They don't ring you back when they say they are going to. We often shop elsewhere now. Good cafe though and plant area, other staff inside are friendly and helpful.

H.On the Morning of Wednesday 9/12/20 i needed to travel to Te Awamutu for errands and called into Mitre 10 around 9am ...the staff were amazing - all were extrememly helpful and friendly and obviously happy in their employment - that makes shopping a pleasure as in some stores i haven't received the same happy service - so i want to acknowledge the Te Awamutu Staff and thank them. I spent more money than i intended but that was perfectly fine as i found everything i needed and more for my home reno and repairs. Looking forward to returning asap. Btw the store was very well laid out and clean and tidy.
